Kept cutting out then re-acquiring the signal good for a few seconds then cutting out again. Made for a very undesirable viewing experience.

There was a fire alarm drill that woke us up in the morning , given that we are paying to sleep , they should advise guest about the inconvenience. Imagine being woken up by a fire alarm with children being afraid running out of our room only to have to ask a rude employee if we were safe. I wouldn’t come back because of this , that explains why it was so empty.

- Monica (2/5): - The cleaning staff were Great people. The manager was rude she had no patience at for holding teams there. She thought that the parents didn’t speak Spanish and the kids. And everyone understood. And she was just not a happy camper from the beginning. She had no customer service skills at all. Neither of her front staff either. They need to go to some Chick-fil-A training camps for sure. Then we get to our room and it look like somebody died in it. The pullout mattress had blood and yellow stains all over it. The staff was so helpful to get exchange. But still my 13 year old daughter saw it and it was the first thing she saw. The pullout mattress had no cover and when my daughter saw she said to me was that somebody had died in our room. How do i explain to child after that it’s okay and we can still sleep there. It was Just not a good experience the whole weekend

The bottoms of my feet were dirty to the point they left muddy footprints on the damp bathroom floor. I had to wash them before putting my shoes on. The rest was normal-ok. Breakfast was ok.

- Vickie (4/5): Terrible - Pubic Hair in shower in the 1st room when I checked in so had to be moved to another room. Front desk person saw the evidence as well & notified her supervisor. Like myself, guests were complaining about the breakfast: no food at 9:30am though told verbally & given a paper stating till 10am. The bagels were stale, eggs selection less than desirable & overall needs drastic improvement. If I were a secret shopper, it would be rated a “3” cause my room was good and the Apple juice. Guests come not only to sleep.. but to enjoy the experience which was definitely “lacking”!

Yogurt machine: drip, drip, drip…You can do better than this folks!

- Sheridan (10/5): Exceptional - I like that it was a new hotel. The breakfast was ok the staff was helping The pillows on the bed were super soft and you would need 3 pillows to sleep comfortably. Me and my family were woken up at 1:00 am in the morning to load music from the neighbor beside us. We had to call the front twice and still the music until until 3 am in the morning. We didn't get any sleep. We complained to the front once we checked out and they gave us points.
