• Julia (8/5): - מיקום מרכזי, אך בו זמנית מאוד שקט. צימר גדול עם תקרה גבוהה. מיטה נוחה. חדש שינה מעוצב נעים. יש בצימר פסנתר, לא מכוון ושבור. בשביל מה? סבל לעיניים ולאוזניים (ניסיתי לנגן...). לכלוך במגירות.
• Danielle (10/5): - מקום מושלם!! מיקום 15 מ10: על המדרחוב! שנייה הליכה, מלא חנייה וחוויה כפרית מהממת. העיצוב של המקום מדהים ביופיו, המארחת רוני מתוקה להפליא, חשבו על כל פרט להנעים את השהייה במקום החל מגבינה ויין כפתיח ועד להדליק את המזגן לפני ההגעה, לקבל את פנינו בחיוך ולענות על שאלות וגם להאריך לנו את הצק אאוט בשעתיים. המקום מהמם והחוויה הייתה מושלמת, בטוח נחזור!

• Olivier (9/5): Une suite parfaite pour une escapade amoureuse - L'emplacement est très central mais peu bruyant, surtout la nuit. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Très bonne literie. L'espace extérieur avec le jacuzzi et le coin salon de jardin est appréciable même si pas 100% intime. Bon accueil et staff disponible. Bon rapport qualité prix en hiver. Les plombs qui sautent parfois. Les finitions un peu vieillottes et un ménage qui pourrait être un peu mieux fait dans les endroits moins visibles.

• Ofrit (4/5): - המיטה הייתה נוחה התמונות באתר מאוד מטעות, נראה כאילו מדובר במתחם צימרים אבל בפועל הצימר היה באמצע מדרכה פנימית, בלי נוף, החדר עצמו ללא חלונות, חשוך מאוד, המרפסת נראית כמו משהו שנסגר על המדרכה, הרצפה היתה מדרכה במרפסת, המרפסת חצי פתוחה חצי סגורה. הצימר כולו באמצע רחוב פנימי הולנדי, לא הרגשנו בטוחות בלילה, הוא מאוד פרוץ והיה שומם והרגיש מאוד לבד, המתקנים מאוד פשוטים, הג'קוזי לא היה נקי לגמרי, המקרר עשה רעש כל הלילה. ממש לא תואם את המחיר, בלי טיפת נוף, בלי חלונות, המרפסת סגורה בצורה מוזרה.
• Ruth (8/5): Great place, needs a few upgrades, great location, overall great price for what you get - Comfy bed, sweet setup, great location, parking availability, hot tub,really chill environment, nicely accommodating for early check in and nice esthetically. The door latches/locking system is strange, its hinges with a padlock and key vs door with regular door knobs and keys on wooden farm style thin doors. I personally felt safe bc my husband was with me and he has a carrying permit, that said if I was with just girlfriends or without protection I’d be more nervous for safety. There’s two towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. No water bottles, no blow dryer. An ironing board with no iron.

• יעל (10/5): - בעצם לא היינו בצימרוני. מנהלת הצימרים התנצלה ובגלל שהיה סיפור עם טכנאי שלא הגיע בזמן היא שידרגה לנו לחדר / סוויטה במלון בוטיק 49. החדר היה נעים, מרווח, נקי, עם ג'קוזי במרפסת. והשרות היה מצוין.
• Rony (10/5): A comfortable and quiet gateway in the beautiful town Zikhron Ya’aqov - The room is spacious, clean and quiet, the bed is super comfortable and the location is adjacent to the Main Street where there are lots of bars and restaurants. The host Sarit was welcoming and helpful. We will be back!

• Futeran (9/5): Wonderful break staying in a large room with a very comfortable bed and our own relaxing hot tub. - A cute unit on the edge of a small square but privacy is ensured by clever design. A lovely hot tub in our cute entrance courtyard was very relaxing. The room is large with a high ceiling and nicely furnished in an old fashioned style. The shower provided water as hot as you like and lots of it. The double bed was very large and extremely comfortable and we slept well. There is also a small microwave and basic items for eating in if one wishes to. We received a friendly welcome and farewell. When the effective aircon that cooled us in hot weather developed a slight issue it was attended to immediately. We were overall so satisfied and had such a lovely time that there are no issues to be listed in this review other than that we suggested an improved arrangement of the shower possibly by way of a slight ledge that would mean that less water escapes. When mentioning this on check out it felt like I was really being listened to and was thanked for raising this.

• Mr (7/5): Great Location and Friendly Owner with a Few Maintenance Needs - I recently stayed at a house in Zichron Yaakov, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the main area, making it convenient for exploration and dining. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, which added to the warmth of our stay. However, I did notice some maintenance issues that could use attention. The shower had a leak, and the toilet door was missing glass, which caused the air conditioning to escape. Additionally, a few screws needed tightening around the property. Despite these minor issues, the house is a great place to stay, and with a little upkeep, it would be even better. I would recommend it to others looking for a cozy spot in Zichron Yaakov! Great location, close to the main area. Friendly and accommodating owner. Cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. Shower leaking, requiring maintenance. Toilet door has no glass, leading to air conditioning escape. A few screws need tightening around the property. Overall, the property has a lot of potential and offers a nice experience with just a few maintenance needs to address.

• Yam (9/5): Very nice, homey stay, perfect for a weekend trip - Great location near the city center, spacious and comfortable room, great facilities and overall design. There is no way to lock the outer gate, every door is based on latches which is slightly uncomfortable. The bed is positioned in a way that sunshine comes directly at you in the morning.

• Shay108 (8/5): Great location and staff - The location was great. Two minutes away from the Midrahov (walking street). The room was spacious and comfortable and we had plenty of amenities. The owner was super nice and helpful. He also recommended a great breakfast place. The vent in the bathroom is very loud and can be a bit annoying while the light is turned on. The shower was leaking out into the bathroom floor and required extra towels. Both of these were relatively minor.

• Victoria (8/5): Comfortable boutique hotel, loud construction which should end soon - We stayed in the new boutique hotel that they are opening. It was beautiful and very comfortable, but unfortunately part of the building was still under construction and woke up on our first morning. It was otherwise a perfect stay. The noise from the construction. Like I said, really not too much else to complain out. It was a lovely room and quiet in the evenings. It had a great jacuzzi tub. The bed was really comfortable too.

Not cleaned to acceptable standard and lack of attention to detail. drawers not opening , those that did full of old stuff from renovation, screws out on entry door. Raised several issues during stay and some on leaving, to a less than satisfactory response. ( by owner) This however is a great spot and could be really delightful, if lock repaired, under bed cleaned and slats fixed etc. A welcome book.would be useful and instructions re TV, Aircon etc I am not going to.post photos sent to owner as I believe he will remedy the issues.
