- Vonk (9/5): Perfekte Bleibe für ein verlängertes Wochenende - Das Frühstück, Kaffee und Kuchen waren sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und außergewöhnlich freundlich. Das Hotel ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Der Aufenthaltsraum mit Getränken ist praktisch (auch zum Arbeiten). Der Saunabereich ist klein, aber sehr fein. Für Kinder gibt es ausreichend Raum zum Spielen. Wir haben auf den Room Service verzichtet. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn ohne Nachfrage trotzdem Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt und Müll geleert worden wäre. Das abendliche Menü zu Ostern war kreativ und gut, es hatte auch seinen Preis, mit dem finalen Abschmecken waren wir allerdings nicht immer ganz zufrieden.

Das Abendessen einfach top und der Service sehr freundlich. Sehr gepflegte und großzügige Aussenanlage und schöne Räumlichkeiten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

- Birgit (9/5): - Es ist alles sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war sehr bequem und dass man eine Kissenauswahl hat, finde ich klasse. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Mir hat sehr gut gefallen, dass es eine schöne Auswahl an Brötchen gab und nicht nur die klassischen Milchbrötchen. Die Sauna konnte ich auch nutzen und fand sie klein aber fein und sehr gemütlich im Gewölbekeller. Ich komme gerne wieder. Schade fand ich, dass die Brandschutztüren sehr laut schließen und es generell auf den Zimmern etwas hellhörig ist.

Ein kleines Manko war das Doppelbett, das sich nachts „zweigeteilt“ hat. Wohl eher was für lange Verheiratete🤣. Und kein großer Spiegel im Zimmer zum Outfitcheck.

- Jeff (10/5): Quiet, idyllic, and conveniently located to nearby adventures! - Fantastic location and wonderful accommodations! We stayed in the Family Apartment and having a large bed and a sofa bed along with a full kitchen made this a perfect stay for two adults and two teenage kids. The location is quiet and within easy reach by car of the Rhein valley and the major autobahn arteries. Went for stunning hikes and runs in along the ridges and meadows near the hotel. The staff absolutely made us feel like family and gave us many recommendations for places to eat and things to do nearby. The breakfast was typical German/Continental, and featured many fresh and organic options. Well worth it! Having a complimentary assortment of Kuchen, biscuits, or strudel available for guests as an "afternoon tea" would have been a nice touch. The ability to sit back after a day of excursions in a quiet "stammtisch" room (which they DO have) or on the patio with a complimentary biscuit or two and a hot drink would have made for perfect endings to perfect afternoons!

Quality of the food at the restaurant was outstanding and the service was outstanding. There was no elevator which made it a bit of an adventure to get our large bags upstairs.

I then had to carry my bags up to the third floor, until to realize I had to climb a ladder to get to my bed and wardrobe. The second day I was given a new room on the first floor which made the trip that much better. I appreciate the help the lady gave me with finding another room for me. THANK YOU I LOVED THE VIEW and THE STAFF

There were no local dishes and on Saturday breakfast started very late at 0830 and we had to leave early. Also the reception was not open 24 hours a day so there was no receptionist if you wanted to leave early in the morning.

The room was a bit cold on arrival, which was easy to understand in the chilly conditions. This was however easily resolved by just slightly adjusting the radiators.
