They gave me the wrong room. Thank goodness the door was latched or I would have walked in on someone. Then the guy apologized and tells me I get a complimentary breakfast which I already get with my room.

• mourad (10/5): excellent hotel, propre et pratique - Excellent hotel, la chambre était très propre (standard européen de propreté) et très bien isolée, on n'entendait personne que ce soit de l'extérieur ou des chambres adjacentes, notre demande pour une chambre au dernier étage a bien été prise en compte par le front desk (merci !) le ptt déjeuner est pratique et tous les basiques y sont, un plus pour le garage au sous sol. en tt ce fut un excellent séjour peut etre le garage au sous sol trop petit pour convenir à tout le monde surtout quand l'hotel est plein, le parking à l'extérieur état aussi plein on a demandé au front desk et ils nous on orienté vers le parking de l'hotel mitoyen qui leur appartient aussi

Their free breakfast was awesome with make your own waffles as well as eggs, bacon, sausages, ham, hash brown patties, as well as bread choices of toast, bagels, croissants, muffins, apple fritters, cereals, yoghurt etc. The only thing I had a problem with was a dimly lit bathroom for makeup application!

The bathroom has really poor lighting, which makes it so hard trying to get ready with make up, hair and shaving. I will not go back for this reason alone couldn’t see properly. The pool deck was not very clean, black hair everywhere. The TV was very frustrating to watch when you were trying to sit down to relax as there is no guide.

• Serenity (5/5): - The room was very clean and staff were friendly. The TV did not have any streaming services and would not allow us to connect our phones. Options on cable are very limited and you cannot see what is playing. No bath tub in the room either

• Yuhsuan (8/5): 短暫停留一天，整體體驗還算不錯。 - 有自助吧早餐，飯店外有停車格可以停很方便，飯店也有泳池、SPA和健身房可以使用。房間雖然比想像中小但還算乾淨舒適。 房間走道有點小，沒有足夠空間打開行李箱。

• Douglas (10/5): It was great and restful for a one night's stay. - We founf the room to be comfortable. We found it to be very clean. It was close to restaurants. The breakfast was good. The underground parking was free and a very nice extra. Using the room key card for elevator access and use was confusing at first, but did add an extra layer of security. Would stay again. Nothing
• Evelyn (10/5): Awesome! Will definitely stay here during my next visit. - Beds were a very good size with firm and comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was great. Staff were helpful and polite. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake.
