Elizabeth (10/5): - The extra supplies in kitchen and plenty of towels just a real difference for the better in our experience of rental properties plus a more "complete" home. Ie books , magazines , maps , walks in local area , games etc. The balcony door latch a little broken - often doesn't close properly- but only minor.
