- Marcio F (8/5): Atendeu as expectaticas - O quarto bom, cama muito boa, roupas de cama e banho excelentes. A localização também é um ponto bom pois há bons restaurantes por perto e para visitar o centro histórico uma caminhada de 20 min. A pessoa que nos recebeu, Carmine, também atendeu prontamente as solicitações que fizemos. Como fomos de carro, o estacionamento é um ponto a se considerar, com o abono do Relais sai por 35 euros por noite sem o abono sai por 48 euros... mas é a melhor alternativa pois não há onde estacionar relativamente próximo com segurança. Não recomendo fazer a reserva com café da manhã pois o lugar em que é feito é um restaurante adaptado para o café da manha, há melhores alternativas inclusive próximas melhores. O edifício onde fica o Relais é antigo e de aspecto que deixa a desejar quanto a limpeza.

- giulia (7/5): - Struttura bella, pulita, personale molto gentile e pronto ad aiutare. Colazione in ristorante vista mare molto fornito e con camerieri gentilissimi. Collegata molto bene, si raggiunge facilmente a piedi Chiaia, via Toledo; le fermate del bus si trovano a pochi passi a piedi. La strada su cui affaccia la struttura è una parallela del lungomare non bellissima, è molto trafficata e rumorosa. Hanno montato degli infissi molto efficienti ma durante il weekend a causa dell'elevatissimo traffico di Napoli si sentono comunque rumore.

El baño muy moderno y chill. Nada. Quizá el parking que te dicen que son todo el día 35€ pero es un descuento de 35€ con el parking que tienen convenio, el cual es carísimo. Pero por la noche si buscas, se quedan huecos vacíos en la calle.

We arrived during a taxi strike and Carmine was great at helping us get back to the hotel when we were having difficulties. The room was great and the shower was comfortable. La posizione è perfetta per godersi una passeggiata vista mare o raggiungere facilmente Castel dell’Ovo e piazza del Plebiscito. Le camere sono moderne, luminose e curate nei dettagli, con una pulizia impeccabile. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile a fornire consigli su cosa visitare o dove mangiare. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, lo consiglio. Nulla .

- Boi (8/5): Luci e ombre - Le stanze sono veramente belle e ben arredate, come bello è tutto ciò che c'è oltre la porta a vetri che introduce al piano destinato all'albergo. Posizione centralissima con tutto vicino raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi, dal lungomare a via Chiaia, e quindi al cuore di Napoli. Le stanze affacciano su una strada con traffico h24, e l'insonorizzazione della stanza non è sufficiente a coprire i rumori della strada. Migliorabile il bagno, con doccia e rubinetti vari intasati dal calcare. Anche il rubinetto del lavandino era praticamente smontato. Le porte e le pareti hanno chiari segni di umidità. Diciamo una buonissima struttura, ma un "Relais", è tutt'altra questione. Ma Napoli è meravigliosa anche per questo.

- Martina (7/5): Struttura da 4 stelle.. servizio migliorabile - La struttura é molto bella, pulitissima e in una posizione molto comoda. Non c’è un servizio reception, é tutto gestito tramite whatsapp, dal check-in inviando in anticipo i documenti, al pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. Nel caso di emergenze non c’è possibilità di una comunicazione diretta ed immediata. Dovendo nel nostro caso lasciare la camera entro le 10.30 ma avendo il volo di rientro alle 22.00, ci aspettavamo di potere almeno usufruire di un servizio igienico prima di lasciare la città. Ci è stato detto (tramite whatsapp) che era fuori uso e non é stata messa a disposizione una camera di cortesia per compensare tale disservizio, si parla comunque di un quattro stelle che per 2 camere da 2 notti ciascuna ha previsto una tariffa di 600€. Punti a sfavore dunque la mancanza di comunicazione/ presenza di personale in struttura. Per il resto niente da dire, molto curato l’arredo, accoglienti e spaziose le camere.

- MArtin (8/5): A well kept boutique apartment. - The hotel was comfortable with a well designed room and comfortable bed. The hotel breakfast provided by the nearby hotel was fine. The hotel is within a short walk of shops, restaurants and the seafront. The messaging service with owner brought prompt replies. It wasn’t possible to meet any staff as there was no one on reception either when we arrived later (which we were aware of) or in the morning. It might have been nice to have the opportunity to store bags to see the local sites after checkout.

- Mara (8/5): - The property is in an excellent location to explore Naples and enjoy the nearby seaa Unfortunately the internet connection wasn’t strong enough to allow a smooth use of the network for work purposes. Our referent tried his best to help in a very supportive and kind way.
- Vlašic (10/5): - Vše co bylo nabízeno, realita odpovídala fotkám v nabídce. Poloha ubytování s tím, že to bylo kousek od moře, promenády, kousek do centra atd. Jediná vada na kráse co se týče polohy, že dům stojí přímo u hlavní cesty, kde je šílený provoz, který je i v noci a i přes zavřená okna je to velice slyšet.

- Michelle (10/5): Great stay! - The location was fantastic. Very close to the water and Castel dell'Ovo with a view of Mount Vesuvius. A ton of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The room was beautiful with a great pedestal tub to relax in to end your day. Perfect instructions for easy self check-in.

No breakfast offered, even though it says bed and breakfast in the title. Also, I never encountered a single staff member at the reception. This felt a bit spooky.
- Norma (10/5): SUPER GODT HOTEL - en Rigtig godt sted.... godt placeret, dejlig værelse og faciliterer, en god seng, badværelse.... alt SUPER GODT. Det eneste vi havde problemer med, var at de skal huske at skrive eller fortælle at til at komme ind skal man trykke, nøgle, de 4 tal og afslutte med nøgle til den første døre. Vi kommer gerne igen og give de bedste anbefalinger til stedet, Mange tak....

- Penny (6/5): What a ripoff! - It was somewhat located centrally. Not nearly as central as advertised. My balcony door was literally hanging off one hinge when I got there. I couldn't use the balcony that I paid to have. There was never an employee on sight during my entire stay. Drunk people in the only corridor all times of the night. No instructions to get through the code locked doors to the building nor the hotel doors until I called while locked out. The employee that answered said someone would be at the front desk the next day. There wasn't. Nor was there anyone the next day. The halls are hot. The room takes a while to cool off. The tub leaks quite a bit. The balcony is the smallest thing I've ever seen.

- Annette (10/5): - The room was absolutely lovely. The staff was attentive and accommodating. Great location. One recommendation, the entry space could use some attention, entering the building’s shared lobby space can use attention, for a better first impression. The hotel itself is very nice.

- chloelyy (6/5): Flooded after every shower - I noticed at the beginning the paint and layers of the bathroom door were peeling off so i wondered if someone flooded the room badly and damaged it, but then after i took a normal shower (with the shower door closed properly) the whole bathroom flooded like a pool and the water even went outside the bathroom and flooded part of the room if you can see in the pictures ( it was too dark to capture it), next morning i made my boyfriend aware of this when he was going to take shower and be careful, same thing happened. We told the staff when checking-out but he seems surprised and was not aware there is a re-occurring problem in the room. Other than this location is great and staff was good.

- Anonymous (7/5): The room was nice but we felt it was expensive for what was offered. - Room was smart with good air con. Only staffed during ‘office’ hours so you use codes to enter. Small ‘breakfast’ area but no breakfast, not even coffee offered. Is on a busy road.
- Marisa (8/5): The relais was modern and cozy, clean, and staff were so friendly - The relais piazza was really cute, modern and updated. The staff here were so friendly! They upgraded our room and made swans and decor with a note for our honeymoon. They also made the bed with fresh towels promptly every day. The location was 1 minute from the ocean and close to a bus stop! The AC worked really well too on really hot days which was great for us! Overall the stay was great! The beds and pillows were a little firm so these could maybe be updated. The hotel, though perfectly close to the ocean, is on a busy street which you can hear the traffic and honking outside. Finally, the entrance to get in is a touch outdated and there is not always someone at reception so we were worried sometimes about getting locked out (you need to enter a code 3x to get into the hotel) and the lift was not working so if you had any mobility issues it would have been more difficult to access going up two flights of stairs!
