• Faycal (8/5): Price in line with services - I appreciate the help desk members & and their services, the cleanliness. The air conditioning also is perfect. Breakfast can be better, very basic, elementary. Main issue: water infiltration in the room (attached picture).

• Verified traveler (2/5): - The wifi was only in the lobby. The rooms are extremely noisy, you know what's going on in the hallway all night long. The staff was not helpful at all. I would not recommend this place at all, even if you just need a place to sleep.

• MJ (2/5): - This Hotel is a Hotel that no one should ever come to, because they don’t give good services, no internet in the rooms and no phones in the room in case of emergencies, they don’t have hot water in the rooms, when you don’t have soap and ask for another one they give me a lot of excuses, the electricity is off and on very day and you have to stay in the dark and the worst thing is the the receptionist who’s working in the Hotel want to increase the price even if you had a reservation prior, it’s just terrible
• Nehemy (10/5): Amazing service - The manager waited for me to check me in 5 hours after curfew had closed the city down and no one was allowed out (I had a late flight). Service is amazing and the staff is too nice. Definitely my favorite hotel in Boca Chica

• Aldo (10/5): - Very good Hotel just a short walk to the beach. The Hotel's Restaurant is very good too. I stayed there on July 11, 2020 and I would defenetly come back to this Hotel.
• Ed (4/5): - They were supposed to pick me up at the Airport but never showed up. Of course they did not answer their phone when I called. Most of the electric outlets in the room did not work.
• Chicago (4/5): - Contacted the hotel a few days ago thru Expedia app. They stated the have airport pick up. Gave them my eta and flight number. Flew in. Waited and waited. Called their phone, no answer. Had to overpay a rip-off taxi $40.00.

The dtreet is closed off to traffic at night and tables set out for outdoor eating. Hotel's included breakfast was good. 4th floor roof top deck is nice quiet place sun.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Boca Chica - This is definitely an area you stay if your single and looking to “mingle”...not a family type atmosphere to say the least. The good- The hotel is located in an active area. Lots of tourists shops and restaurants. Some good night clubs for dancing. The rooms are just as pictured, clean, great hot water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was free but it wasn’t the best, but not the worst either. After a night of drinking it gets the job done. The staff is nice and other than the issue below no complaints. The bad- I left my wallet locked in the hotel safe. I called and they unlocked it and said they would hold it for me. When I picked it up they had all my ID’s, my insurance card and my Costco card. They “didn’t find” the actual coach wallet (cheap wallet who cares) or my credit card (that I did care about). But it’s about what you can expect if you “rich AMERICAN” leave your wallet. The pool in the pictures is a small hot tub. Maybe fit 4 people.

The rooms are spacious with AC, cable television and my bed was large (king/queen) and very comfortable. Restaurant located in hotel is good as well including the free breakfast. Would recommend.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the spoke several languages that made communication easy. We stayed in this hotel for the first few days of our month long vacation and decided to return and spend the final days of our vacation here as well. We will definitely use this hotel again possibly for an anniversary as they have event accommodations on the top floor.
