- Ilieva (10/5): Много добър престой! - Резервирахме апартамента с две спални на последния етаж. Целият апартамент е много голям, събра идеално 5членното ни семейство. Гледката е уникална! Има 2 шезлонга на огромната тераса! Чудесно преживяване! Мисля, че нямаше нещо, което да не ни хареса. Другият път отново бихме отседнали там, но може би ще резервираме апартамента с 3те спални, защото той е с по-централна гледка към морето.

- Genadiy (10/5): - Нам понравилось, шикарный балкон на все апартаменты... не был включен бойлер , пришлось ждать тёплую воду (около часа, быстро нагрелся) включатель бойлера рядом с включателем света в душевой комнате, имейте ввиду... Не было чайника , считаю большим недостатком...

- Spasimir (9/5): - Супер централна локация, на крачка от плажа и главната улица. Достатъчно паркоместа. Отзивчив персонал. Кичозен интериор. Басейнът е на сянка под самата сграда. Вратата на банята изпуска ръжда по пода.

Am sesizat administratorului, dar in cele 12 zile cat am stat acolo nu a fost reparat. In rest bine. hotelul amplasat aproape de plaja si de centru, camerele destul de mari, curatenie , lenjerie curata. Am fost multumiti.

- Viktor (10/5): - Сподобалось практично все! Апартаменти чудові! Вид із вікна на море! Балкон! Єдине що брак духовки! Та відсутність пралки у номері! Та це компенсувались тим що я відносив на рецепції та вони прали у своїй пральні! Я задоволений на всі 100% Відсутність духовки та пралки у номері!

- Graham (8/5): Loved it! Would go again. - It was in the perfect location for us, walking distance to the beach and the centre. The hotel was clean and the views were great. The pool was very nice. I found the bed uncomfortable as I don't like a sprung mattress, but my wife slept really well on it. There was a curtain missing in the bedroom.

- Любомир (5/5): Не препоръчвам, ако пътувате с кола! - Разположението на хотела. Близо до центъра и плажа. Паркирането. Някаква пародия беше цялата ситуация с паркирането. Колите се паркират на територия зад хотела, наречена паркинг. Тук колите са буквално боя до боя. Трябва да си доста добър майстор с волана, че да паркираш и да успееш да излееш/влезеш от там без да чукнеш някого. Първи паркирах в една ниша до хотела. Тук паркират тези, които няма да излизат с колата си. Представете си 4-5 коли една след друга. Наложи ми се на другия ден да пътуваш спешно. Пред мен имаше кола. Отивам на рецепцията, ьа да уведомя. Жената на рецепцията трябваше да повика човека, паркирал пред мен, за да изляза и да ида на прословутия “паркинг” отзад, откъдето се предполага, че мига да влизам и излизам свободно (доста трудна операция). При запитване от моя страна как да стане, дамата на рецепцията не беше доволна, че, видиш ли, трябвало да повика човекът, който току-що се настанил, да премести колата (сигурно очакваше, че мога да прелеят до улицата…). Отношение ѝ беше меко казано непрофесионално. Да не кажа грубо. Няма да повторим престоя си там именно заради това, въпреки локацията на хотела, която беше супер.
- Mariya (10/5): Прекрасно място - Всичко беше прекрасно. Бяхме посрещнати с много любезно отношение, откликваха веднага на всички нали нужди. Беше чисто и поддържано. Много сме доволни. Ще повторим. Локацията на хотела е много добра. Ние бяхме с малко дете и плажа беше много наблизо, както и център и магазини и всичко! Няма такова нещо.

- Guest (10/5): - Большое спасибо администратору отеля г-же Русице! Добрая и отзывчивая! По приезду минут через 20 заселили в номер! Девочки-помощницы убирали постоянно, в самом отеле и в номерах чистота! Бассейн всегда с чистой и прозрачной водой! До центральной улицы 2-3 минуты ходьбы, до пляжа 5 минут! Рекомендую! Но, один маленький минус! Не во всех номерах есть мини-кухня! Поэтому при бронировании обязательно уточняйте этот вопрос!

- Tejči (10/5): - Hotel je zelo blizu centra Obzorja. V okolici veliko restavracij, prodajaln. Zelo prijazna gospa, ki nas je sprejela v hotelu in razložila glede parkirišča. Vsak dan je zagotovila, da smo imeli parkirno mesto za avto. Bila je vedno na voljo, ustrežljiva, prijazna. Apartma je bil čist in udoben. V bazenu je bila osvežilna voda. Na voljo zajtrk (doplačilo). Možen nakup pijač v avli hotela. V kopalnici manjka zavesa za tuš.
- Sorin (1/5): Not recommended, booking rating is overrated for the services they offer - Location Check in should have been at 14. We arrived at 14:30 but they did not even start cleaning the room. We had to wait at least an hour(what kind of cleaning can you make in an hour?). Parking is a mess and you have to be prepared to move your car at all times since they put cars one after the other in a line. The worst thing is that we woke up with multiple insect bites that did not look like mosquitos. When confronted they just changed the mattress to one from another room and probably just put the other mattress in it's place. I also had to carry the new and old mattress myself since there was nobody to help the lady from the reception.

- Anna (6/5): - The hotel is quite old and worn out – the furniture and bathroom are clearly outdated and in need of renovation. However, the lady at the reception made all the difference: she was exceptionally kind, waited for our late check-in, and even helped us with parking. Her hospitality was truly the highlight of our stay.

- Maria (8/5): - Fabulous location, nice decor, clean. The lady at reception was absolutely amazing, she should get paid in gold for all the work she is doing. Joke aside. We enjoyed our stay. The fridge in the lobby could be stocked better and with different drinks. The pool needs cleaning, there is a green line where the water level is. Attention to the little details is needed like shelves in the shower cubicle/ shower were broken and left with pieces of glass sticking out, toilet roll holders broken and not replaced, no toothbrush/toothpaste holder/dispenser. In my room the hot water boiler was only heating up 1/5 of the way and there was not enough water for two of us to take a shower. TLC needed ( tender loving care).

- René stevens (8/5): - Locatie prima. Ontbijt niet de moeite• Ik ben er zeker van dat de kamers erg goed en gezellig zijn met uitzondering van de kamers op de begane grond, daar krijg je het gevoel dat je in een kelder zit.

Vedere superbă, am văzut răsăritul de pe terasă. Salteaua...de vis....instant producea somn😁.iar dna de la recepție...de nota 10. Sejur reușit, ne-am odihnit și încărcat bateriile. Clar revenim și anul viitor. Parcare într-adevăr ușor înghesuită. Dar noi am avut noroc și parcat fix in fata locației, fără să blocăm pe nimeni, cum erau alte masini. Nu pot spune că nu ne-a plăcut, ci mai degrabă că e un mic neajuns, dar se rezolva imediat ce ajungi la recepție.

- Petrisor (8/5): Nu sunt sigur ca ma voi intoarce la aceasta locatie - - amplasare in centru statiunii , aproape de plaja - parcare proprie - piscina - faptul ca am putut lasa masina in parcare si dupa ora de check-out - lenjeria prezenta pete de mucegai , de vechime. Chiar si dupa ce am solicitat sa le inlocuiasca , nici cele schimbate nu erau cu mult mai bune. - destul de multe panze de paianjen prin camera - deasupra toaletei era amplasat boilerul pentru apa calda , iar de la supapa de presiune curgea apa direct pe toaleta

O mica renovare a camerelor ar fi de folos, peretii sunt foarte uzati iar canapeaua foarte inconfortabila. Ar fi fost utila si o cafetiera in camera iar doamna de la receptie cam antisociala (greu cu engleza)
