Anne (10/5): Exceptional - I like it coz its a landed property. Parking just in front of it. As compared to if u stay at a high-rise building, need to go up the parking ramp etc. Its a gated compound area. Safe & quiet. House is spacious, fully-furnished. Location superb, near access to Putrajaya, Bangi & IOI Mall, Best stay ever. Will definitely come again in future. One only......low water pressure. Didn't enjoy my shower!

Mysahra (10/5): Awesome! - Very nice - outside and inside. I took the upper floor apartment. Lots of beds. Homey and comfy feel. Strategic location.
Ammirul (4/5): hot - The location was decent for a wedding reception nearby. Some parking was provided too Though, some of the Airconditioning is not working properly. Makes it really hard to chill inside, hard to sleep and cool down from the hot burning daytime and when the night time comes the heat is still around you can feel it.

I will recommend this house to my friends. I was looking for detergent since there was washing machine. But i could not find one. Thats all.

Norsuraya (9/5): Having a ground floor unit is a blessing, no need to take the stairs. Ample parking - Simple layout, clean with good facilities. Checking in and out was a jiffy. Need more trash bins especially in the bedrooms. Also, good to have extra blankets and pillows.

Verified traveler (2/5): Homestay Or a MILO mini factory? - It's a homestay. Spacious and good for a big family of 5 or 6. When we reached there, owner was not there. After few frantic calls, owner told to get ourselves a key to the unit. Parking compound was big...BUT, by evening, the whole space was occupied by MILO vehicles and trucks. Apparently, they prepared the favourite drink there at the parking compound. Our whole experience worsened when our car was hit by one of the MILO vehicles. We had parked our vehicle as advised by their staff. At one corner without causing any obstructions to their operations. Yet, this still happened. We demand compensation for the badly dent on left rear door of our new car and was given RM$150 only. Since we in a hurry, we don't argue and left. Told the owner about the incident, but guess what... Nothing. Don't even want to say sorry or show any concerns. We were lucky that the MILO staffs still agreed to compensate. P/s- Our repair cost more. + inconvenience. Thanks to MILO and VILLA 223 at Kampung Dato Abu Bakar Baginda. Bandar Baru Bangi.
