- Harmony (10/5): -
- Regina (10/5): Was convenient - The carpeting
- Pam (10/5): Fantastic! - Rooms were spotless and had a brand new look. The driveway entrance to the hotel is a bit difficult to find.

- William (9/5): - Location
- Clarke (10/5): Good hotel, pool is great, rooms spacious, need a car to get around - Clean and spacious
- Mossey (6/5): Although a few things we off, your hotel is a very nice place to stay and would stay there again. - The space that the room offered. The pull out bed had not linens and when I called the desk I was told to come to the front desk and pick them up! REALLY!! Not to mention the mattress pad had a (dirt mark) or stain on it. A turn off.
- aprillV1232KF (10/5): Excellent stay for a family getaway! - We stayed here for two nights during school break while exploring local attractions, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; a special thanks to Jessica at the front desk and Herman at the bar for their exceptional service! Our room was clean, comfortable, and the pool was a massive highlight for my daughter.
The location is perfect for visiting the Montshire Museum, VINS, and Billings Farm. Our only minor issue was some standard hotel noise (doors closing in the hallway), but nothing unexpected. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely return!
- Bruce (10/5): We'll be back. - Lovely selection and very relaxed. Nothing.
- lucie (7/5): -
- Gilson (10/5): Hotel - Hotel was modern, clean Nothing
- Romano (6/5): - Lighting was too dim. My Mom is sight impaired. Heat was not on when we arrived.
- Patricia (9/5): This is our second time staying at Hilton Garden because of appoinments at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. - Unfrortuantly, we had to leave before breakfast was ready. No cups in the bathroom.

- Angelo (8/5): - Clean and updated. Good staff. Lots of parking. Breakfast is sometimes included and sometimes not. For the location they should include for hilton Honour's. It was really out of the city centre

- Debra (10/5): One of the most pleasant stays we’ve have while traveling. - Large public areas. Fireplace in between the breakfast area and restaurant/bar area. Rooms were very spacious too.
- CLF2011 (2/5): Stay somewhere else - TV and Wi-Fi issues for entire stay. TV never worked. No management on site in the 3 days I was there. I felt sorry for the front desk two person staff. Who owns this property? Where were you? You should be ashamed of yourself.
Mold in shower and rooms were not as clean as they should have been for the insane price charged. This is a hotel that needs management as there obviously is none.
Stay at the Residence Inn up the road.

- NealJ195 (8/5): Excellent hotel to enjoy a stay - First time staying here and my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms are quiet and well laid out. The beds were very comfortable. I don't review pillows as we travel with our own, but they provide a nice variety. The AC/heating unit was very quiet, which is refreshing. Our room had a walk-in shower which we loved. My one negative item is the ice machines. Seems the machines use a sensor to dispense ice however the sensor doesn't like the black outer part of the ice bucket. So in order for you to get ice, you have to remove the white inner bucket. Crazy, I know. They are also very small units and I had to go to another floor to find a machine that had ice. The staff was very professional and friendly. Overall, this hotel is very good and I recommend them.
- Donna (10/5): It was good! - I dont think a Hilton stay you should have to pay for breakfast. At least offer the continental breakfast free! other than the breakfast cost everything was great.
- M (7/5): -
- Luc (6/5): - Room clean banging on upper floor until 10.15 could not sleep

- Colleen (10/5): - Clean and quiet
- jennifer (10/5): - Very clean

- LEONARDO (10/5): - Very clean
- selah (10/5): - Very kind woman at checkin, hotel room was very clean and comfortable.
- Andi (10/5): - Spent 2 nights to help my daughter moved in to Dartmouth, and had excellent experience. Staff is great and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. Easy to find parking closed to entrance even when the place is full.
- J A (10/5): Best in Lebanon - This hotel always delivers the perfect combination of Comfort and Value - the breakfast is good and they take pets, which is a game changer for us -
- Lopez (9/5): -
Cordialement.
- Jason (10/5): - It is pricey any discounts if you are traveling for a Dr appointment at Dartmouth?
- Meg and Rick (10/5): Hilton garden inn Lebanon NH - Everything Nothing
- eric (8/5): - Large room. Very good location.
- Haig (10/5): - Large modern building, outside the residential and commercial areas . The staff provided options for dining , breakfast and lunch , and “welcome “ bottles of cold water . There is extensive list of restaurants to cover all tastes .
- Alicia (10/5): - We loved our stay. Emma was kind and friendly. The facility was very welcoming and clean. I loved the rocking chairs. Perfect spot to relax and read.
We enjoyed ourselves. They are dog friendly. Benny loved his stay.
- Charlie (10/5): - Great place to stay for a quick stop over on route to our next destination. Clean and spacious rooms, and good laundry facilities if needed.
- Kelly (10/5): - This was our second stay here whilst waiting for the Dartmouth Coach the following day. The hotel is incredibly convenient for the Coach, the room was spacious, clean and stocked with amenities, the staff friendly and helpful both in the evening and the following morning. The breakfast was great too. We visited the pool with my 6 year old son early in the morning and the pool area was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay there again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Stayed one night
- Barb (8/5): - They charge extra for breakfast. $10 for continental $18 for hot. Unacceptable. Should be and used to be included with room. I miss the cookies too.
- Beverly (10/5): - Clean, quick service
- Kelsey (6/5): - Easy check in, clean Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as soon as we walked in despite being clean, and windows didn’t open so couldn’t get the smell out. Not ideal for me (asthma) and my six year old daughter who immediately said “eww it smells like cigarettes!”
- Tim (10/5): - Great place
- jingling (8/5): - swimming pool is too small.
- Mariko (10/5): - Excellent stay and really nice hotel
- Jillian (2/5): - Emma, the front desk agent was extremely rude. She tried to kick a group out of the lobby simply for watching the Vermont Green game, a huge moment for all Vermonters. I was truly disappointed in this experience and likely will not be back.
- Fabio (8/5): - Didnt have staff to bring up towels. Missed hk one day. Some staff very unfriendly. Otherwise great staff and clean. In the middle of no where.
- Brian (8/5): - Very modern room/bathroom No safe
- Dawn (6/5): - There was no roll away beds or cribs available. We were told it was a fire hazard. The pool had said it was a saline pool and it appeared to be chlorine. When booking we also applied the filters “breakfast included” but had to pay. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful. The room had kids above us that jumped late into the night both nights. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool area had no towels and when asked at front desk for towels we were not handed one and told more would be brought down but never was.
- Robert (8/5): - Everything was OK; nothing special
- Sabrina (10/5): - Cleaning, comfort Restaurant staff not really friendly and welcoming
- Shu (4/5): - The front seat la
- Katherine B. (8/5): - Front desk staff was great upon our arrival.
Breakfast staff was a little snarky when I said, "Excuse me, can I ask a question." She cut me off and said she'd be back in a short, unfriendly manner. We were in the area from out of state for a major medical appointment as was another guest in the dining area--- It felt icky to be treated that way, even if this person was busy. A friendly, professional, response might have been something like: "I'm busy at this moment. Can I return shortly and I'll be happy to help?" I am a reasonable person. I would have understood this, especially since I spent 7 years waiting tables when in high school and college. Again, it felt icky. We normally tip 20%; we left 15%. Next time, we will get our breakfast in town. Otherwise, our stay was just fine.
- stephaniebT6087CP (10/5): - We have stayed here many times over the years since they opened. Sarah has always gone above and beyond to make our stays comfortable and to adjust to changing schedules. We always look forward to seeing her with her cheery attitude.
- Georgia (1/5): Horrible - 1.
- Nancy (8/5): - Nice place to stop in Lebanon!
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patrick (2/5): - No one is here
- C2067DQlarryg (4/5): Don't stay here unless there are no other options in the greater Dartmouth community. - Our stay was very unpleasant. We visit our daughter and her family (who live in Norwich, VT) several times a year, staying mostly at the Hanover Inn. The Inn (and several other local hotels) were full this time due to Dartmouth's Alumni Weekend so we booked a room at the Hilton for nearly $400 a night. My guess is this is at least twice the hotel's normal rate, but not unexpected due to the high demand over this weekend so I want to emphasize that the rate itself is not part of our complaints; however the high rate did create an expectation that simply was not delivered by the hotel. First, while the hotel was superficially attractive, many of the details left much to be desired. In particular, while our room was called a "premium king" it was small, dark and not very well furnished. I'm not sure what motivated the architect to take a small room and put a room divider in the middle of it, such that the two separate spaces created were cramped and claustrophobic (not even remotely "suite-like"). The thick divider effectively meant that what I guess was intended to be a "sitting area" was completely blocked from any daylight from the one window, which was in the "sleeping area" (which was barely larger than the bed). In lieu of closets the room had two small freestanding cupboards, not even remotely built in, but half of the space in the only one that was equipped for hanging up clothing was taken up by a large ironing board. (The hotel had a laundry room with six machines that looked new and unused, and a sign on the door that they were "out of service". The front desk staff told us it was a "software problem"). The room had two large screen televisions -- definitely overkill for a room that small, and taking up space that might have been better used for a safe (which the room lacked). We appreciate that none of these complaints relate to problems they could easily solve, but by themselves these issues would guarantee that we would not be staying in a "Garden Inn" again any time soon. However, there were also areas of disappointment that were more within the hotel's control, starting with a largely disinterested staff who (apart from one young man who was at the front desk when we checked out) seemed to have no inkling of the concept of "customer service". Routine requests were met largely with indifference. Housekeeping, for example, was virtually nonexistent for our entire stay. There was a note in our room on check in that rooms would be "serviced every other day unless requested otherwise". OK, we were willing to go along with this, so we got no service the first two days and did not request it. However, the room was deficient in towels, toilet paper, soap, water cups and other expected necessities. When we politely asked the housekeeping staff on our floor to provide us with some of these things we were told "you'll have to talk to the front desk". So we did, and they seemed to have all of these things handy -- even pulled the toilet paper out from under the front desk -- so we assume our lack of these necessities was not a one-off oversight. But they were handed to us with more of a "why are you bothering me" expression than with a smile. After the second night we expected the room to be cleaned and reminded them of that in the morning when we left for the day. When we returned in the late afternoon, nothing had been done. The bed was not made, the sink was not cleaned, used cups were left where we left them. On close examination there were two extra towels just dumped on the counter next to the sink and someone had replaced a pillow that was so old and lumpy it hurt my wife's neck to sleep on it. (Both the bed and the linens and pillows were all old and lumpy, by the way,) Again there was a housekeeper a few doors down from our room and we asked when he was going to clean our room. All he would say was "you'll have to speak to the front desk". OK, down to the front desk again, where we were informed that our room had been "refreshed" and the housekeepers were all going home in five minutes (at 4:00 PM) so unfortunately we would not be getting any service after all. Then there was the dust. My wife has fairly severe allergies and was sneezing a lot from the start of our stay. We assumed it was because the "meadow" outside the hotel, which looked nice from a distance, actually turned out to be full of pollen-bearing weeds. But when we went to put one of our suitcases on top of the freestanding cupboards (because there was little other space for them in the small room), we found nearly half an inch of dust on top of both of the units -- it was astonishing, really, and looked as if the tops of the units had never been dusted. (I took a picture if you would like me to send it to you.) So all in all, we believe this was about the worst hotel stay in at least several years.
- Darnell (8/5): Very good -
- Ruth (10/5): - Will visit again
- Wila (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (4/5): Disappointing -
- Sarah (10/5): - Welcoming lobby and beautiful patio
- Stanley (8/5): - I'm too busy
- Louis (6/5): - Clean, but cheap construction. Very loud ac unit made sleeping impossible.
- John (8/5): - Check-in was slow, but otherwise all was good.
- Patrick (8/5): Everything great, but the check in. - Check-in was a nightmare. The person at the desk could not handle that we booked a group through Hotels.com. Basically freaked out and had to leave. Another person took over. Process took almost an hour.
- Gerasimos (2/5): - The staff at fhk
- Mary (10/5): - Very comfy bed and quiet room. No noise from above, below or sides. Nice to have good, free coffee in the reception area every morning.
- Jessica (8/5): - Nothing bad, but it wasn’t exceptional. Had to laugh at the water in the room that was $3 a bottle unless you’re an honors member. Shower wasn’t as clean as it could have been. But overall satisfactory
- Bolton (10/5): Excellent stay - Everything was excellent. We stayed here during our trip because of the proximity to DHMC and because of our previous good experiences with the Hilton hotels. The front desk staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. We found the room to be comfortable and modern. We had dinner the first evening (takeout to the room) and were very impressed with the quality of the food. Same with breakfast. There was a nice selection and we sampled it all - the Belgian waffles were incredible! Overall, very happy with our stay and would definitely return. The only criticism I have is that the picture of the room I selected during booking (booking.com) was larger than what we actually received. Not a big deal, but not what we were expecting.
- Brian (10/5): - Dry clean. Room was excellent
- JANE (10/5): - Great facility and friendly staff. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable.
- Brenda (10/5): - Gentlemen at desk when checking in was excellent. Everyone was nice. Very clean!
