• toshikazu (7/5): 焦った - 前回はスタッフいたため玄関ドアの開閉は問題なかったが、そのつもりで行ったら暗号が必要でとまどった、 契約時の案内は細かい説明文の中にあり読んでいなかったためSNSの暗号案内も見なかったので、玄関ドアー開けるのに戸惑った。

• nobuyasu (5/5): 値段の割にはちょうど良い - ある程度清潔であった。 海月館のお風呂が利用できた。 ドライヤーをかける場所にコンセントがない。 スリッパの数が足りない 1階の自販機ビールが故障

• 潔 (1/5): お金を返せと言いたい - チェックイン前から車を駐車できたことと海に近かったことだけ。 排水管が狭く洗面と浴槽を同時に排水すると溢れると書いた紙があったので、同時に排水しないようにしたが、浴槽のお湯を抜いた時に逆流しトイレ、洗面所が使えなかった。スタッフもおらず、二度と使わない。

• HIDETOSHI (1/5): 失敗した - チェックインが楽だった。 金額のわりに風呂の排水が悪くあふれ出た。そうじがあまり行き届いていない。TVの位置も悪く観づらかった。 ベッドが古く寝心地が悪かった（片方に傾く）
• TAMAKI (8/5): 自分の時間を快適に過ごせました。 - 大きなホテルとは違いコンパクトなので、外出の出入りが直ぐに出来るのが、楽で嬉しい。 忘れ物をしても直ぐ戻れます。 ハンガーをかけられる輪がついた棒が 天井から一つでもでてると嬉しい。 エアコン前の風が通るあたりに吊り下げられると タオルが直ぐ乾くので助かります。 夏場はとくに外出から戻った際、服を干したくなりました。 二階は静かでしたが、一階に宿泊した際は便利でしたが、 自販機前のスペース辺りで長い時間、話し込む方々の声がダイレクトに聞こえてきてしまいました。繁忙期でたまたまだったかもしれませんが。。。 あとベットが凹み過ぎていて、ギックリ腰に。 せめて枕も低いのがあれば良かった。

• AIHARA (4/5): 早く退室したかった - 思い当たりません ユニットバスの浴槽の縁に長い髪の毛があって気持ち悪かった！ ツインベッドでしたが、相手が利用したベッドの下に黒い大きい何かがあり、すごく怖かった。それはベッド裏のカバーの布が朽ちて剥がれ落ちているものでした。すごくすごく嫌です！ドライヤーを使おうと思いましたが、鏡の側にコンセントがなく、延長コードもなかったためすごく使いづらかった。 全体的に不潔なイメージ

• haruyo (5/5): 安かったから、仕方ないと思う。 - ゆっくりと眠れた。 せっかくポットが用意されていたのに、マグカップは置いてなくて、持って行ったコーヒーを飲もうと思っても、飲めないので、仕方ない、洗面所のコップでコーヒーを飲んだ。 お茶の準備は無くても、せめてマグカップは置いて欲しかった。
• Shinobu (1/5): - ロケーションのみ 駐車場の場所が分かりにくい フロント無人のため電話に出たスタッフが不親切で説明下手くそ。最初からフロントにもっと分かりやすく案内を置いておけよと。 シャンプーや石鹸など部屋になく 一階の受付横に置いてあるのが分かりづらく 取りに一階まで部屋から出直した。 土足厳禁のスリッパが臭い。 冷蔵庫のペットポトルを入れる取っ手が外れるので冷蔵庫を開けるたびに外へ落ちる。 エアコンの音がうるさくてかなわない。 風呂の湯が出る蛇口が腐ってるのか噴水のように2箇所から横へ飛び散る。

• Samy (10/5): Exceptional - It was a very good stay, I sometimes stay at this hotel, with good access to the Sumoto bus stop. Air Conditioner and hot water works well. There are big windows with sunlight coming in, and can see  Mikuma castle from the room has a good view. Nothing particularly bad.
• Wing (6/5): Budget choice with free parking - Budget hotel and unexpectedly spacious room though the design is a bit weird. It is not far away from the beach that you can enjoy a walk no matter day or night. Free parking is nice too. We found spider and small insect in the room, and the carpet in the room looked dirty

• Kyoko (6/5): - 一階の定員3人のお部屋に、友人3人で宿泊。 建物や施設は古いので水回りは狭いと感じましたが、お風呂は提携ホテルの温泉（有料）に行ったので、快適でした。 寝るだけ！と割り切れば良いと思います！
• おさむ (2/5): - 宿泊価格の割にサービスが行き届いてないと思います。系列ホテルの温泉に行くのも800円必要だし、そのに行く為の、外用のスリッパもありません。車の駐車場もとても狭くて止めずらい。 建物も全体的に少し古いし淡路島ってこういうホテルほんとに多いなぁと思いました。

• Luca (2/5): Very poor - Price is low. Free parking lot just behind. Location was not bad. Reception area very small. Room very small. Cigarette smell everywhere on the floor. Found a bed bug in the room. When turned on the light/exhaust air switch of bathroom, a strong sound and vibration made the whole room shacking and made impossible to rest, had an headache. Wi Fi was not working well.
