• Bhavya (1/5): Absolute garbage hotel, never go there - There was nothing to like, the place was absolute garbage and zero resemblance with photos There were 3-4 cockroaches in the room, bed sheets were very dirty, room was 1000 times worse than the photos, and it had zero resemblence with pictures. Room was very very small and dirty

• Aman (10/5): Excellent Stay - This hotel offers great value for the price. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and the location is convenient for getting around. There’s a supermarket nearby and several restaurants within walking distance. It’s not the most luxurious place, but it’s a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers. I’d stay here again.

FOR THREE PERSONS ONLY ONE GLASS WAS INITIALLY PROVIDED WHICH WENT UP TO 2 BUT NEVER 3. 2 DISHES PROVIDED FOR 3 PERSONS TO EAT.

• Yogita (8/5): Overall the place is safe,comfy & most importantly budget friendly connecting to the airport. - I liked the staff & it's professional behaviour. They do not disturb you unnecessarily & appear in a couple of minutes as required. I disliked the cleanliness inside the room which could be made better or regular it wasn't bad but the room required room fresheners for a long stay inside.
• Manish (1/5): Disaster. This place is out of my list for ever. - There wasn't any breakfast. There was nothing to like. Room wasn't clean. No towel was provided. when asked, the receptionist said they provide towel only when guest asks. No remote or control for AC. It was on full cooling mode and I just couldn't control it. The paint on the walls was chipping probably due to moisture (fungus).

• Anish (5/5): unsatisfied - Only one staff that helped us with our luggage Overall the experience was not satisfactory. We had breakfast included and cut off time was 9.30 am. However i went to ask for breakfast at 9.42am and the staff denied for it and asked for additional money for breakfast. Firstly nobody informed that breakfast is only upto 9.30am and secondly i think 10-15 mins delay should be acceptable. The rooms were really small as compared to photos and drawer/wardrobe was pathetic so overall experience was not satisfactory.

The service staff responce was not creditable.they had given me a leaking bathroom intially.the next day they shifted my room.the beds was not cleaned on the day before my departure.Even after asking they did not change my towel .

• Veronica (7/5): I like the hotel the location & the cleanliness - The staff on the Register was not helpful they wouldn’t allow my sister to visit I was traveling to USA & took the hotel close to the Airport so my family would come & visit me . I told them that I will cancel here & book another hotel. So then they allowed they weren’t helpful in anyway. They hv 2b more smiling & friendly they had a unfriendly face & attitude the breakfast was not good & Tea wasn’t hot the other staff service was very good. The front staff should be more delighted & friendly not at all smiling

When my friend arrived they would not accept him as he only had local ID, which is not a surprise as he is a local person. Basically they would not allow him to check in and we left the hotel and found another place. Basically wasted my money.

• Govind (6/5): Economical stay if one want a night halt. - Location was good; nearby airport. Rooms are clean and good sized. Breakfast (included) is a fixed menu (changes/varies everyday) and breakfast was good - Methi paratha and upama , both were good. Alternatively there is a good variety you can order something else at additional cost as per menu provided. We got 2 rooms, Hot water in one of the rooms was not working. (it won't work in that room as checked with room services)
