Удобная транспортная развязка и одно из важных моментов, это то , что номер находится на первом этаже и не надо тащить тяжёлый чемодан вверх. Чистый 2хместный номер. Все остальное в номере есть и шампунь, и гель для душа и фен. Утюг можно взять в коридоре. Есть чайник. Небольшой нюанс неудобства, 3 лампочки в потолке, который 4 или 5 метров не работают, но это не сильно влияет на общую картину. Есть чайник, хотелось чтобы положили хотя-бы пару пакетов чая и кофе. Нет вилок, только ложки. Ещё момент, пришлось выехать на 2 дня раньше по личным причинам, и просила вернуть хоть какую-то часть денег, но....увы..

• Наталья (4/5): Not happy with our pick. Not worth the money. - The place is nice and renovated at first glance. It's in a pretty nice area, although the building we stayed at was noticeably older and less renovated compared to buildings just a few steps away. No mattter all the troubles we'd like to specify that the owners are really kind people and would respond quickly to our requests. We understand that all that happened is very likely a genuine mistake but we want them to know that people come to an apartment not just for kindness but also for the apartment and utilities themselves, which definitely could've been better. A LOT of issues happened. Note: This all happened from the end of December to the beginning of January, so some events here were also happening at new year's eve. We are quite new to traveling, but this might be the worst experience in a place we're staying at we've had so far. Tbilisi itself is a beautiful place though. Let's begin with the fact that the apartment is on the 6th floor, which means that an elevator is crucial unless you are the best stair climber in the world 🤷‍♂️ We were given a tiny chip-like-card that let us ride the elevators for free with a balance on them (incase you didnt know - elevators generally cost money in tbilisi) One weird thing - even though we were 3 people we got just one card, so we had to ask for another one just to feel a little more free. We had a LOT of issues with the elevators, ranging from them straight up breaking to the doors not closing (or closing to our chip card just not working at times. We had to text the apartment owner multiple times to let them know the elevator is screwed. Don't get me started on the fact that exactly when we were moving out the card very convieniently ran out of money which made us have to walk 3 floors down with heavy baggage until the owners refilled it. So yeah, when we were placing the order we saw people complaining about the elevators but we didn't think it'd be that bad Second of all, the thing we were concerned over the most: Utilities. Seems like we got very lucky and the water heating was screwed for our arrival. We tried solving things over DMs on WhatsApp a day before New Year's Eve because we were trying to wash the dishes and the water in the kitchen was ice cold, at first it seemed like the issue wae solved after the apartment owners claimed that "the previous person staying at the place changed something up in the heating settings".

Very old elevator, you have to pay to use it (they will give the card). The apartment’s door has a “Stainless Steel Heavy Duty Door Lock” which is weird and implies it’s not safe! You cannot get a refund if you decided to cancel it. Plz look at google review for this place.

Lady helping with check out was nice. Absolutely no maintenance done here for years. Large sections of wallpaper ripped and damaged in several places. Walls dirty. Cupboards damaged. Only half of the lamps in the ceiling worked. Countertop in the kitchenette damaged. Elevator card (you pay for the ride with elevator with electronic card) not charged properly so we had to walk up 6 stairs. Only one elevator card, and key for apartment and one magnet for the front door was provided, restricting movement totally as you have to go and come together otherwise one person has to go down and open the door to the street. I have no idea how this place can score 9. People reviewing must have very low expectations.

The kitchen had all the tools and equipment it required, and there was enough room for me to keep my groceries. With a big TV and a nice couch, the living area was perfect and comfortable. The bedroom was large and nicely furnished, with a cozy bed and lots of storage space. With a strong shower, the bathroom was modern and clean. Everything was fantastic overall; thank you!
