• Km (10/5): - 感謝酒店前台職員的協助，在晚上十一時左右，發現風筒故障，職員立即處理，解決問題，更換一個新的，十分感謝。 호텔 프런트 직원분들의 도움에 진심으로 감사드립니다. 밤 11시쯤 에어컨 덕트가 고장 난 것을 발견했는데, 직원분들이 즉시 문제를 해결해주시고 새 제품으로 교체해주셨습니다. 정말 감사합니다. I am very grateful for the assistance of the hotel front desk staff. Around 11 p.m., we discovered that the air duct was malfunctioning, and the staff immediately addressed the issue and replaced it with a new one. Thank you very much.
• my other trip (7/5): - Airport bus stop 1 min walk from the hotel. Room size was fine for solo and perhaps a couple. Staff were friendly Train line ran underneath the hotel and believe it or not you could sometimes feel the vibrations if your a light sleeper.

• Sarah (8/5): - The hotel was close to the main stations and a lot of food places and convenience stores. Unfortunately, staff wasn’t too knowledgeable on transportation and their own hotel services which we found odd. The hotel lobby also has a lingering sewer smell. The room itself was spacious, beds were comfortable and bathroom was spacious and easy to use as well so no complaints about the room itself.

• Cj (6/5): Big Room but not ideally central - The Bedroom was huge. Very art deco with nice view from the bedroom. Location was not ideal as there is nothing to eat around the hotel (especially when you arrived late at night). There is a few convenience store but not really proper meal. We had a long walk around to try and find food but unfortunately was not lucky as everywhere was closed except for the convenience store. We didn't really like the location as it's not central enough and also nothing to eat around the hotel late at night as everything is closed. We also had an incident where the Cleaning staff threw away our cake and snacks that we brought with us. We packed them away in a plastic bag and put them together with a few other things on the counter and to our surprise, when we came back to our room, they were gone. They also opened my medicine that I had together with the plastic bag (for god knows what reasons!). We called for the Manager on shift and he called the cleaning team and they acknowledged they threw away our food. It was not great as they are not allowed to touch the client's things, let alone throw them away unless the client put it in the bin. Staffs not very friendly/welcoming compared to other hotels we've been in Korea.

• Diane (9/5): Very pleased with my decision to stay in this hotel. - I was very positively surprised by the hotel. The room was large, bright, clean. Everything you could wish for as a single traveler. The bathroom was also great, a bathtub and a heated toilet. Honestly, the reviews of other travelers were not so great, so I was a bit unsure whether I should book this hotel. But I was very happy with my decision. You can indicate at the front desk if you want the room to be cleaned. That also worked out great. Unfortunately, they don't speak very good English but with Google Translate the communication worked out. The location is also good. About 20min walk from Myeongdong and not far from Dongdaemun Design Plaza and good metro train connections. Unfortunately, there was not really a breakfast but I can highly recommend the French bakery "Tous les jours" just around the corner. I've traveled a lot myself and put a lot of emphasis on cleanliness. Overall, it was a great stay and I have nothing to criticize. Unfortunately the english communication at the front desk was not so easy, but it worked out with Google Translate. Also there is no real breakfast offered, but right around the corner there is a great french bakery which I can really recommend.

• Matt (1/5): Our stay was hindered by how dirty our room was. I will not be returning to this hotel. - The location of this property is good. It is close the public transportation and walking distance to the DDP. The room we stayed in was extremely dirty. It appeared to have not been properly cleaned in quite some time. Excessive mildew and soap scum on the tiles and dust throughout the room. There was hair in our bed from from past guests. It was impossible to feel comfortable.

• Estelle (7/5): Nice location for a 4-day trip - The location near the subway is very useful. The beds are comfortable. Cleaning staff only puts the bed sheet back in place, no real cleaning done. Lack of storage.

• You (3/5): Good location but not clean and damp - the location is good the bathroom is kinda disgusting… the water will leak on the floor while showering, and the wall and floor are dirty…(it should be white but it’s yellow…) also. the front desk service is unstable, some are friendly and helpful, some are cold & bad at English

The staff doesn’t speak English very well but anyway they did their best to help us and we appreciate the effort. The rooms are extremely small. We struggle to open our luggages. The bathroom in certain room is “open” bath. That means that there is not bathroom in the room. Just a bath. So there is no privacy when you shower. Also the WC is separated by the room only by a glass wall. In the morning and late evening the hotel is very noisy. You can literally hear everything happened in the next rooms or in the hallway.

The room is big enough for one person. maybe tiny for two people. the staff was very kind, when i was asking for info or support- but only one person was speaking english. They do not speak very good English. Also the check out was agreed to be at 1pm and they started to call at 10.40 am asking for the check out. that was not nice. The cleaning of the bathroom was not super good. the left inside a roll of toilet paper almost over ( meaning that it was already touched by other people)

• HYUNJOO (6/5): 寝るだけならコスパ良し - 明らかに自分の髪の毛じゃないものがあっちこちにあるのが気になりました。ベッドを少しずれたら、隠れてた所は汚かったので清掃がほんと適当なんだと思い、このご時世にちゃんと消毒とかされてるのかも気になりました。別に寝るだけなら、ローケーションもいいし、静かだし、水圧も良くてお湯もあったかいし、値段も安いので悪くないと思います。ツインは7階までみたいで、高層階ご希望でしたらダブルをお勧めします。浴槽もついてるので。部屋によってはソウルタワービューになると思います。
• Verified traveler (6/5): アクセスは最高、清潔感はゼロ - 駅が近いので、アクセスはいいです。 市場をいく予定でしたら、徒歩で20分くらいなので 少し遠いですが、離れてるからこそ静かで寝るだけには良いと思います。ただ清掃が適当過ぎてほこりや髪の毛があるし、枕カバーも汚れてたり衛生面ではかなりレベル低かったです。連泊でしたが、出かけるときに言わないと清掃はやってくれないシステムだったらしく、チェックイン時にその辺のアナウンスもなかったので、帰ってきたときぐっちゃぐちゃの布団をみてテンション下がりました。一般的には逆なんじゃないかと、、 私みたいに寝るだけの利用だったらいいと思います。

• MANA (10/5): また泊まりたい - 今まで5回韓国に行ったことがありますが、今回泊まったこのホテルが今までで1番快適に過ごせました！ 部屋がそこそこ広く、キャリーケースを2つ広げれる広さがあったのが良かったです。

• M (8/5): 東大門滞在にはぴったり - 東大門でショッピングするときはいつもここを利用しています。お値段も安く、いつもスイートをとるのですが、毎回どのデザインにしますか？と選ばせてくれるので楽しみにしています。たまにお風呂とベットの間に扉がないのでカップルにおススメです。場所も良く、綺麗ですが所々劣化しています。お値段がお値段なので気になりません。
• Verified traveler (10/5): 交通便利的飯店 - 靠近地鐵東大門歷史公園站５號出口，離機場巴士也方便，樓下有咖啡廳，巷子後方有便利商店，離DDP很近，交通便利，能代訂外送，且環境安靜。感謝飯店人員熱心協助代領包裹，依需求提供高樓層房間，能清楚看到南山塔！提供一次很好的住宿經驗，下次會再去住，感謝！ 唯一可能因樓層較高，導致水忽冷忽熱，且浴室無浴簾，容易弄溼地板，建議多增設排水孔，容易堵塞。
• Iris (6/5): - 酒店房間細，門卡感應差，房內全是電子控制，感應也差，行李要放上床才可以整理，洗手間沒有掛鈎，毛巾，衣服全部不能掛起，非常不方便，酒店附近沒有任何餐廳和街邊小食，只有1間小型便利店，要走遠一點才有餐廳，有點兒不方便，相信下次不會再選這酒店住了
• Verified traveler (2/5): 只有地理位置方便，其他都不優。有潔癖的人千萬不要連續住宿 - 連續住宿5晚，洗澡冷熱水很難調整，水壓也不穩還會忽冷忽熱！床單前四晚都沒換過（因為床上原本就有污漬，四天污漬都在），到最後一個晚上才更換、浴袍也都沒換、備品不會補齊總會少幾個還要自己下樓去跟櫃檯拿！第四天回飯店上廁所發現衛生紙用完沒有補，很糟糕的住宿經驗。除了位置方便往返東大門及轉車，其他都很不推薦，相信一樣的位置及價位有更好的住宿選擇。

• ギュ (6/5): 地下鉄の入り口から近く移動が便利なホテル - 地下鉄の入り口から近いため、買い物や食事に出かける際便利でした。 ホテルはまだオープンしてそんなに経ってないようで、中は綺麗でした。全室禁煙だったのも良かったです。 アメニティーは歯ブラシや歯磨き粉、綿棒やコットンやくしも置いていて助かりました。 浴槽も大きかったので、歩き疲れた足を伸ばしてゆっくり入浴することができたのが良かったです。 フロントの方は日本語が通じる人がいませんでしたが、翻訳機を使ったりしてこちらの話を一生懸命理解しようと対応してくれました。
