We turned the unit ac fan on continuous but it kept stopping then the smell would come back; even bought room freshner but didn’t help. Most frustrating when I told front desk at check out she didn’t seem interested in the unit issue or the smell. Nice rooms but don’t plan to stay again.

- Israel (8/5): - Hi! My friend and I enjoyed our room and stay. We just noticed a couple small things that would’ve made it more comfortable: 1. We ordered a wake up call and didn’t get it. 2. The exercise bike had an issue. 3. The remote had an issue so we called and they brought us a new one but it had an issue as well. 4. No conditioner nor lotion. Other than those things, everyone was excellent and I’d stay there again.

- John (10/5): - We stayed at Home2 Suites as we were attending a concert at Blossom Music Center. The room was clean and well appointed. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Breakfast is served (the coffee was very good). Access is easy off Ohio Route 8. We would certainly stay there again if we were attending another event at Blossom.

- Richard (8/5): Stay for retirement party. - Everything looked clean, but the desk chair was stained and the floor looked free of debris, but stained.
- Tiffany (6/5): - Breakfast was great. One of the better options at a Home2Suites we’ve been to. The window in our room was right next to a noisy highway and it was not a peaceful night hearing trucks go through all night. The ottoman had a huge rip in it it looked like they tried to glue back together and a couple pieces of carpet squares were coming up. It just needs a few adjustments and it would be a very nice room.
- Susan (10/5): Great hotel and customer service - We enjoyed our brief stay and Mark was the best. The hotel was clean and our room was nice and comfortable.
- Anthony (6/5): - We arrived around 3:40pm, check in time was 3:00pm. Our room was not ready, we had to wait in the lobby for almost an additional hour for them to get it done. It was very aggravating especially when we had perishable food in our car that we just bought from the store expecting to be able to take it in and put it in the fridge when we got there. It was 85+ degrees outside. The beds are pretty uncomfortable and hard as a rock. The breakfast variety was good but all the food that was supposed to be hot was cold and I know we weren’t the only ones that noticed this as a couple families had made their plates and took them back to their rooms to heat them up. One lady asked the person that was taking care of it to heat them up in the microwave. Other than all of this the room and hotel was pretty clean.

Bed was comfortable and pull out sofa was better than expected. Breakfast was one of the better 'serve yourself' setups I've had. Eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, cereal, breads, juices, coffee, etc. Very good food with a very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

- Marcus (8/5): - TV didn’t work at first but the front desk clerk took care of it; fast and responsive. TV programming is basic and outdated. Breakfast was fine; the usual complimentary hotel breakfast. There was a conflict between some kitchen staff and other hotel staff which lead to a rather loud “discussion” … unprofessional in my opinion but I give credit to the kitchen personnel for apologizing afterwards. All in all, this was an isolated incident and I would stay there again.
- Theresa (2/5): - I would never stay at this place again. Pubic hairs all over the bathroom, stains on all the furniture and rugs. What looked like fresh vomit in room when entered. Had to call desk to get cleaned. Pool was FILTHY! Then there is the customer service which was even worse. They conveniently cancelled my reservation through Expedia and then upcharged me. NEVER again will I stay here. Microwave had bread crumbs inside, dishwasher was so filthy on the outside we never opened and there was dried on food on the inside of the kitchen sink. No bedding, other than pillow, in room for pull out and only a sheet and sheet like thin cover on bedding. Had to request extra bedding. On the 2nd day we requested clean towels and thankfully looked at them before using as they had fresh stains. Very unsanitary.

- Monica (10/5): Good short term stay - Service was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Beds were too firm for me and pillows too flat, even when using 3 piled on top of each other. Room was comfortable, otherwise. Good size and bathroom was roomy and clean.

Usually no one at the desk; but, the real problem was the vulgar rap music being played in the lobby. Totally unprofessional & offensive.

- Jennifer (10/5): - This was a VERY nice hotel. I've never stayed at Home2 Suites before, and I was very impressed, and will definitely stay there again. The room was very VERY nice, with a beautiful kitchen, seating area, and even a roll out table for eating in your room. The best thing was probably the man working the desk when we arrived, tired, after a long day's drive. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made a point to make us feel welcome (bonus - he was funny, too).

And I appreciated the "quiet hours" policy. Second stay at Home2 and will stay again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great customer service, professional and friendly! - Two key things stand out-a gentleman team member offered to take our luggage cart downstairs for us instead of us doing it-great customer service; and apparently there was a medical emergency on our floor and at the same time my daughter had gone downstairs to as for something-the clerk was very professional and not flustered (and I would have been!). Also-the woman today working breakfast was obviously chosen for that role because she is very friendly!!

The property was definitely clean, and the area was super safe and easy to navigate. The breakfast was also delicious and every member of the family was able to find lots of choices each morning. Way to go on that! Only slight downside, was that apparently someone under us (we were on the 4th floor) filed a complaint, at 8PM, regarding the noise of our kids walking around and talking overhead. For whatever reason, they felt management needed to come give us an "unofficial warning" even though quiet hours weren't until 10PM. Again, not even really a big deal, but it was a little off-putting and felt unnecessary in a hotel that claims it is family-friendly. Just a heads up!

- Eugene (8/5): - We lover the size and the cleanliness of the room. Everything was updated and beautiful. The location was great. Everything was close by and easy to get to. One thing we did not like was that there were no dairy-free and/or gluten-free food options, and breakfast food options were the same every day.
