The price was very reasonable for a budget traveler. The apartments are a little far from the main tourist areas of the city. There was some noise from a neighboring restaurant.

- Aija (7/5): Good location, walking distance, close to train station and all main must see objects. - I liked that key was in look box. Owner was replaying to my messages fast, so good communication. There was water problems, sometime no water at all, but as we wasn't on hurry it didn't disturbed us a lot.
- Christina (9/5): Tolle Lage, großzügige Wohnung, TOP - Tolles Haus, sauber und die Fewo genau wie beschrieben. Lage ist super. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Empfohlenes Frühstückslokal (The Locals) unfassbar gut, sehr günstig 10€/Person und tolles Personal. Es war nachts doch sehr laut im Doppelzimmer, sa unten in den Bars immer Party war. Fenster auflassen ging also nicht. Es gibt aber Klimaanlagen, so dass es nicht zu warm wurde. Oder man macht unten einfach mit!

- Hebert (4/5): Bien situé - L’emplacement! Petite rue mignonne près des cafés. L’eau chaude doit être activé 30min à l’avance, mais nous n’en avons pas manqué. Appartement mignon bien équipé. Nous avons retrouvé une tache de sang dans un des lits. Nous avons manqué de papier de toilette car il n’y avait pas de service. La ruelle se transforme en rue de terrasse/bar la nuit, donc nous avions de la difficulté à dormir certains soirs.

- dtr_w (7/5): - The apartment is very well located; if you want to explore Athens, everything is close (about 1.5 km) and can be reached on foot. It's spacious. If you're a fan of nightlife, it's perfect. The host is very helpful, asking if you need anything and quickly arranging it. One bedroom has no window, but it's adequate for a short stay. Unfortunately, the apartment is run-down, a bit dirty, and could use a good refresh. There's no ventilation, it's humid, and it gets stuffy. The air conditioning is loud, so you have to turn it off at night. The apartment is in a very noisy neighborhood, so earplugs are essential (the host left some by our bed :)).

- Steffen (6/5): - A very small flat with a lovely roof terrace. Don't go there if you plan to have a shower. It's okay that you have heat the boiler half an hour before – you can deal with that. But when you want to have a shower, there’s only one setting and it’s so scalding hot that steam comes out of the showerhead; you end up scalding yourself and there’s no way to adjust it. It’s either on or off.

- ilGrr (8/5): Tre giorni ad Atene e sentirsi come a casa - Alloggio pulito e arredato in modo pratico e funzionale. Ottime la presenza di uno di terrazzo coperto , utilizzabile delle belle giornate restando seduti sui divanetti la sera. Il quartiere, nonostante l'apparenza un po' trascurata , è comunque sicuro . Nella via pedonale in cui si trova l'albergo , sono presenti dei localini che nel weekend fanno anche musica dal vivo, ma per mezzanotte finisci tutto e il quartiere torna tranquillo.

- Claire (7/5): Dernière nuit à Athènes City! - Appartement ok pour une nuit en famille. Juste beaucoup de bruits avec les bars en bas de l'immeuble malgré les fenêtres fermées. Je n'ai pas apprécié l'emplacement dans la ville. Mais pour une nuit c'était suffisant. Je pense que je n'aurai pas loué pour plus de jours avec deux enfants. Peut-être que seul ou en couple c'est bien mais pas en famille.

Na rua há muitos bares que funcionam de noite, mas não dá para ouvir qualquer som que venha da rua. A comunicação com o proprietário sempre foi muito boa e sempre estava disponível.

- Sonia (8/5): Très bien pour passer quelques nuits - - la localisation - le prix - l’espace - la séparation sdb/cuisine vs coin nuit - la réactivité de l’hôte ainsi que ses précisions pour accéder à l’appartement - l’absence de vraies fenêtres qui ouvrent - la douche ouverte si grande : j’ai eu un peu froid - ça ne nous a pas empêchées de dormir mais je le précise pour les personnes au sommeil léger : c’est très bruyant le soir - l’impossibilité de se garer autrement que dans un parking payant

Una sola pentola e una sola padella senza un coperchio nè un mestolo nè un colapasta, mancano anche tazze e tazzine. Ci si arrangia, ma farebbero comodo

The room was huge and comfortable. It felt quite dusty and there were lot of noise coming through from outside but if you dont mind that then it's a great stay!
- 686275f0cbf570d97d023fb3b6d07778 (8/5): - Comfortable bed, low price, small but large enough to store belongings. Shower was hot enough. Rooftop terrace was enjoyable. There seems to be some prayer area nearby. The sound is relatively constant from 7pm till 9pmish and about 8-9 am. So if you are planning an early start or late night out it won't affect you.

Nous avons eu la chance d y être pour le week-end de Pâques , les bars dans la rue étaient fermés. Seul celui au bout de la rue était ouvert et on entendait la musique et les gens parler. S’ils avaient été ouverts je pense que ça aurait été très bruyant . D ailleurs des boules quies sont déposées sur les tables de nuit des chambres . Arrivée et départ autonomes . La station de métro est très proche ce qui est très pratique pour rejoindre notamment l aéroport (50 min environ avec un changement) .

- eb912cf7f56b710bc9208f0ace2cb8dc (8/5): Pratique pour 2 jours à Athènes - Appartement pratique près du centre. Propre. Il y a 3 bars juste en dessous qui sont ouverts jusqu’à très tard. Attention si vous êtes sensibles au bruit car la musique et les voix des gens sont bien présent jusqu’à tard le soir.

Benim kaldığım otel odası en üst kat büyük bir terası vardı, banyosu çok küçük ve sıcak su var ama sanırım en üst kata suyu hidrofor basıyor onun için duş almak sorun oluyor. Sokakta bir corner bar var yer güzel ama sabah 03.00 kadar sesli müzik var. Sevmeyenlere duyurulur.
