- Hüseyin Emir (10/5): - Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar olsun, temizlik ekibi olsun hepsi çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, girişten çıkış anımıza kadar hizmette hiç bir sınır yoktu. Sessizlik, temizlik, nezihlik ne ararsanız var. Oda gerçekten o kadar sessizdi ki hayatımda böyle güzel uyku uyumadım. Perdeleri de çekince içerisi kapkaranlık oluyor. Mutlaka tavsiye ederim. Açık büfe kahvaltısı da çok çeşitli ve hepsi birbirinden güzeldi. Bu güzel deneyimi yaşattıkları için Hilton ailesine teşekkürlerimi sunarım.

- Asli (6/5): Vasat bir deneyim - Otele akşamüstü ulaştık. Bir gece konakladık. Resepsiyon ilgiliydi. Eksileri: Soğuk bir şehir ve kış olmasına rağmen oda soğuktu. Anladığım kadarıyla merkezi bir ısıtma yok, klimayı manuel açıp beklemek durumunda kaldık. Odaya sipariş verelim dedik ama odada otelle (ve dolayısıyla oda servisi vb ile) ilgili yazılı bir bilgilendirme yoktu. Qr kod vardı ve okutmamız isteniyordu ama kod çalışmıyordu. Resepsiyona bilgi versek de o akşam düzeltilmedi. Minibar boştu (aşağıdan doldurulabileceği yazıyordu). Mecburen dışarı çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Banyoda sabun dışında bir tuvalet malzemesi yoktu. Artıları: Oda son derece temizdi. Yatak takımları da kaliteli ve konforluydu, o anlamda masraftan kaçınılmamış. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli olmasa da yeterliydi ancak sıcak servis edilmesi gereken bazı itemler soğuktu. Servis yapan genç arkadaşlar ilgiliydi. Bitişikte bir avm ve avm’ye otelden ulaşım var. Çok büyük olmasa da vakit geçirilebilir. Son bir ekleme: Otelin internet sayfası da hilton adına yakışmayacak kadar amatör. Bilgi almak için oraya da baktık ama verilen hizmetlerin sadece ismi (oda servisi, kuru temizleme vb) belirtilmiş, üzerine tıklama ve bilgi alma imkanı yok ne yazık ki. Hatta rezervasyon da aldığı için site fake mi acaba diye şüpheye düştük.

- Goktug (4/5): - Bir arkadaşımın düğününe katılmak için 2 gece konaklama yaptım. Eşim de ben de kahvaltıdan hiç memnun kalmadık herşey çok soğuk ve lezzetsizdi. Oda ile ilgili kötü bir düşüncem yok kısa süreli konaklamalar için gayet yeterli bence. Ancak oda temizği ve havluların değişimi için kimse gelmedi. Bu konunun önemli olduğunu düşünüyorum

Resepsiyon ve yemek salonu çalışanlarının güleryüzle her talebimizi hızlıca yerine getirmesi her otelde karşılaştığımız bir şey değil, herkese teşekkür ederiz.

- 797ebrua (8/5): A Decent Stay in Isparta - Isparta is a province of Turkey that is famous for rose production and lavender harvesting. If you would like to spend some days in Isparta to discover some natural beauties, the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel might offer you a comfortable stay. The hotel is located out of the centrum. However, you can easily drive to the touristic places from the hotel such as lavender harvesting village, Kuyucak, the beautiful and 4th largest lake of Turkey, Egirdir Lake, the ski resort, the Mount Davraz, and some other lakes, caves; and water falls. In terms of service and cleanliness, the hotel is very satisfactory. It has a main restaurant, bar, and cafe. At the very close vicinity of the hotel, the shopping mall and some nice restaurants and bars are also available. In terms of business trip, the hotel is convenient, too. The hotel has a parking area without vale parking service.
- 852gunerc (10/5): Excellent stay. - Stayed here five years ago, second time was even better. Clean and species rooms. Lobby is clean and and well thought out. Staff is very attentive and nice. Breakfast is excellent, loads of choice for everyone. Only downside is parking and drop off in front of the hotel. After you drop off the guests you have to back up your car to park it. Parking in front is small and always full. Other than that everything is excellent. Will stay again. 😊

- JP_y_LP (8/5): Good Location & Free Breakfast - We booked two rooms about an hour before checking in around 7pm. This is a typical Hilton Garden Inn with all the expected standards. A nice perk that we don't receive at Hilton Garden Inn in the US, was the free buffet breakfast for the four of us. It is located on the Northeast edge of town which was perfect for us to hit the highway early.

- city222 (10/5): Hilton experience - I think this hotel maintains the quality service. We enjoyed the short stay and had no problems. Breakfast had a lot of choice. Beds were comfy. There is a shopping mall mext to the hotel. This also makes it more conveniemt in other ways too. The staff was welcoming and attentivr.

The beds are comfortable and room is clean!Shower room is spacious. I like the smell of rose full of the hotel! Good breakfast buffet. Highly recommended for everyone!
- markcA1675EU (10/5): Over the Top Service and assistance! - We actually had a reservation in another town at Hilton using points and the car broke down in Isparta. We were stranded and the repair shop was right next door. I walked in and asked for help in cancelling the other reservation at the very last minute and moving it here. Not likely at the last second. But they went so far out of their way to make it happen we were very grateful. Very nice rooms, nice breakfast and excellent location next to a mall. Next time we will stay here!

- AHMET AYDIN (4/5): Hilton Isparta ilgi alaka negatif üzüldüm - Ekim ayı Çarşamba akşamı 19 00 da otele aracımız ile geldik park edecek yer yok bir müddet sonra gelen resepsiyon görevli si kapalı otoparka gitmemizi istedi tarif üzere gittik park ettim kimseler yok biraz aralarda katlarda gezip resepsiyona ulaştık. Odamıza kat ve oda no muz söylendi kendimiz çıktık odada 2 pet şişe su ve çay kahve,ertesi gün hiç su yok . Ne sizi karşılayacak nede odanıza refakat edecek biri var.

Otoparkı rahat. Kahvaltısını denemedim. Bir de oda servisi menü olarak vasat. O yüzden otelin yanındaki avmyi kullandık.

- Özgür (10/5): Çok güzel bir işletme - Odamız süit ve çok geniş ferah bir odaydı. Güleryüzle karşılanıp her konuda yardım aldık. Kahvaltı biraz zayıftı ama genel olarak kaliteli bir otel ve tekrar yolumuz düşerse mutlaka orada kalırız
- Verified traveler (2/5): Berbat - Çok berbat bir gecemiz geçti. Uzun bir yolculuktan sonra dinlenmemiz gerekirken uyanık kaldık. Diskotek sesi ikinci ve üçüncü kata yansıyor gece boyunca. Saba saat 05.00’te kesildi aşırı ses. Bunu yakıştıramadım Hilton bir markaya. Otele giriş yaparken bizi hiç uyarmadılar. Bu çok yanlış! Bunun yanı sıra kahvaltıda çok berbattı. Hilton diye tercih etmiştik bu oteli fakat Hilton kalitesi kesinlikle değil. Yazık bu markayı ve kaliteyi korumadıkları için. Bu oteli kimseye tavsiye etmem!

- ismail (10/5): Sabaha kadar süren muzikli eğlence (!) - Temizlik, konfor konusunda diyecek söz yok. Yalniz, keske restoran alaninda Cobud konusunda gösterdikleri özeni , sabaha kadar susmayan müzikli eğlence konusunda da gosterselerdi. (Ustelik bu konuda yasal kisitlama olmasina rağmen) Gece 3 bucuktan safak sokene kadar bangir bangir calan kulüp muziginin baslarin vurgusundan ma aile uyuyamadik.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very professional, friendly and helpful staff who speak good English. Good location beside a shopping center. It felt clean and safe with the precautions for Covid-19. The wi-fi worked well and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious.
- Johanna (10/5): Great hotel for our visit - Overall our stay was great. The room was really clean and comfortable. Service from reception was good (full 5 stars for the ladies) and they gave a very welcoming feeling with good information. Unfortunately service in the restaurant was non-existing, which drops the score lower. On the first morning the waiter in blue shirt was serving everyone else except us. On the second morning the waiter in white shirt was just staring at us from the other side of the room and again all other tables were getting their drinks to their tables with polite service while we sat waiting with the empty glasses. When we got the tea ourselves, we got dirty looks from the waiters. Both mornings there were less than 5 tables at breakfast at the same time so even rush can't be used as an excuse.
