- Johanna (7/5): Good location - Good location nearby the bus stop to Dubrovnik and the airport. Private car park. Private balcony. The room is quite small (opening suitcase is difficult). Everything is a bit old. Some things need to be replaced.
- Leonie (10/5): Hostess went over & beyond, i found them to be very hospitable & accommading of my fathers needs. - Highly recommend Location, flat walking distance to main shopping plaza maybe 200 meters, & beautiful srebreno beach. Hostess Tonka was very hospitable & accommodating of any needs. Husband even offered to drive my father to emergency dentist & chemist. Husband offers service to drive to local airport. Very convenient. We were made to feel very well welcomed. Very clean & modern rooms & apartment. I definitely book an apartment next time. Nothing not to like.

- OZGUL (4/5): - J’avais réservé une chambre double avec patio et vue jardin (réservation annulable). Suite à l’annulation de mon vol, j’ai contacté l’agence et les propriétaires, sans réponse de leur part malgré mes relances. À mon arrivée à 16h, l’établissement était fermé et il a fallu passer par une agence croate pour obtenir les clés. La chambre ne correspondait pas à la description : pas de patio privé mais un espace commun à l’étage, simple fenêtre donnant un peu sur le jardin. Confort très décevant : • Insonorisation quasi inexistante (voisins, plomberie, bruits de pas et vaisselle tôt le matin). • Matelas inconfortable, linge de lit sommaire (drap en guise de couverture). • Frigo hors service. • Salle de bain basique (juste serviette et savon liquide). • Miroir trop haut. • Une seule poubelle, qui est dans la salle de bain. • Plus d’eau chaude le dernier jour. Points positifs : propriétaire sympathique et de bons conseils, emplacement pratique (5 min de la plage, bus pour Dubrovnik, centre commercial). En résumé : logement en dessous de la description et du prix, avec de gros problèmes d’insonorisation et de confort.
- Luiza (10/5): - Adoramos! Quarto limpo, silencioso, próximo à praia (menos de 10 minutos a pé), parada de ônibus (5 minutos a pé) para dubrovnik, além de um shopping com mercado (5 minutos). Preço bem mais em conta que dubrovnik, podendo ir de ônibus ou uber. Ótima escolha. Voltaria. Amei a sacada. Nada. Gostamos de tudo!
- Tommaso (10/5): Ottima soluzione comoda per visitare Dubrovnik - Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Struttura molto comoda, stanza e bagno ampi e puliti. Letto confortevole. Comodo il parcheggio privato. La struttura è a 10 minuti di macchina da Dubrovnik, in un contesto abitativo molto carino, fuori dalla confusione. Consiglio di prendere Uber per andare a Dubrovnik: è molto più conveniente che pagare il parcheggio in città! Tutto perfetto!

- Alexander (2/5): - The room itself was fine; location is convenient to Dubrovnik. Although there is ample parking, it is tricky. because there is a pub/restaurant right by the parking lot and several times there were cars blocking the entrance. We had to go into the pub and ask for cars to be moved so that we could park. We were told we would be on the 2nd floor, but our room was on the 3rd; no elevator! There is a boiler for hot water, so we had to wait between showers for water to get hot and the water pressure was low. For our 10-day stay only a used bottle of hand soap was provided: no shampoo, body wash or toilet paper (only a half roll of toilet paper provided). We were forced to buy shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper for our stay. There was no blanket provided; the bed only had a thin sheet. The towels that were provided were awful! It was plain to see that they had been washed with something red because they were not white, rather "pink". They were like sandpaper, so stiff and not absorbent at all! We were told that the rooms are cleaned every 7 days, but our room was never cleaned. The trash cans were overflowing by the end of our stay, and we were forced to use those awful towels and cheap thin bedding for the entirety of our stay. We would not recommend this place as it stands. If the host were to keep their word about cleaning the room and perhaps provide decent bedding and towels as well as basic toiletries, we might change our mind. Disappointing!

- John (8/5): - Two weeks in September. Nice stay. Friendly host. Short walk to the beach. Very pleasant seafront with bars and restaurants. Water taxi to Dubrovnik Old Town took 25 minutes.

- Anisa (6/5): - The property was a good base for my parents. But there are quite a few steps they were on the 3rd floor. The kettle never fully boiled. No hairdryer and the mirror in the bathroom was only for 5ft 6 and over. I don’t think I’d stay here again. Just too basic it was cheap but we had family staying in another room not far it was cheap too but much better facilities.

Friendly hosts and a neighbor laundry owner provide transportation to the airport or old town with reasonable price. Good location close to beach and by bus only 10-15 minutes to old town, price 2,90€.

- Nichols (8/5): It was a convenient and very clean space. - Very clean! Neat. All the necessities were there. Very close to places to eat, shop, the beach, etc. There was a strange noise like a motor running or something on the roof all night. it was difficult to sleep. The bathroom light didn't work. It could be nice if there was a little sign with all the necessary info for guests in one place. For example: wifi, where the AC control is, transport offered by staff info, etc. But neatly typed and placed on a table easy to find.
- Garrett (10/5): - Amazing apartment in a safe and quiet local area. We stayed here to visit Debrovnik. Just 10 minutes drive away. A 5 minute walk to shopping center, grocery and beach. The host is amazing. She is very nice and accomadating. We are coming back next year and booked with her for our next visit.

- Aalto (6/5): - For a basic overnight stay it was ok, but it was overpriced. Very basic amenities: a fridge, air conditioner, and a TV (who even uses that?). For the price of the room, I felt it could have offered a little something extra. I’ve stayed in a couple of different apartments in the Kupari region, so I have something to reference. The most disappointing thing was the fact that no one answered my messages. I tried both email and text, but got no response – which always makes me a bit worried. The whole booking process is apparently handled by a third-party service: you have to call them, and then they contact the owner or someone to let you into your room.
- Pasquale (2/5): - La stanza era sporca abbiamo dovuto pulire tutto, abbiamo trovato le formiche sul letto e nella camera, erano inoltre prese ti ragnatele ai muri. Il mobilio scadente, abbiamo chiesto un bollitore al proprietario che c'è l'ha fornito sporco. Una vera e propria TOPAIA!!

- Beatriz (8/5): Boa localização! - Alojamento com estacionamento privado. Localização boa - 8€ de uber até dubrovnik, e com praia a 10 minutos a pé de distância. A praia é bastante agradável. Lençóis e toalhas ásperos Falta de secador e gel de banho. Poderia ter alguns detalhes como por exemplo café, chá, etc… O forno não funcionava, porém os donos do alojamento auxiliaram-nos.

- Silvia (10/5): Soggiorno ottimo - Ottima posizione a metà tra Ragusa (Città vecchia) e Cavtat, entrambe raggiungibili comodamente in autobus. Altri servizi distano pochi minuti a piedi, es. il supermercato, l'edicola, la farmacia, la spiaggia, ecc. La camera era pulita e fornita del necessario, forse un po' troppo piccola. I gestori del b&b sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. E' stata la mia prima vacanza in Croazia, ed è certo che, se dovessi tornare, vi soggiornerei nuovamente.

- Lucija (9/5): Predivan, udoban i praktičan smještaj - Naš boravak u apartmanu bio je izuzetno ugodan od prvog do zadnjeg dana. Prostor je prostran, uredan i vrlo udoban za nas dvoje, a lokacija je savršena – trgovina je doslovno nekoliko koraka od apartmana, a do plaže svega par minuta lagane šetnje. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Posebno nas je oduševila brza i ljubazna reakcija vlasnika – kada je došlo do kvara na klimi, majstor je bio u apartmanu unutar 45 minuta i problem je odmah riješen, što je za svaku pohvalu. Sve je bilo čisto, mirno i ugodno. Jedino što nam je nedostajalo bilo je veliko ogledalo i mikrovalna, ali to su sitnice u usporedbi s ukupnim dojmom.

Chybely hačky v koupelne, v kuchini ne tekla studena voda(asy vadný kohoutek), chybely zasuvky u nočnich stolku, ne svitila jedna lampička na nočnim stolku, ne pohodlne židle v kuchini. Ne šlo moc větrat, nad ranem často bylo cytit kanalizaci venku.

Estuvimos en julio, por el precio que pagamos en Madrid incluyen muchos más servicios como geles para la ducha, cafés con galletas y con alguna fruta... En este alojamiento no hubo nada. Las almohadas no eran cómodas.

La ubicación está muy bien si buscas algo tranquilo, tienes la playa cerca y el autobús que lleva a el resto de pueblos costeros está cerca. A 15 min de dubrovnik, que se llega rápido y te alejas de los precios elevados y jaleo de ahí. No hay productos de aseo (la descripción ya te pone que no hay)

- Darko (10/5): Preporučujem! - Uredno, čisto, domaćini jako ljubazni i pristupačni, plaža Srebreno udaljena 5-6 minuta lagane šetnje, tržni centar Sub City na 2-3 minute od smještaja, aurobuska stanica za Dubrovnik na 3-4 minute od smještaja. Parking dobar i prostran, internet odlično radi.

L'endroit est très proche de la vielle ville de Dubrovnik ( bus ou 10/15 minutes en Uber au pied des remparts) et à 5/10 minutes à pied d'une magnifique petite plage de Mlini. Le propriétaire est très gentil. Parking gratuit privé sur place. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement pour la qualité et l'emplacement. Tout était parfait.

Towels and bedding were very rough, the towels felt like sand paper. AC was good but only in the bedroom. We didn’t have any problems. But didnt get much help as far as suggestions on where to eat or best places to visit.

Hosts are welcoming and shared information about main directions. WiFi and air conditioning worked well. A couple of steps from a big hypermarket where you can buy food or something for the beach. A 10-minute walk from Sheraton Beach and Kupari. Balcony as a benefit 👍 Douch did leak. Free parking which is very spacious and convenient to park in. Pillows migh be more soft maybe

I ordered small room in first floor, and its really so small, its only bed, don't have space at all, but has terase. host chengge fot biggest in ground floors, room with kitchen, its olso small but more comfortable, and u can go outside. we travel with kid, and for her itswas good, she csn play outside. in the kitchen u can find ewerythink what u need, its good in the room you can hear averything, from neighbours, window from the bathroom go to garage, so don't have fresh air. on the window don't have protection for mosquito.

- Mona Helene (8/5): Clean and nice - Nice and service-minded hosts. They answer the phone quickly and are extremely helpful. The room was clean and in order. Please note that there is no shower gel or shampoo. Restaurants, some small shops and a shopping mall in the vicinity. It is about 5-minutes walk to the beach. It is easy to take a bus to Dubrovnik. You can also take a ferry into the old town, which we definitely recommend. The downsides are the hard beds and "garden view" here means a view of the parking lot and gas station.

L'insonorisation est terrible dans la chambre, nous sommes réveillés à 23h de la nuit et à 4h du matin deux jours de suite de notre séjour par un couple espagnol. Nous entendions toute leur conversation et le ronflement du mari la nuit. Je ne recommande pas cet appartement aux personnes qui ont un sommeil difficile. Impossible de rendormir une fois réveillé par tout ces bruits

Völlig überteuertes Apartment für die gebotene Ausstattung.Extrem unbequeme Betten, man konnte jede einzelne Feder der alten Matraze spüren, wir haben in der Nacht nicht geschlafen. - Zafarjon (4/5): - Our stay at this property was disappointing, especially for international travelers. The listed unit (1A) was behind a locked metal gate, making it impossible to access or ring the doorbell. We waited outside and eventually found an elderly couple at the back—one of them was the owner, who didn’t speak English. He led us upstairs. The balcony was dirty, which he blamed on birds, and he cleaned it while showing basic kitchen utensils. We thanked him and tried to settle in, but there was no hot water. After returning in the evening, still no hot water. We couldn’t ring the bell again due to the locked gate, so we had to shout for attention. His wife heard and sent him down. He turned on the boiler and told us to wait 40 minutes—something that should’ve already been done. It felt like an attempt to save electricity. Other issues: no soap or shampoo, no power outlets near the bed (only one high on the wall under the TV), no kettle unless requested, gas stove didn’t work (and smelled of gas), and the electric burner was unplugged by the owner without explanation. We left the next morning. Poor communication, lack of basic amenities, and limited accessibility made our stay stressful. Not recommended for non-Croatian-speaking tourists.
