• Takács Zsolt (8/5): Szállás közel a Maggiore-tóhoz - 2 apartmant béreltünk amik normálisak, tiszták voltak. Parkolás a zárt udvaron biztonságos. Az apartmanok jól feszereltek mindennel. A bérbeadóval a kommunikáció rugalmas volt, segítőkészek! Kérem az ágy matracokra költsenek, mert az sokat számít egy fárasztó nap után, puha volt, az ágyak pedig nyikorogtak. Segítő szándékkal írom, tudva hogy még hamarosan menni fogunk újra! A pályaudvar felöl szobácskában zavaró a reggel 6 óra utáni bemondó, szignál hangja!

Ich würde die Wohnung wieder einmal buchen - Gut ausgestattete Küche, privat Parkplatz mit Platz für Fahrräder, relativ nahe an Zentrum und Lidl, für längeren Aufenthalt geeignet Im Februar eher kühl und dunkel (Parterre-Wohnung), was aber sicher ein Vorteil im Sommer ist. Matratze unbequem.

• Naor (10/5): Very very nice and welcoming place , I would come back once I’m in Arona - The apartment was clean, fully equipped and quiet, nice and large bad, spaced bathroom. WiFi was good.there is parking out side and also place where you can make barbecue . Liked it! Besides the apartment and the tables outside with which I could spent some time in the sun,there is a very nice fitness area with weights and machines in good condition.even towels are provided there. Very very nice . The staff was kind and helped me whenever I needed.

• Jodie (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment was excellent. - We loved staying at Faber apartments, loads of space and comfort, we had more than enough room for a very comfortable stay with everything we needed, we enjoyed the use of the games area too and staff were very friendly. We will be booking to come again. Next time, we will try and get one of the apartments with the balcony.

• Baker (10/5): non c'è un posto più perfetto - ACCOMMODATION: The place came with a games room, including a pool table and darts board, as well as a gym. The apartment itself was very spacious, equipped with both an AC and central heating, which you can personally control, so you are always at a comfortable temperature. For the price range, I strongly doubt you'll find a better accommodation, keeping in mind that I paid €265 for 5 nights for 2 people. LOCATION: Literally only a 5-minute walk from Lidl, the station and the lakeside. In other words, the location is perfect. The only drawback I could come to think of is that the balcony doesn't have a great view. However, this should be the least of your worries, especially with all the amenities the place comes with at this price range. Please keep in mind that my views were constructed with the price I personally paid, so when reading the review, keep that in mind when weighing up if this is the place for you. Take what I say with a pinch of salt. That being said, I LOVE IT!

• Kosova (10/5): Great location, property, and host! Highly recommend! - The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. I especially liked the balconies. We had had our morning coffee on the balcony every morning. Alex was very communicative and attentive to our needs! Everything was great.

• max severoff (10/5): Arona sul Lago Maggiore - A wonderful large apartment with four rooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is very elegant and spacious. There are three air conditioners, almost in every room. Parking is on private property with a carport, and we never had any problems with it. The hotel grounds have a barbecue area, which we used once. There is a train station nearby, but at night it is not very noisy. Only at 6:00 in the morning I had to close the window because the loudspeaker started announcing. The mattress in the large room was too soft. In the small room, the two mattresses were spring-based and uncomfortable. The children ended up sleeping on the sofas downstairs, which turned out to be much more comfortable.

Il y a eu quelques scolopendres dans la salle de séjour et j'ai une phobie des bêtes. Pouvez-vous traiter s'il vous plâit ce problème car j'ai l'intention d'y revenir.

The free parking was right by our door and secure.Self check in instructions were comprehensive and easy to understand. Excellent communication with ownere Alex; unfortunately we did not get to meet him as we were out all day. Couldn't fault it.

Added bonus of pool table and gym Nothing about appartments, just be aware it is near railway so depends which appartment you are in but you might want to keep windows closed if you are a light sleeper

• Paul (4/5): Not appropriate for family with baby - Safe parking Apartmant from downstairs. The kitchen and sleeping room was partly separated with a wardrobe that was not reaching the ceiling. Being there with a baby <2 years we were not able to enjoy vacation because we needed to stay silent and with the lights shut down from 7 PM so that the baby can sleep and does not wake up. . + noisy.....Especially from the apartment from upstairs.... Sliding chairs especially + cooking pan's are worn out with scrached surface-> toxic + cooking is unplesent as well since it is open space with the sleeping room... Smell, noise can not be avoided.

There is even climatisation in every rooms (and some friendly reminder about using considerately). We were nicely welcomed and we had a great stay! And its well located in Arona so we enjoyed very much. Private parking is also convenient. Just on top of the stairs could be a barrier to prevent falling in the night, as its in the path of the upstairs bathroom. We put the baby pram there during the night so nobody falls 😁. Saying that we liked everything.

• Inbar (10/5): order this place directly through their web site - everything I ordered this place through Priceline, and I have no idea why I'm getting the review request from booking, I ordered a room for 4 people, The order had a mistake and it was booked for a couple, due to some glitch in Priceline, the apartment was not even familiar with Priceline they had no idea what is that app, this mistake resulted in sleeping with no bed lining for the first night due to late check-in, and extra payment, do not book this place through Priceline.

The owner, Alex, was very responsive and helpful. A problem with the aircon was quickly rectified and Alex helped us with onward transportation, persevering with less than reliable taxi companies! Although on a main road, windows and blinds were effective and we weren’t aware of traffic noise. We liked everything! Would just be aware it’s a first floor apartment and there’s no lift so you need to be able to carry own bags. I’m sure Alex would help though. We arrived early and there was someone to give us the key. That in itself was good - we accessed the property from 2.30 which was helpful.
• Katharine (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely spacious apartment, with 2 bathrooms, provided everything we needed for a week, efficient Aircon, easy 12 minute walk to the central promenade and the lake. We loved it here
• David (10/5): Great family holiday in Arona - The owners of the Faber Apartments were excellent at answering all our questions about local facilities. Very impressed with the apartments. Also, the e-bike with the basket and lock was handy for small shops! Train noise early in morning and late at night might be annoying.

• Benjamin (10/5): Excellent accomodation. - Close to all the amenities, good transport links within a short distance, accommodation in quiet area. Nothing.
• Maria (7/5): Nice place for a short stay. - The place is spacious, close to the center of Arona and there's a grocery nearby. Limited linen, we had to ask for an extra pillow as one bed didn't have it. Parking is available but just a bit tight.
• Sadhana (8/5): Nice location and neat apartment. - Good location, pretty close to the lake, on walking distance several restaurants, supermarkets. The owner was always available for our questions/ concerns.
• Eileen (7/5): Good, affordable self-catering with Mod-cons - this was a super clean and modern vacation apartment with good appliances and well stocked with dishes, cooking pans,etc. Very spacious. Alex was extremely responsive and helpful. This is a little far from the central area of Arona and the lake, but only about a 15 minute walk. there was covered safe parking. they provided umbrellas, a nice thoughtful touch. our unit was two levels with bedroom upstairs and kitchen, table, couch and TV down. great for a longer stay. it was skimpy on linens and towels. just one sheet on top, no blanket except thin one that did not cover whole bed. but we obviously managed fine because we didn’t bring it up with Alex. This place is very much designed for people driving in, staying awhile, and able to bring basics like salt, laundry detergent and so on. we had to buy much more than needed for a short stay. This is not a complaint— just a note for fellow travelers. the decks were nice but they just overlook a busy street, so we didn’t use them.
• Cameron (8/5): ideal for our needs - the location is perfect, it felt safe and quiet. plus the air con was a good benefit the advertisement on booking.com is very misleading as our expectation were for a different apartment.

• Katherine (9/5): Well appointed, spacious appratments, good base for a holiday. - Nice spacious apartment with parking, an easy walk to the town centre. Well equipped with most things you might need, including a washing machine. Very friendly and helpful staff met us on arrival and explained everything. Our apartment overlooked the railway station and you could hear the train announcements when it was quiet, not a major problem,but noticeable in the early hours of the morning.

• Anne (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very well equipped. As it was very hot, the air-conditioning was great. No view to speak of, but walking distance to the town centre. Parking. In this aprtment (3 bedroom -apartment) there was no balcony.
