• Ata (8/5): - Reasonably priced hotel. We booked two rooms. Lobby was nice. Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Bathrooms could use update. Lots of dining options and public transportation nearby.Good for the price!

• Patrick (6/5): - Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Strasse, genug Möglichkeiten zu Essen, einzukaufen (alles), Bazar in der Nähe, ein schön angelegter Park, 20min zum Hafen, Reisebüro nd Taxis in dee Nähe. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, tägl. Frische Handtücher und Wasser. Bad wsr klein. Frühstück war ok und in Ordnung, leider kein Kaffee. Service sehr nett.

• France (4/5): - I dont know what i dislike the most about this hotel. The location is a major one. It is in front of the train station, and the trains even when parked make a lot of nouse. And next to a mosque. The room wr had on the top floor had thin walls which meant we got woken up by people partying at 5h00 am. Not fun. The bathroom shower door was not closing properly thus sending water all over the floor. I mentioned it twice in our 4 day stay with no repair. Breakfast is probably the least appealing i have had in all my travels in Turkey. However the staff at the front desk was really really nice and tried their best to find a bigger room to accomodate our suitcases. The chaps who parked our car were champions, nothing less. The beds are conformable and there is no lack of hot water. The place is clean. But i really dont know if i can recommend it.

• deniz (8/5): Güzel bi hotel - Otelde 2 gün caddeye bakan standart konakladık . Basmane garının yanında olmasına rağmen dışarıdan gürültü duymadık dış cephe yalıtımı güzel. Fakat iç yalıtımda çalışmalar yapılmalı diğer odalardan ve koridordan odalara sesler çok gürültü bir şekilde gelmekte . Otel genel olarak temiz günlük olarak odamızın temizlenmesinden havluların değiştirilmesinden çok memnun kaldık . Oda yeterince büyüktü , duş ve tuvalet geniş ve kullanışlı personel ilgili ve alakalıydı isteklerimiz hızlı bir şekilde memnuniyetle karşılandı . Bölgeyi gezmek isteyenler için Merkezi konumda olması ve metro hattına yakın olması güzel bir artı . Biz eşimle genel anlamda memnun kaldık sadece azda olsa diğer odalardan ve koridordan gelen yüksek sesleri engellenebilirse 4 4 lük bir otel diyebiliriz . Konaklamak isteyenlere tavsiye ediyorum bizde eşimle tekrardan konaklamak için life Corner hoteli tercih edeceğiz fakat bu kez suit odayı tercih ereceğiz

• Yara (4/5): - We stayed at Life Corner for a week. Our trash can was not emptied out & our towels were not changed for the first three days. I threw my used towel on the floor & it was put back on the hook in the bathroom. The staff did not speak English & it made communication very difficult. Thankfully the two managers could speak English and helped up out with issues that came up. The masseuse who works for the hotel was rude to us & had an attitude because she didn’t know English. We actually was thinking about getting a massage but she was so rude that we didn’t not to do business with her. How could hotel staff at a big city not speak English? :( The building looked abandoned in some areas such as the shower by the downstairs pool was covered with construction trash & not in a working condition. The garage looked neglected too, same with the little room on the roof that our room window was opening too. :( The hotel was located in the front of the metro & next to a mosque & very noisy. Our room was too hot that we couldn’t sleep at night. The AC was old & not go above 18 Celsius. Will never stay at this hotel again. Mehmet, one of the managers was super friendly & helpful though. Shout out to him for helping us while we stayed at Life Corner.
• Turgay (6/5): - Hotel sieht auf den Bildern deutlich besser aus. Garage vorhanden wenn auch nur sehr schwer befahrbar. Ziemlich steil und mit einem Auto was schwach motorisiert ist nicht möglich die Rampen hoch zu kommen. Für eine Nacht ok Lage war nicht schlecht für interessante fussläufige Orte. Preis Leistung ok.

• Olcay (8/5): - Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, was extrem praktisch ist. Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer bereit, Fragen zu beantworten und Tipps für die Umgebung zu geben. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und bot eine breite Auswahl. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen!

• Katharina (6/5): Schönes Hotel, die Gegend furchtbar! - Ein kleines gemütliches Stadthotel, Sauberkeit war top und die Freundlichkeit des Personals auch, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Wir hatten die Suit mit Jakuzzi im Zimmer und das war mega! Wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Dusche war noch extra im Bad. Das Frühstück leider sehr einfach, lieblos und 40 min vor Ende kaum noch was da. Ausser Weissbrot und Marmeladen, paar Tomaten... Frühstücksraum ganz oben mit toller Aussicht, aber leider sehr kalt und ungemütlich. Das furchtbare rücken der Stühle morgens hörte man bis unten ins Zimmer. Die Gegend ist furchtbar, unheimlich und dreckig, ganz besonders abends, wo sich Gruppen ansammeln...furchtbar viele die betteln, egal welches Alter, besoffene auf den Strassen und Drogenabhängige. Als Paar rauszugehen sehr gewagt und erst als Frau nur alleine. Ja die Gegend Basmane, sehr bekannt dafür, dennoch spiele schöne Hotels...Wenn die Stadt weiter nichts unternimmt dort werden diese schönen Hotels rundherum es sehr schwer haben, den ich werde leider in Zukunft dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen und erst recht diese Gegend nicht mehr!
• Marketta (8/5): - Tosi ystävällinen henkilökunta. Siivous joka päivä.Saimme myös jopa vaihtaa huoneita toivomallamme tavalla. Saimme paremmat näkymät vuorille ja loppupäiviksi saimme sviitin. Toki pienen välirahan maksoimme.

• Burak (2/5): Çok kötü - Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü otel ünvanına sahip oldu. Otele ilk girişimizde karşılama çok kötüydü. Otoparkı otopark değil evden bozma bir bina ve arabayı park etmek için her köşe dönüşünde 2 kere manevra yapmam gerekti. Resepsiyon çok ilgisiz. Otel girişinde otelde görevli olmayan bir sürü rahatsız edici insan bulunuyordu. Odaya daha önceden kullanılmış tuvalet kağıdı bırakmışlar. Ve tuvalet hiç temiz değildi. Gece çevreden gelen gürültüler vardı. Özellikle garın yanında olduğu için saatte bir gelen tren sesiyle uyandık.

The staff were extremely friendly most of them had perfect english and they were always ready to help you if needed. . I definitely will be booking to return next year. Its in a perfect location right beside the train station
• Süleyman (6/5): Bu paraya çok daha iyileri mevcut - Otelde restoran yok, otelin dışında yaklaşık 500 Mt. Anlaşmalı bir restorana gönderiyorlar. Kahvaltıda sadece salatalık domates vb bir kaç çeşit var ve onlar da kahvaltı saatinden önce bitmiş oluyor.

• maria (8/5): ανετη και οικονομικη επιλογη - το ξενοδοχειο ηταν σε καλο σημειο στην παλια πολη .ΟΙ συγκοινωνιες ηταν κοντα ,ΕΙχε αρκετα μερη για φαγητο Για οποιον αρεσει να μενει χωρις πολυ χλιδη ειναι καλη επιλογη .Το επελεξα για την τοποθεσια του αλλα και για την πισινα που δυστυχως δεν λειουργουσε.το πρωινο ηταν πολυ πλουσιο και το προσωπικο ευγενεστατο.

• Thomas (6/5): Cheap and cheerful. - Hotel was basic but clean. We found breakfast to be limited with little change from day to day. Staff were courteous and helpful. The room was small but clean. Following a conversation with our bank manager who was born and raised in Izmir we learnt that the local area was not the best and frequented by a less than savoury element and with hindsight we would have to agree with this view. That said we were within 30 minutes or so walk to the seafront area, Alsanjac (excuse the spelling) and it's many bars and eateries and Konak with its square, clock tower and bazzar. In conclusion we think that 35 euro per night is good value as breakfast is included and WiFi is available throughout the hotel, including in room at no extra cost. Although we didn't experience any problems in the area I would advise caution.
• agapi (10/5): Excellent Hotel - Πολυ καλη τοποθεσια, τελεια εξυπηρετηση απο ολο το προσωπικο και ειδικα απο το γραφειο υποδοχης την κ.Σαχραα. Πλουσιο πρωινο και ανετο δωματιο με ολα τα απαραιτητα και πολυ καθαρο. Very good place, perfect service from the recepionist mrs Sahraa. Rich breakfast and very comfortable and clean room with all you need. I strongly recommend it.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - La struttura era molto gradevole, piacevole la vista dalla terrazza della colazione e rilassente il centro benessere. La stanza (king suite) era molto spaziosa. Il letto e il cuscino erano veramente comodi. Ci è stato dato un upgrade gratuito dall'hotel. Una grande nota di merito va al receptionist, attento ai dettagli, cordiale e sorridente. Ci ha tenuto gli zaini prima del check in e il giorno del mio compleanno mi ha fatto gli auguri in italiano. Piccoli dettagli che fanno capire l'attenzione nei confronti degli ospiti. Notevole anche la pulizia della camera. La posizione è centrale.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Noisy but nice - This hotel is lovely. Very modern, very comfortable and beautifully fitted rooms. The location is great, close to the main roundabout and a close walk to the bazar. However, do not stay on the 7th floor whatever you do, request a lower floor room. The 8th floor is the restaurant, and for some reason there is not a single bit of insulation or soundproofing beneath the floor. At 6.30am the sound begins and it was so loud I actually thought someone was in my room, it was shocking and scary. Every footstep, and every move of a chair shook my room. I was very displeased but knew I would not be able to sleep even if I changed rooms and was only there for a night. This hotel is a amazing if they can guarantee you a room on a lower floor. The trains can make a lot of noise but usually stop honking their horns around midnight. Breakfast was extensive and ok to taste.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Served our needs well! - Wanted somewhere convenient in Izmir to explore the promenade & bazar but reasonably priced - life corner did exactly that. It's a 15min walk to the water or 20mins if meandering through the bazar. There's dedicated covered parking at the side of the hotel & breakfast is served on the top floor with views across lower town.
