Kalixto (10/5): - Me gustó que está ubicado a 2 kms. de Llanes, con lo cual tienes lo que ofrece la ciudad pero con la tranquilidad de un pueblito. Quizás a lo que le pondría una pega es al espacio ajardinado con columpios que tiene detrás de los apartamentos que estaba un poco abandonado, este espacio bien arreglado sería un punto a favor para estos apartamentos, si te todos para familias que se alojen con niños.

David (5/5): No lo recomendaría - Tranquilidad, aparcamiento y la barbacoa Lavadora tienes que salir de la casa porque está en otro sitio, no hay horno, la limpieza mala, habían cacas de perro en el patio, los cubiertos sucios, el baño una peste a podrido, telarañas, la vitro muuuy pequeña y los números borrados, no sabes que número de potencia tienes puesto.
Alison (2/5): Bastante sucio. - La localización Estaba muy sucio. Había pelos de perros por todos lados, las sabanas, mantas, por el suelo, el baño, las toallas. Me parece genial que dejéis que se hospeden perros pero que no hagáis una limpieza intensa después es una falta de respeto hacia los demás. Tengo una ligera alergia al polvo y al pelo de perro y la primera noche me era imposible respirar. Tuve que limpiar la habitación y comprarme pastillas de la alergia. En las esquinas de la habitación ai apartabas un poco los muebles había moho, telarañas, bolas de polvo y pelo. Estuvimos muy incomodos.

BEATRIZ (9/5): Apartamento acogedor - La anfitriona nos llamó para organizar nuestra llegada, fue muy amable. Apartamento acogedor con un jardín estupendo. El sofá es muy muy viejo

Elisabeth (7/5): Mejorable - La ubicación muy buena cerca de Llanes para visitar toda la zona. Limpieza bastante deficiente, tuvimos que fregar todos los platos porque al ir a cogerlos tenían restos de grasa. La terraza que es muy bonita necesita un poco más de mantenimiento, el recinto en general. Menaje de cocina justito, indica que dispone de tostadora que no encontramos, teníamos que salir a la zona de lavadora a tostar el pan en un pequeño horno.

JACOBO (9/5): Unos estupendos dias en Llanes - Lo que mas nos gustó fue la terraza/patio con su vegetación y lo cómodo de las camas. Quizás un poco estrecha la zona de cocina/comedor para una familia de 4. Pero totalmente asumible para unos días.

Daiana Cindy (10/5): Una decepción - Lo que más nos gustó fue la acción de la persona encargada que nos ofreció cambiarnos de apartamento. El apartamento es muy cutre...olor a humedad, suciedad, bichos, mobiliario viejo, mal olor...la verdad que fue un disgusto ir a este lugar, incluso nos planteamos dejar el alojamiento, como dije, el personal nos ayudó a cambiarnos de apartamento a uno mejor..que bueno... tenía menos humedad y estaba un poquito mejor cuidado. Le pongo un 10 para que este comentario aparezca al principio y le sirva a la gente para pensárselo dos veces antes de ir.
Virginia (7/5): - Apartamento cómodo. Buen jardín. Camas cómodas. La atención de la persona que se encarga de recepcionar. Buena ubicación, cerca de Llanes y playas. Necesita una puesta al día. Muebles viejos, especialmente la cocina y el sofá. Estéticamente no muy agradable. Una miscelánea de estampados, paredes forradas de papel/tela/madera/tapiz, lámparas de mil estilos, sábanas de diferentes juegos. Colchas muy viejas, dan la sensación de sucias. Toallas con agujeros y manchas de lejía.

Adrian (8/5): Very good - The accomodation was well suited for our family of four. The bathroom and the terrace were very nice and spacious. The location is very quiet and only a few minutes drive from Llanes city center. The furniture could use some updates. There was a strong olor of humidity.

Jo (10/5): very relaxing stay close to Llanes - we stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed this property. good facilities for cooking, easy car parking behind secure gate. quiet. lovely rear yard. short drive to Llanes. next to train track but never heard the train. comfortable bed and pillows. plenty of towels and toiletries supplied. good Wi-Fi. wonderful shower. heated towel rails. everything is covered. nil
Isabel (10/5): superb and we were sorry to leave the apartment and Llanes. - the apartment was so clean and was extremely comfortable. secure parking. excellent welcome and support. guests in other apartments were quiet and private. location superb and facilities excellent. tried cooking there one night , using bar b q. not great but I was delighted as it meant we sourced really great local restaurants! nothing really. cooking facilities limited for dinner but staff gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants.
