- kumar (3/5): No value for money here - Nothing Stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The main issue was the extremely poor dining experience. There was a very large group (around 200–250 people) staying at the hotel, and the restaurant was clearly unable to handle the load. Despite being on a MAP plan (breakfast + dinner), the dinner buffet was highly underwhelming with very limited options. As a non-vegetarian, I found only one chicken dish and one Goan curry, which felt completely inadequate for a hotel of this standard. The food quality and replenishment were also not up to the mark. Service suffered significantly due to the crowd. The restaurant felt chaotic, staff appeared overwhelmed, and overall attention to guests was lacking. Paying extra for a MAP plan turned out to be a poor decision and not worth the cost. While the property itself is decent, the overall experience did not match expectations from a Hilton brand. Better crowd management and maintaining food quality during peak occupancy is essential. Would not recommend staying here if large groups or events are ongoing.

- Sulaxmi Laud (8/5): Overall a pleasant stay. - The hotel and staff were pleasant, view was lovely. We got an upgrade to a bigger room, but that was more due to a wedding at the venue. Probably a rooming issue that we inadvertently benefited from. The Hotel did not tell us in advance that due to the wedding in the venue the swimming pool would not be availalbe for one out of the three days of our stay. That was unfair. They did nothing to compensate for it. Getting hired cars to come to the hotel was slightly difficult because of the taxi mafia. And when they did we were charged way higher the regular amount.

The food is very good, the ambience is pleasant, and the beautiful view makes the place even more special. A special mention to Niti Kelkar for the kids’ activities....they were absolutely fantastic. My kids enjoyed themselves thoroughly and were happily engaged throughout. Her activities are creative, energetic, and very well managed, making the experience truly memorable for children and parents alike. 🌸

Kindly suggest not to book Doubl Tree by Hilton in Goa Via Booking.com it is big scam. Service and don’t charge without customer knowledge beggar

While I gave my car for valet parking when I receive my car back my whole choclate bag were missing. I don't expect staff of Hilton to be dishonest. Honesty is main thing we expect when we stay in hotels or resort and I found this lacking. Not happy at all because of this. Even my water bottle was also missing.

- 764rrc (10/5): The best stay ever ! - For our recent trip to India, we wanted to stay near the historic part of Goa to explore Portuguese culture but was also looking for a great location with quality Hilton service. I contacted the hotel to get some information & was put in touch with guest relations associate- Ms Ragini. She was just fabulous, amazing and over the top! Ms Ragini was the reason we chose this Hilton! A month before our travel she sent us all the information about places to visit, beaches to explore & quality restaurants to go! She made even airport car transfers & provided daily visit itinerary. Starting from arrival, our room was beautifully decorated for our special occasion and on top of that she offered us upgrade to the private suite overlooking river! She made our entire stay so pleasant taking care of our any minute need ! Very thoughtful & hospitable! Also, the hotel location is great especially if you're looking to explore Portuguese historic side of old Panji Goa. The property is very nicely placed on serene river with beautiful ambiance close to local attractions. We enjoyed our room with balcony overlooking the swimming pool & river! We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurants, the personal attention to details from the staff at the restaurants was quite touching! More over, Elle spa is a must ! The ambiance and service is top notch, a big shout out to Asmita, Prity & Priya for their amazing service! Aditi, Babbu, Haseena and once again Ms Ragini made our entire stay so relaxing & enjoyable! I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for Hilton's top service with personal attention to the details. If there are ten stars, I will give 10/10 ! We would definitely love to go back & visit this architecturally detailed, clean Hilton property with amazing well trained, lovely staff! -Ms Christy

Our rooms were always kept nice and clean by room service and Hardik who was working on our room was fantastic and always made sure we had everything we needed. The pool area provides nice and peaceful place to hang out and it was always kept well maintained. Would highly recommend this hotel.

An asset to Double Tree in Panaji . Highly recommdnd the spa and the beauticians. Had Sushant do my hair color. He is very professional and quiet. Did an excellent job. Transformed to a younger person. Had wonderful experience at Double Tree staff Basica , did my body massage. She too was very professional. All body aches were gone , felt refreshed Excellent person. . Have been to many spas. Double Tree spa in Panjim is the best. Clean , ambience is excellent. Decor is nice Will definitely visit again
