• Magdalena (9/5): Great value for money - Great localization - many shops, supermarket, coffee place near by. Close to 2 metro stations. If you travel with kids great playgrounds. Apartment has all items you need including plates, glasses, wine opener etc. The key lock was not always working properly, so it brought some additional stress, but we always were able to get in. There is not as much daylight in the ground apartment due to small windows (whihc might be a plus in hot summer).

• Jan (7/5): Small, nice in a good location (metro), but there is a lot to improve. - I have to praise the WA support. They responded immediately, explained everything and arranged it. They deserve a +! System -. The actual handover of the keys, or rather codes, was very simple. It took place in the app. However, I did not understand why after completing the check-in in the Olala app, uploading the ID, they wanted me to do it in another app. They also wanted to pay the local fees in the app again. We had to verify the payment, then I finally got the code. I do not understand why they asked for the data twice. In the kitchen, water was dripping from the inlet to the sink for a long time. There was a puddle under the kitchen counter and a stench. I don't understand why the cleaners didn't notice it. I had to notify support and they fixed it immediately the next day. However, the stench remained, as it was wet under the kitchen counter. For the money they ask, I imagine better quality services.

• Maria (9/5): - Wszystko było super - ładnie urządzone, czysto, przydatne sprzęty (piekarnik, ekspres, pralko-suszarka), jednak osoby o ograniczonej sprawności muszą wiedzieć, że klatka schodowa jest dosyć wąska, a schody wysokie. Wprawdzie jest winda, ale jak się umieści w niej walizkę, to już samemu się nie pojedzie ;) Takie uroki kamienic w Barcelonie :) Do poprawy źle działające drzwi przesuwne w łazience, na które trzeba było znaleźć sposób, żeby otworzyć i zamknąć.

O apoio ao cliente também foi 5estrelas, responderam sempre as nossas questões nos dias anteriores. Localização, a nível de distância entre alojamento e metro/centro de Barcelona estava ok. Não gostamos da localização a nível do bairro/envolvência.

Hostiteľ bol nápomocný,rýchlo odpisoval, a odstránil závady ktoré sme mu nahlásili Steny v byte sú strašne tenké, je všetko počuť či nad vami alebo z chodby, povlečenie bolo mierne špinavé na posteli. človek mal niekedy trochu strach v noci či sa náhodou niekto nevkradol do bytu tým,že je všetko počuť z vonka

• Edgar (10/5): Buen apartamento y zona tranquila - Apartamento renovado y limpio. Había algunos desperfectos pero no afectaban al día a día. No os dejéis engañar por la zona, ni por la fachada por fuera y las escaleras. Es una zona muy tranquila y el apartamento está muy bien.

• WOJCIECH (9/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Mieszkanie przestronne, wygodne, czyste. Błędna informacja o wysokości kaucji. Mieszkanie miało być dostępne od godz. 15.00, przyszliśmy ok godz. 16 i w mieszkaniu była Pani, która kończyła sprzątać. Wynajmujący poinformował nas, że to wyjątkowa sytuacja ze względu na zmianę osób zajmujących się sprzątaniem. Oczywiście są różne sytuacja, jednak powinniśmy uzyskać taką informację wcześniej - co najmniej ok godz 15.

• Carmine (7/5): Buono ma attenti alla scelta dell appartamento - Appartamento curato e predisposto di ogni tipo di elettrodomestico e utensili da cucina. La posizione è in zona periferica multietnica ma tranquilla. Nelle vicinanze negozi di ogni genere e 2 linee metro una a 400m e l altra a 700 che ti portano ovunque a Barcellona Avevo prenotato l appartamento e quindi pagato anche di più l appartamento 1.1. Arrivato un po in anticipo ho chiesto la cortesia alla signora delle pulizie se mi apriva la porta per poggiare le valige visto che l acceso con il mio codice era previsto x le ore 15. Mi accompagna all appartamento 2.1 con finestre dicendomi che era quello assegnato a me, ma gli fa piacere capire che io avevo prenotato un altro. Cmq lascio il tutto al 2.1 non avendo alternative. Quello preoccupante è se fossi arrivato dopo le 15 e non avessi trovato la signora delle pulizie. Chi mi avrebbe detto che la appartamento era un altro? Non ci sono numeri telefonici e.si può contattare solo via email o tramite booking. Facendo così mi hanno risposto dopo diverse ore dicendomi che controllavano sul perché del cambio ma non mi hanno mai dato una risposta certa.

Сама локація з одного боку вдала, адже недалеко від виставкового комплексу і метро. Керуюча компанія відповідає швидко і намагається допомогти якомога краще. З іншого боку це дуже небезпечний район, де почуття безпеки немає взагалі...тому тут важливо враховувати, якщо подорожує жінка чи жінка з дитиною. В самій квартирі пахне цигарками через вікно, що виходить на сходи. Питання до розмірів коридору, вид з одного вікна на сходи середині будинку, тераса виходить на внутрішеній двір з мотлохом...

Pokój był czysty i przygotowany do naszego pobytu. Dzielnica nie jest zbyt ciekawa. Ale jest 20 minut drogi z buta na Camp Nou i są blisko stacje metra.

Alojamento fica perto de várias estações de metro (6 - 7 minutos) que ficam a 20-25 minutos de viagem do centro de Barcelona. Sistema de chaves digitais simplificado que correu muito bem. Boa assistência nas dúvidas que foram surgindo. Colchão das camas pouco confortáveis.

• Irene (6/5): Muy equipado pero con falta de cambiar los colchones - El apartamento estaba equipado de todo lo necesario incluso dejan bebida de cortesia. El edificio es muy antiguo pero los apartamentos están reformados. Dispone de clima frío y calor. Nos alojamos en el 4 piso el edificio dispone de un montacargas q llega hasta el 3 piso y en el que cabe 1 persona o se puede usar para subir el equipaje. Los colchones de la cama sobre todo 1 estaba hundido x lo que se duerme regular. Las zona dicho por los comerciantes es regular

• Georgy (9/5): - Начну с того, что это вторые апартаменты в Барселоне, где мы останавливались. Эти намного лучше первых и стоят дешевле. Очень небольшие апартаменты в которых было все необходимое. При заезде был приветственный сок, вода и пиво в холодильнике. Не было разделочной доски, но как только мы это увидели и сказали, то ее сразу принесли. Заселение через программу, код от двери приходит сообщением. На кухне есть стиральная машина, громкая, но оч полезная вещь, когда ты живешь 10 дней. Большой телевизор с большим выбором программ. Очень понравился лифт, очень маленький и очень медленный- аттракцион одним словом. Расположено очень удобно для поездок в/из аэропорта и города. 5 минут пешком до линии метро L1 и 11 минут пешком до линии L5. Магазинов и магазинчиков вокруг тоже не мало. С арендодателем связь была в любой момент и это очень хорошо. Не понравилось то, что для прохода в туалет постоянно мешает стул( но это терпимо и понятно при такой площади) и не понравилось то, что внизу заселились соседи, которые курили. Сперва курили в номере, а после моего замечания им и уведомления арендодателя стали курить в окно. Хорошо что они прожили не долго.

• fotios (1/5): - είχαμε κλείσει το κατάλυμα 30 μερες νωρίτερα και 15 λεπτά πρην το check in μας πήραν τηλέφωνο και μας ενημέρωσαν οτι το διαμέρισμα δεν ειναι διαθέσιμο λογο βλάβης και οτι δεν μπορούν να κάνουν κατι για αυτό με αποτέλεσμα να μείνουμε 4 ώρες στον δρόμο μέχρι να βρούμε κάποιο άλλο..

Toda la estancia sin microondas. El ascensor es muuuuuy lento y pequeño. Mucho olor a marihuana de los inquilinos en el piso 3, deberían prohibir el fumar dentro, ya que al haber ido con 2 niñas pequeñas, no son cosas que den gusto

• Felix (1/5): As a result of the aforementioned check-in disaster, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS EVER AGAIN! - The issue was not about the property but the check-in. IT WAS THE MOST GOD AWFUL I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED! Let me explicate: 1) The address we were given to where to find the garage door opener, as well as the code for the lock box were wrong as well as the code for entry into the building. Fortunately, we ran into some cleaning staff while we were standing in the street, and she was able to show us where the lock box was located and where the apartment was. We had to call the office to get the correct code for the lock box as well as for the apartment. 2) The real kicker was that the address they gave us for the parking garage was not for its entrance BUT FOR ITS EXIT, which was located on another street. This necessitated my walking into the exit and following the garage on foot until its entrance, from which I walked back to my car.

• volkaneksi88 (10/5): Bir sonraki ziyaretimde düşünmeden tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer. - Evde her şey düşünülmüş, dolapta bizler için içecek bile konuşmuştu. Yiyeceklerimiz için düşünüp zeytinyağı bile koymuşlardı. Her şey gayet temizdi. Bütün bir apartman bu firmaya ait, küçük bir otel gibi aslında. Bir iç mimar olarak söyleyebilirim ki dairelerin içleri çok güzel ve kullanışlı dizayn edilmiş. Mutfak tezgahı altına led ışık koymaları bile aslında çok küçük gibi görünen ama o kadar kullanışlı bir detay ki... Apartman içinde de küçük alanları çok güzel değerlendirip asansör bile konumlandırabilmişler. İnanılmaz konforlu bir yerdi. Civarda marketler de var. Kurutmalı çamaşır makinası olması bizim için çok çok ayrı bir artı puan oldu. Sorularımıza da net ve faydalı dönüşler aldık. Teşekkürler.
