It was clean and played Christmas songs in the lobby and on each fl - Easy access There was a loud generator sounding off every hour or so throughout the day and night. The breakfast was good but the cook was not prepared for the amount of people staying there.

Love this place and the hospitality First nights stay was uncomfortable the mattress was worn out and slanted to one side. Despite paying through Booking.com, I was forced to wait at 2:30 a.m. for over 30 minutes because your agent could not confirm my reservation. Peter did nothing wrong, yet your policies put him in an impossible position. I have been informed this is not an isolated incident, which suggests that your company is aware of these recurring issues yet continues to accept bookings. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the legality of your business practices. Your generic corporate response is inadequate. They don't use bleach so that could be part of the problem. Once it was done, my stay was perfect. Super spacious room and comfortable bed. Very quiet. Staff are all excellent and kind.
