• Ilmira (10/5): Уютный отель в центре города за хорошую цену. - Отель нам очень понравился - чистый, уютный, близко к центру, и в то же время, тихо и спокойно. Очень доброжелательный и вежливый персонал, быстрая процедура регистрации и выезда. От метро расположен не очень далеко, так, что прогулка была комфортной, в непосредственной близости много различных кафе и ресторанов, в хорошую погоду можно прогуляться до Красной площади пешком. Нам отель понравился, отличное соотношение цены и качества, с удовольствием приедем туда еще.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Hotel needs some renovation, especially carpets need to be replaced. Sound insulation is not good, either. There were some noisy people staying at the hotel, and nobody said nothing to them. They misbehaved for couple of days in a row. I don't think this hotel can be rated a four star hotel.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 3 звезды, а не 4 - Место расположения отличное, персонал весь отзывчивый (но надо дергать, что бы выдали положенное), но очень доброжелательные все!Радовало, что каждый день пополняли запас питьевой воды.По состоянию отель не тянет на 4 звезды, это 3: на ковре пятна и дыры, у холодильника вместо регулировщика температуры зияла дыра со штырем( номер был типа повышенного комфорта)телек не работал, но как я и сказала-персонал отзывчивый,стоит попросить….О ванной комнате: плесень,кран/душ тек, не закрывался.В целом плюсы и минусы уравновешивают ровно пополам, поэтому впечатление среднее, нейтральное.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Good location. Walking distance to red square. Clean room. Got upgraded as part of Expedia VIP membership. Helpful staff. It’s a bit on the inside from the road but can be found easily. Small breakfast options but enough for us.
• Sekunde (10/5): An excellent hotel in central location - This is a well-managed hotel in an excellent location. I was surprised to see many of the famous street names nearby. The room was not very large but convenient and exceptionally clean. Travelers who value a hygienic shower will be happy to know that there is one in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was superb, especially considering my experiences with other hotels in Russia. The staff was friendly and well-trained. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants located nearby. You can use local taxi services available via the Yandex taxi app for cheap and easy transportation within the city.

• Marina (10/5): - Hidden gem in center of Moscow. Polite staff, clean and modern rooms. There are 2 waters, slippers, safe box and other great stuff in the room. Breakfast was fantastic. 7-10 min walk to the subway, very close to Red Square and other sightseeings. Highly recommended.
• MarkSmalleyNL (8/5): Good choice - Pleasantly surprised. Quick response to email query. Attentive reception. Reasonably sized room, with tea/coffee and minibar. Good bed. Adequate breakfast with enough choice. About 10 minutes walk from metro, some shops nearby, such as supermarkets. Pity that they replace towels that are hung up for reuse, but many hotels are guilty of not following their environmental policy. Good value for money. I would consider staying again.

Il est bien positionné, à deux pas de l'avenue Tverskia (la principale de Moscou) et à deux pas de deux stations de métro. Service de qualité. Un superbe buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Personnel à disposition et sympathique. Le plus, un service de navette de et vers les aéroports (à réserver par mail).
• dragons62 (8/5): Small but adequate - This hotel is tucked away down an alley way , and not impressive from the outside. There is about 5 steps to get into the hotel , so if you have a disability you will need help. Rooms were Ok, the air conditioner was problematic,but clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and staff friendly.

• alan57muir (8/5): Very nice small hotel - Hotel is very well kept & modern. Rooms are big enough with very comfortable beds & have very good facilities - fresh bottled water & toiletries daily. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choices & fresh food. Location is roughly 10 min walk to metro & 30min walk to red square. There are several very good bars with good food & drink choices very close by. Would recommend stay here. Just be aware it’s located down an alley so it’s easy to walk past it.

It's a normal 4 stars hotel: clean and correct rooms (small rooms as now it's usual in new hotels). The buffet at breakfast was also normal (small variety and correct quality - but not good coffee -). Staff is kind but I would not repeat. I will try another option.

• Francisco Javier (10/5): Simplemente excelente - La verdad encontré que este hotel es excelente la relación precio calidad es de verdad muy buena, queda a 5 minutos en uber (Yandex) de la plaza roja, la pieza excelente, ordenada limpia y remodelada o nueva, el desayuno muy completo y rico, el personal del mismo hotel muy servicial, un día llovió y nos ofrecieron paraguas del hotel, la cocina para comer por las noches muy buena, la verdad este hotel deja la vara alta a muchos otros de su categoría.

Only problem was noise from the street because the A/C wasn’t on yet and we had to open the windows at night. Room was great, but the beds were minute. I have no idea how a grown man could fit in one of the twins. Great front desk staff and housekeeping. All very helpful and pleasant.

• CihanErdogan2013 (10/5): PERFECT PLACE TO STAY - We stay at this hotel with my wife. Very clean new hotel. Managed and owned by Azerî family. This gives speciality to this hotel. Near to 2 metros. We took half board accomodation. Very freshly cooked dinners. Also 5* breakfast. Thanks for comfortable stay.

Everyone was very helpful even though we only knew a couple Russian words and phrases to communicate with. Breakfast and other ordered food at the hotel was great. Everytime I used the WiFi, it was performing efficiently. Very clean place all around. This is great location to stay at as it is 10 minutes from Red Square and not long to many other museums and hot spots.

• ayav31 (10/5): Great location! - I stayed in this hotel with my husband for almost a week, and we loved it! As I’ve written on the title, the location is amazing! Only 30 minutes walk to the Red Square, Lubyanka Square, Bolshoi Theatre, and many more sights. There are markets, cafés, restaurants, and pharmacies nearby. There’s also a metro station close to the hotel. The place is clean, and the staff is great! They kept our luggage for a couple of days while we went to another city. And once we came back, they let us check-in earlier. The breakfast spread has a lot of variety and is very affordable.

You should catch a cab to hotel in case of big luggages but small luggage will be no problem to walk from metro. Breakfast is good and delicious.Just a bit on the slippers that been throw away every time and no slipper to wear until the very last night of stay. Overall is very good and staff are all helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended!

• Ilona (10/5): Чисто и аккуратно! - Новый и чистый отель! В номере есть кондиционер, тв (достаточно большой экран), холодильник, чай, кофе бесплатно, чайник. Каждый день выдавали новый комплект тапок, туалетных принадлежностей. Очень хороший завтрак-молодцы! Есть картофельные котлеты, бекон, сосиски, омлет, блины, сырники, каша, несколько видов сыра, колбас, даже рыба. Фрукты (консерв. и свежие), овощи. Йогурт ( натуральный и магазинная активия), 2вида сока, чай, кофе, булочки, на выбор любое варенье. Из минусов: слышимость другого номера, достаточно лёгкая входная дверь и в нашем номере в 40см от двери уже стояла кровать. Правда кровать очень удобная. Мы бы все равно приехали ещё раз в этот отель, очень удобное расположение, в 5-7мин.от станции метро Маяковская.

• balou56945 (8/5): Balakrishna - Made a visit to Moscow in July for the Fifa WC... never visited Russia before .hence s little apprehensive about everything including the accommodation... This lhotel in the heart of Moscow was a pleasant surprise. Neat rooms with attached bathrooms. Spent a couple of nights there before moving on to St Petersburg.. very friendly and helpful staff... the breakfasts were sumptuous... an enjoyable stay ..
• L3455SSnathalies (8/5): Good hotel - The location was very good, staff friendly. The warm things from the breakfast werent always warm. And the curtains are not dark enough. We asked for printing our boarding passes, that was not a problem! I just think that the hotel was not totally ready, on photos there was a fitness, but in real life not. I can recommend the hotel and Moscow also, beautiful city, friendly people!

• Sharon (4/5): Not recommended for people who like luxury! - We came to watch world cup. When we booked this was the best available hotel. When we arrived we found out the hotel is basically located in a back alley-you cannot even see it from the main street. We normally stay at 5 star luxury hotels. This was not luxury!!!. We paid almost 4000 usd for 2 rooms for 3 nights but ended leaving the hotel 5 minuets after arrival and moved to a 5 star hotel. This was not for us!

• MJnC (6/5): More like 3-star, but great location - We stayed during the world cup in a Delux Studio. When we booked there was hardly any accomodation in Moscow but Arium was available, although not open at that point. The price we paid was eqivalent to 5-star options so my review and expectation is aligned with the 4-star boutique at a 5-star price (eqivalent cost that weekend). We stay in 5-star, generally, so have high expectations. I have no problem with high cost on its own that weekend as it is prime time. Outside this time the price point and quality may be fine for others. At check-in we were given the wrong room type and had to change. At check-out we were charged for breakfast although at no time were we told that it wasn't included, what the cost was or to sign for it. We ended up paying a lot for coffee and a bit of fruit (other food there, we just didn't feel like it)! The common areas and breakfast felt basic and not 4-star and we found a lovely coffee shop near the metro instead. The room had some niggles. The distance from the end of the toilet to the shower inclosure was ~20cm which made it very difficult to use, and we're both short! The blinds didn't keep the sun out and we woke up early so had to resort to wearing eye masks at night... really needs blackout curtains. There was a lot of banging of doors from the corridor during the night, so not fully soundproofed hotel. The fridge made a lot of noise too. Handel missing from one of windows. Safe wasn't fixed to anything so could be picked up. Room was clean and fresh looking. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Minutes from metro in 2 directions on a really nice street in a relaxed area of Moscow. Great steak house opposite, theatre near and shops around metros. With metros so good and this being a central hub you can be anywhere in Moscow very quickly. Lovely walk directly into Bolshoi theatre and red square and options down buzzing predestrian streets for a wander... great bit of the city. Last tip... make sure you enter through arch from the main road... google sent us round the back and it wasn't pretty.
