- Yuliia (7/5): - Я шукала просто швидко щоб зупинитися на ночівлю перед літаком подивилися наче все добре Приїхали вночі і було дуже гучно люди ходили по поверху розмовляли наче вони не в готелі і ніхто не адміністрував розголос ми були з дитиною якісь чоловіки говорили, ніхто не попросив тишу бо ми вже приїхали пізно і вже було за 12-у а вони ходили говорили. Далі важливо сказати що я була з валізами і цей готель немає ліфту тож ніхто мені не допомагав тягнути всі ці валізи на 2-й поверх це дуже важливо що якщо ви маєте ліфта то хочаб персонал який буде вдягти наверх Кімната була дуже маленька і ніяких ванних приладів ні щоб нічого там не просто чисто і все але дуже скромно я не радила цей готель.

- Omar Lodovici (7/5): - Ottima la posizione dell'albergo. A 800 metri dal centro e dalla zona pedonale. Pulizia ok. Se il costo è di circa 55 euro a notte per una doppia il rapporto qualità-prezzo è giusto. Ma a prezzo più alto meglio valutare altre proposte. La colazione va migliorata visto che c'è poca scelta di dolce e di salato. Per le bibite bisogna chiedere sempre al cameriere. Il bagno nella stanza è veramente troppo piccolo. Non è possibile lavarsi il viso con un lavadino da 30 cm. Il materasso del letto in alcuni punti presenta degli avvallamenti, sono da sostituire. Il parcheggio è in strada difronte all'hotel, ma non è riservabile e quindi dipende da chi prima arriva.
- Daria Melnyk (10/5): - I absolutely loved the hotel. The receptionist was welcoming, the hotel well-designed, comfy and absolutely clean. The rooms were equipped with fit-in kitchenette which exceeded our expectations. I would also speak about the breakfast. It's not breakfast, it's a restaurant-level menu where you can try grilled vegetables, a variety of pancakes, cheese and sausages, cottage cheese rolls. The hotel is close to the supermarket and in the walking distance from the city center. I absolutely recommend it. I will definitely stay there again!

- Сергей Задырко (5/5): - Хороший завтрак, хотя к 8 утра яичница могла быть еще теплой (в 8 начинается завтрак) Отсутствие в номере чайника и бесплатной питьевой воды. Шумная канализация, в 3 часа ночи кто то принял ванну и вода шумела 10-15 минут.
- Tobias (9/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen - etwas aus dem inneren Zentrum herausgenommen, aber doch in etwa 15 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß zum zentralen Platz. Es verfügt über Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wird im Kellerrestaurant eingenommen und bietet eine gute Auswahl an salzigen und süßen Angeboten. Das Zimmer war geräumig genug und relativ ruhig. Alles gut.

- Andreas (8/5): - Auf den ersten Blick war alles ok, das Personal war nett und wir konnten ruhig schlafen. Das Frühstück war regional, vielfältig und recht lecker in der hauseigenen Bodega. Das Hotel bräuchte schon eine Überholung. Alles ist schon erheblich in die Jahre gekommen, so wenn auch nicht verschlissen, so eben sichtlich gealtert. Kein Aufzug. Von den Möbeln blätterte das Furnier ab, die Minibar brummte laut.

- Maciej (6/5): Good hotel with but breakfast-Service - Room amenities: comfortable beds, and a toiletries set that even includes a toothbrush and toothpaste (a rarity elsewhere). The location is close to the city center, yet situated in a quiet area. 1 room key. Breakfast: The food was tasty, but items were frequently missing (fried eggs, vegetables). Drinks had to be ordered at the restaurant bar; tea was served in a disposable cup. On one day, the orange juice was delicious (tasting like it was freshly squeezed), while on another, it resembled a cheap, sugar-sweetened orange drink one might buy at a supermarket. Cutlery and napkins were in short supply. The negative experience at breakfast negatively impacted the overall rating of the hotel.

- Tetiana (10/5): Уютный отель рядом с центральной улицей Кишинева. Атмосфера, как дома. - Удобная кровать, довольно тихо. Номер очень чистый и аккуратный, мебель новая. Постель имела очень приятный запах. Это впервые вообще с таким столкнулась. Кому-то может не понравится, но мне понравилось. Особая благодарность команде отеля: Марии и Диане администраторам, Мариусу администратору. Окружили заботой и радушием, ненавязчивым, смол толком с первой минуты. Мария встретила с душой и организовала комфортное заселение. Диана заботилась на следующий день, Мариус организовал проводы. Юрию и Элеоноре – из ресторана. Они готовили замечательный и вкусный кофе, который задавал настроение на весь день. Относились не формально, а с душой. Если хотите человеческого отношения и приёма, вам сюда. Все понравилось на заявленную стоимость.

- PupsGIS (6/5): Disappointing stay with poor sound insulation - The hotel is located not too far from the bazaar — around a 10-minute walk.The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, which was definitely the highlight of the stay.The coffee at breakfast was also good and made with a professional coffee machine. There are many stray dogs in the area, probably because of the nearby bazaar, and it felt quite unsafe walking back to the hotel in the evening. The bathroom in the room was extremely small — it was almost impossible to wash your hands without splashing water all over the floor. There was also no complimentary water in the room, only paid drinks in the minibar, which was very loud and had to be unplugged during the night. The room lighting was poor: there was no main ceiling light, only small lamps above the bed and desk, so the room felt dark and gloomy in the evening. The soundproofing was terrible. We could hear everything from neighboring rooms and the corridor extremely clearly. On one side, we listened to a man talking on the phone until midnight, and every movement in the hallway was also very loud. Breakfast was not very good either — it was difficult to find something enjoyable to eat. Unfortunately, I cannot really recommend it.

- Marius (3/5): Lipsă empatie față de clienți, nu o să măi revenim! - Poziția față de centru , a fost OK Personalul cu care nu prea te înțelegeai în limba română, baia și obiectele din ea, care erau minuscule și de proasta calitate( robineți, duș etc.)Micul dejun rece și foarte slab, lipsea apa, suc, ceai care trebuia cerut de la bar, fructe lipsă, nu înlocuiau produsele care se consumau, furculițe, farfurii trebuia să aștepți ceva timp să intri în posesie. Deci dacă nu veneai la prima oră riscai să nu prea ai ce mânca. Și una peste alta persoana care trebuia să pună și să completeze mâncarea pe masă a ridicat vocea la noi și chiar ne-a certat în nu știu ce limbă ( probabil rusă). Televizorul din 50 canale doar vreo zece funcționau și acelea în limba rusă.

- Daniela (10/5): Great stay in Chisinau - Free parking with camera. I found a spot with no issues. Good location at walking distance to the city Center and tourist attractions. Great price for value, with breakfast included. Nice staff, clean hotel and room. They also surprised me on my birthday with a present from the hotel, that was very nice of them and much appreciated.

- Olena (10/5): Хороший отель ,за эти деньги, в прекрасном месте. - Отель чистый. Мы останавливались в студии на 3 человека. Достаточно места. В первую очередь нужно будет учесть , что в отеле нет лифта( для моей мамы это проблема). Прийдя на завтрак , он был достойный. Не оказалось яиц ( От них осталось только напоминание, что они там были-пустое блюдо ), и ни кто не думал его пополнять. И когда попросили кофе , мне ответили , что сахар закончился. Ну это ребята не в сегодняшнее время, магазины кругом. Но отдать должное завтрак был достойным ( сырники, блины, фрукта, овощи…) . Это информация для владельцев отеля , персонал должен быть более внимателен .

- Людмила (3/5): - Близко к центру. Хороший завтрак. Не было горячей воды, текла едва едва тёплая. Градусов 20. Не смогла принять ванну и помыть ребенка. Телевизор не включался , ждала,что бы подключили в итоге он не подключён к интернету и показывает одни национальные каналы .. Очень слышно когда ходят по коридору соседи из других номеров, отель маленький соответственно и номера и коридор.

- Martin (6/5): - Velice hezký pension v centru města. Dá se před ním i zaparkovat - ale místa nejsou garantovaná. Ochotná paní recepční. Pokoje fajn. Hotýlek právě procházel poslední fází renovace, takže vše pěkně vonělo. Pozor ale na stravování - opravdu hrůza. Restauraci v přízemí ovládá totiž nedefinovatelně ignorantská osoba - "na všechny světové řeči němý" divně zírající kluk, který nekoná, neptá se na nic, nic vám sám nepřinese, když chcete čaj, tak bude za 10 minut poté, co se 2x připomenete. Snídaně v 9.15 již došla a půl hodiny se čekalo, až se pán milostivě uráčí něco přinést. Jsem opravdu klidný člověk, ale tohohle člověka bych vyhodil na hodinu. Jinak prostory na večerní posezení jsou nádherné, ale nedokáži odhadnout kvalitu obsluhy a jídla při standardním provozním režimu. Toto celý dojem z Astorie významně ovlivnilo.

- Khayyam (9/5): - Astoria Hotel! That's a completely different story. I don't even know where to start😂😡. I can definitely mention the three guys: Dayana, Maria and Evgeny. In my opinion, this hotel works only thanks to these guys. Because girls with their skill of courtesy and skills of communication with people cope with everything Surer. And Evgeny with his smile and masterfully prepares coffee that even the most not tasty food in the hotel restaurant seems delicious. You guys are golden. Thank you. What can I say about the hotel itself, it's tin. The hotel itself is located in a good location, convenience: prices and qualities coincide, except that at night four-legged residents make up a company to the rooms and you can dance with them LEZGINKA. If the stairs were also covered with some kind of carpet, the noise of the tenants would not be heard in the rooms.
