The breakfasts are delicious and the room was clean, cosy, and very comfortable. I truly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and warm welcome.

- Jessie (10/5): - Edwin was fantastic, he made us feel very welcome from the moment we got there. The property is beautiful and a short walk to a lovely lakeside look out where we watched the sunset (Edwin's recommendation). The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed chatting to Edwin each morning over the delicious breakfast he cooked us (with fresh bread and eggs from his gorgeous ducks!) and the meal easily sustained us throughout the day which was perfect. He always had recommendations for us and his knowledge and passion for Belfast and Ireland as a whole made us feel very proud to be visiting. Cannot recommend this farm stay enough, thank you so much Edwin!
- Ilmars (9/5): Superb - Welcoming host.
- Joel (9/5): Welcoming and comfortable, recommended - A welcoming home in a beautiful location. Well appointed room super comfortable . Made to feel relaxed and welcome by our hosts Edwin and Mavash. Only downside, our visit was on a tight timescale and not long enough π
- DR. LEAH (10/5): Quiet spacious and a short drive from the airport - Very close drive to the airport (no public transport) with a petrol station down the road if you need to fill up before returning a hire car. Lovely, spacious room and very friendly, helpful staff.
- Keith (10/5): Perfect for our needs - Very genial & helpful hosts.
- Russell (10/5): - Amazing place and wonderful hospitality. Thanks Edwin!
- Laura (10/5): - Great stay with great hosts! Very Irish type housing. We loved it βΊοΈ
- Josephine (6/5): Quiet and peacful, lovely brekkie and as much tea as you wanted. - Nice, quiet and peacful. Lovely location by Lough. NA, quite rural, you need to have a car.

- Ross (10/5): Very positive experience of Northern Ireland - Very friendly and welcoming
- Melanie (10/5): - Edwin the host was super helpful and super kind and friendly. Worked with our own timeframe and made us a delicious breakfast!!
- Diana (10/5): Warm and welcoming - Excellent cooked breakfast which we weren't expecting. Very flexible in allowing us to leave late to attend a local wedding. Nice to meet a landlord who is really interested in others and their travels. Foreign students staying to learn English whilst helping to work on the property is a regular feature and makes for interesting conversations. The nearby lake is too polluted to swim in though many locals still do.
- Susan (5/5): Worth $50 a night, not $90 like I paid. - Owner was very cordial and kind. Made me a nice breakfast with egg and toast. Nice views from room windows. Shower good. Nice volunteers from France in another area. Room is kind of damp and not very polished. For the same money in another B&B I had a very well appointed room with matching furniture and comfortable bed. This room was not well constructed. Floor did not match up in bathroom. Kinda shabby furniture and lighting.

- Brenda (10/5): The Perfect Christmas ;) - Oh Golly Golly Gosh, our stay was perfect!! We needed a Getaway from Christmas and we could not have found a more perfect retreat than Edwins and Marvesh..... They, as hosts were warm and welcoming , their home was amazingly comfy, old worldly terrific in lifestyle.... I highly recommend for the simple eye opening adventure ...., We were more than aware of the dates we were staying 24th 25th December !!!! and before we got there uncomforable about intruding But But But it was such a prefect pairing and I honestly hope I get to see that garden in beautiful Summer months
