• Eric (8/5): A great place to stay, close to Dubrovnik - We were welcomed by Tatijana who was very kind and took time to inform us about Dubrovnick. The place is a bit outside the city, but very easy to reach by bus (easier to leave the car at the Villa and commute) Not much ! It was great !

The apartment is great, we had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was very much appreciated on hot days, and the spa was an additional bonus when we had a rainy day.. Highly recommended. • Lucy (10/5): Amazing stay in a wonderful apartment with a great host! - Tatjana is a great host. We arrived a few hours before check in time and she was able to accommodate us. The accommodation was perfect. It was very clean and the ideal size for our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The pool was welcomed too especially on the hot days. Tatjana gave us lots of information regarding travelling to the old town. The buses were every 15 mins and very easy (a couple of EUR per person per journey). It took around 20 mins to get from the apartment to Dubrovnik. The bus stop was 5 mins walk from the apartment.

• Lisa (9/5): Fabtastic stay with children - Lovely host who gave us lots of local recommendations. The accommodation was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool is a great addition as we were traveling with children, the spa area is beautiful. Great location and a bus stop only a minute away which takes you into the old town in less than 20 minutes. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again. Mattress was too hard but that is personal preference.

Ensuite de l’accueil à votre départ de la villa tout est fait pour vous satisfaire. Accueil irréprochable. Indications pour les visites pour les restaurants.. rien ne manque… Même les prises anti moustique sont fournies. Difficiles de faire mieux.

• Visser (9/5): Heerlijk appartement met zwembad, rustig gelegen maar binnen 20 minuten zit je in hartje Dubrovnik. - Mooi appartement met heerlijke bedden. Mooi buitenverblijf met een heerlijk zwembad. Ontzettend vriendelijke host die ons overal mee wou helpen en leuke aanbeveling/tips gaf. Keukengerei kan iets uitgebreider maar was al met al goed te doen.

The room was excellent, with well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed and perfect airconditioning. Lots of info on the room regarding the local arttractions and such. The place is a walking-distance from a few grocey stores and restaurants. Easy to make breakfast and snacks, and then go for a dinner in the restaurants. The area is safe and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Short taxi or a bus ride to Dubrovnik. Best thing in our stay was Tatjana, the owner of the villa. She was extremely nice and made sure our stay was as easy and nice as possible. I would definitely recommend this place. Suosittelen 👍

Toujours d'une grande aide pour nous conseiller !!! Le bus est à moins de 100m de la résidence pour aller dans la vieille ville de Dubrovnik Surtout ne pas utiliser sa voiture !!! Si nous devons revenir un jour ce sera chez Tetjana !!!

• Steve (10/5): Exceptional - Tatjana was so nice and helpful, could not have been a better host. There was free private parking right outside and a bus stop a couple hundred yards away which went right to the old town and back again. The pool was lovely, room was clean and comfortable and there was a lovely walk along the river to a great restaurant called Vimbula on the to riverside. The water was amazingly clear with a shoal of fish under every boat and we could watch the sunset over the mountains at 7.30pm. So glad we didn't stay in Dubrovnik proper with all the traffic and parking issues. Nothing

The property features a beautiful orchard where we enjoyed picking tangerines and grapes right from the trees. However, it's worth noting that the apartment and facilities were quite basic and located outside the city of Dubrovnik. The nearby bus station made it easy to reach the Old Town, though. The pool was small, and we didn't take advantage of it during our stay.

• Phil (9/5): Quiet riverside location with parking allowing car free visits to Dubrovnik - The pool was lovely. Balcony was good. Good parking with easy access for busses to Dubrovnik old town. Note that the air conditioning unit is in the living space only, but adequate to cool the whole apartment with internal doors open. The local river is very pretty and worth visiting as are local restaurants. Tatjana was a great host with lots of helpful tips to make the most of our time in Dubrovnik. Communication ahead of arrival was quite complicated but on arrival everything was easy.

• Alison (8/5): Great place to relax, and really accessible to get into Dubrovnik. - It was homely, had a pool, Dubrovnik easily accessible, the garden, the pets and the apartment had what you needed. Slight smell of cigarettes in living space.
• Marius (10/5): Exceptional - The place is wonderful! It has a great pool, it is very clean, quiet and comfy. The host is very friendly and ready to help you. The bus station to Dubrovnik is very close. The ticket costs 2€ one way. You don’t have to worry about the parking! I recommend it!!!
• Mark (9/5): Superb - Although at first sight from the road it doesn't look much, its a really nice apartment in a pretty area. The location is just 20 mins bus ride to the Old town, and only €2 (cash) for the journey (buses really frequent, with bus stop practically in front of the apartment). Nice pool to cool down after hot day. Tatayana the host was v.friendly and gave us plenty of tips, and there are some nice restaurants walking distance nearby - and the walk is pleasant along the waterside. Not really in the control of the hosts, but we had a group of young girls staying in the apartment next to us who unfortunately were unable to observe the House rules and were noisy (coming home at 5am making a racket, loud music, watching TV on their phones at the poolside etc).

• Lee (10/5): Wonderful stay for a family ( or anyone ! ) - We absolutely loved our stay in a 2 bedroom apartment at Villa Roza. Where to start ... Everything in the apartment was modern, clean and comfortable -- comfy beds & pillows, comfy couch, best high-pressure shower we've had in a while. The location is super convenient for getting the bus to the old town .. the stop is just a few minutes walk away, and they come by every 15 minutes or less. The pool is wonderful !! Our kids spent more time in the pool than I'd like to admit. The host (Tatiana) was wonderful. She took so much time to share all of the tips and tricks about Dubrovnik ( e.g. where to get less expensive meals, where to park for free in the city centre, etc ). She was very helpful and funny ! We felt at home at this apartment, and would highly recommend this accommodation to anybody !

• Mary-claire (10/5): Fantastic Stay! - Tatjana was a fantastic host. She provided lots of information on things to do during our stay in Dubrovnik. The bus stop is located right outside the apartment and takes approximately 15 minutes to the old town. It costs 15kn per trip and runs quite frequently. We also had a car rental which we could park safely outside the apartment for free. The pool and spa was a special added bonus which we really enjoyed. A 10/10 stay from us - thank you.

Nous avons eu un des 4 appartements de la Villa et celui-ci avait un balcon très agréable ! La piscine est sympathique pour s’y détendre en fin de journée Tatjana nous a donné beaucoup de précieux conseils à notre arrivée !

• Zouky (8/5): - L'établissement est calme, situé près d'un arrêt de bus qui permet d'accéder à la vieille ville en 15 mn. Les 2 chambres sont bien, l'appartement convient pour 4 personnes. Pour 5 avec une seule salle de bain et le canapé d'appoint, c'est un peu juste mais pour 2 nuits, on peut s'en accommoder. La piscine est propre et agréable pour se détendre.

• Dawn (10/5): - The apartments are clean and modern and items such as hairdryer, washing machine,towels etc are all provided. You may find the swimming pool a little smaller than expected. Upon arrival Tatjana who is the host greeted me and explained where the local restaurants/bistros were which were in walking distance. Bus time table is provided in the welcome pack along with other helpful information. The old city is only a 15 - 20 minute bus ride away and the port only 10 - 15 minutes away. Tatjana is extremely helpful and is happy to arrange any excursions. Would definately stay at Villa Roza next time i'm in Dubrovnik
• James (10/5): Dubrovnik - Lovely friendly host. Surrounded by beautiful countryside. Appartment is clean and has cooking facilities. Supermarket also near by. Little hard to find as there is no sign for the appartment. We had a great stay and the bus stop to Dubrovnik is a 2 minute walk.

The surrounds are truly picturesque! The host communicates well and informs you of all that you need to know, including bus information, drinkable water, etc, which is reassuring. Highly recommend staying here. It also has a pool!!
