alessandro (10/5): Super! - Abbiamo deciso di stare a 35 minuti da chiang mai per evitare la confusione della metropoli, scelta migliore non c'era. Abbiamo fatto 4 notti , e abbiamo fatto numerosi giri in zona . Siamo andati dagli elefanti mea rim , alle cascate stiky , abbiamo fatto tutti i templi di chiang mai ,sia del centro sia sulle colline a ovest . Ci spostavamo con taxi. Abbiamo fatto anche un corso di cucina thailandese che si trova a 2 minuti dall'hotel. Siamo stati anche a chiang dao a vedere le cave e il tempio in mezzo alla natura. L' hotel era una buona base di partenza per numerosi giri. In hotel abbiamo mangiato tutti giorni, si mangia bene. Abbiamo sempre chiesto senza spezie e senza peperoncino. La camera era pulita e i gestori sempre disponibili. Nostra figlia era contentissima dei conigli presenti in struttura. Alle sera nessun rumore, se ci sono bambini comunque dopo le ore 22 non fanno piu rumore. La colazione era ok! Ambiente tranquillo. Un ringraziamento ai gestori , disponibili e cordiali . Grazie ! Hanno animali esotici come petauri e suricati , scelta discutibile, ma comunque sono trattati bene, se posso dare un consiglio ai suricati ci vuole la terra. Amano scavare.

Eva-Maria (9/5): Sehr erholsame Woche für uns als Familie.Ein kleines Paradies,fern von der Stadt. Familär&gemütlich! - Die Lage ist großartig. Ländlich - entfernt von der Stadt. Ein wunderbarer Ort um sich zu erholen und Ruhe zu finden. Unser großes Highlight war, dass wir die Unterkunft für 5 Tage alleine genießen durften und wir uns dort - auch mit den Besitzern, wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Sehr familiär. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Kids haben die tierischen Bewohner sehr genossen, ebenso den Pool und den kleinen Spielplatz, direkt vor unserer Tür. Viele Nischen zum Sitzen, Liegen oder Entspannen. Man kann schöne Ausflüge von dort unternehmen. Wir hatten sogar vom Hotel aus einen persönlichen Fahrer, den wir sehr lieben gelernt haben. Boom rocks! :) Auch wurde das Frühstückbuffet extra an unsere Vorlieben angepasst. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und liebevoll! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Das Zimmer, in das wir wechselten, war leider von der Grundreinigung her etwas schmutzig, hinsichtlich Staub in und auf den Schränken, sowie in den Zimmerecken - auch das Badezimmer war an den Wänden und am Boden nicht ganz sauber. Aber es war ok. Geruch im Zimmer etwas unangenehm. Aber wir hatten viel Platz, die Betten waren bequem und hatten viel Stauraum. Das Essen war leider nicht so unseres vor Ort. Wir haben öfter den Lieferservice in Anspruch genommen oder selbst Essen geholt oder gekocht. Staff ist aber mega lieb und sehr sympatisch und wir durften dennoch aus der Küche alles nutzen, was wir zum Essen brauchten. Massage war nicht zum weiterempfehlen. (externe Buchung-wird im eigenen Zimmer praktiziert).
Vd Heuvel (10/5): - Wat een sfeervol fijn verblijf hebben we gehad bij rungnara pool villa. Erg kindvriendelijk ook. Leuk koreaans stel met 2 leuke kinderen. Veel faciliteiten bij de villa en anders willen ze zelf nog graag met je meedenken. Gratis scooters om dag tripjes te maken in de buurt zeker een aanrader. Zeer goede chefs dus lekker eten iedere dag weer verrast met ander ontbijt helemaal top en anders krijg je nog aanbevolen tips voor in de buurt. Ik zei dat ik van Korean BBQ hield en zelfs dat hebben ze een avond voor ons bereid waoowi! Massage in de kamer wanneer de kleine sliep dat is pas top ! Eindelijk rust en zelf relaxe. Verwarmd kinder badje en super leuke huisdieren Choco en Late en Zuzzu... en paardje rijden voor de kids is ook heel erg leuk. Mooie tempels, olifanten ,tijgers vanalles eigelijk super plekje ! En onze waterrat vond natuurlijk het zwembad geweldig, zelfs s avonds met de lichtjes en watervalletjes. De bedden waren voor ons allemaal te hard maar is misschien ook wat je maar gewend bent .. niet zo zeuren toch?

Julie (10/5): Merveilleux - L'hôtel est tenu par une famille coréenne, qui a rendu notre séjour merveilleux. Ils sont très attentionnés et nous on fait découvrir la pêche, les balades à cheval pour nos enfants de 3 et 5 ans, toutes leurs bonnes adresses à visiter aux alentours à moins de 30 mins. Nous avons profité d'un excellent BBQ coréen, des jeux pour les enfants et nous avons pu nous occuper de leurs suricates (choco/latte). Nos enfants étaient aux anges et nous aussi. c'était un plaisir de sortir de la ville et de profiter de la verdure pour se rapprocher de la sticky waterfall et du café éléphant. L'hôtel nous prête gratuitement des scooters pour se déplacer. Leur personnel est adorable, merci Poum pour vos attentions et votre bienveillance. Rien
DaeYoung (10/5): - 아들과 함께 승마체험을 할 수 있어 좋았어요. 수영장이 해가 잘 들어서 물이 차지 않아 놀기 좋아요. 사장님 사모님 모두 잘 챙겨주셔서 좋아요. 코코넛 마켓이나 근처 시장들을 같이 움직일 수 있어 좋아요 무엇보다도 온수가 잘 나와요. 샤워기 필터도 기본 장착이고 정수기도 있어 굳이 물을 안챙겨도 되요.. 다 좋지만 외진 곳이라 차나 스쿠터가 없으면 근처에 아무것도 없는건 어쩔수 없네요. 필요한것은 미리 챙겨야해요.
Anders (8/5): Very good - We moved out of central Chiang Mai to get some peace - and we got it. It was a perfect base for exploring northern Chiang Mai - a lot to see and experience with kids. It is a small place and only us and another room was filled - but even so, a big (considering only 6 guests) breakfast buffet was made for us every morning. Our kids got to ride almost every morning (when we found out the option). You are able to use their kitchen to cook, if you should like so. The bathroom is very cramped and when taking a shower the entire bathroom incl. toilet and sink is wet. The pool could have been cleaner. The information about the place could have been more structured instead of us getting told through our several conversations with the owner e.g. washing machine, dryer, options for horseback riding, local market (which you need to attend).
Borbala (9/5): A Childrens' Paradise - It's a childrens' paradise, also parents'. Pony riding, angling, pool for children, free scooters for adults and lessons how to ride them, great breakfasts, great kitchen for cooking, some big, cosy, elegant rooms, nice garden, washing machine for 50 Bath, racks for drying and a caring host and hostess. Buttler (7/5): Good - Very clean room with pool directly in front. Calm atmosphere and very friendly people. A lot of pictures shown on here are not taken at the property. They are at least 10 minutes away at a nearby water park. It makes a false impression.
Cat (10/5): Honest review - The room, the staff and the place is absolutely beautiful. There are only about 8-10 bungalows so it's really quite private too. The pool is small but very clean & well maintained. My son was on crutches having broken his leg and the staff were amazing. They brought him breakfast every morning & we're truly wonderful with us. The owner is lovely too and speaks very good English. He has 2 very well kept horses a short distance away from the resort with a small fishing pond (3 mins walk to the bottom of the street) and they're very friendly horses liking a scratch or 2. There's a lovely little coffee shop 5 mins walk away that does the most divine cakes (seriously light & fluffy) & barista freshly ground coffee. The facilities are suitable for somebody on crutches (a step up into the property & step down to bathroom) but not for wheelchair users although for somebody who can step transfer or walk a few steps they may be ok. Our shower didn't have grab rails but the shower head stretched so my son could sit on the loo and shower properly. It's a little too far away from a 7/11. The place serves breakfast & coffee and you can cook your own food (I think) but it's 30 minutes away from the nearest 7/11 and that's across the 1001 & not always possible to cross. Getting a taxi is problematic because of the distance from Chiang Mai but you can order a KFC from 10km away for delivery provided you do not mind cold food. One way of improving would be to serve a basic evening meal eg chicken fried rice upon request. If you have transport it's not an issue because there are a few shops within a few miles.
Wiebren (10/5): Great place to stay, when visiting Chiang Mai with kids - Great place to stay for a couple of days. It is a bit of a drive (30 mins) to Chiang Mai, but you will get a lovely, quiet place, very suitable for families and a good starting point for daytrips. Our hosts helped us do some really cool stuff (such as the sticky waterfall), introduced us to Korean breakfast and showed us around on our first day. Our girls also loved the possibility to ride a horse every morning. This was also one of the few properties during our trip where we were also able to cook ourselves. Great to be cooking outdoors and thanks to our hosts for taking us and some other guests to the market and Makro. Nothing. I guess that for some travellers being a bit further away from Chiang Mai might be a con. For us it wasn't. We liked the fact that our kids could walk around and explore without having to keep an eye our for them all the time. And for some attractions, the location will save you a 30 mins drive up from Chiang Mai :-)
