• Mohammad (1/5): - لا شي أعجبني في هذه الشقه والمكتوب والتقيم الموجود الذي موجود في صفحة البوكنك كلها لا تصل إلى الحقيقة بصلة مع الأسف كل شي لم يعجبني من ناحية النظافة إلى الأثاث القديم والبالي المتهالك زائد الرطوبه عاليه على الحيطان والماء يقطر من السقف وعندي صور على هذه الواقعة تجرّبه أتعبت حالتي النفسيه

• Ayoub (1/5): - The check-in experience was not satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was asked to leave my national ID card with the host, which I do not consider an appropriate or standard request. During the check-in process, I was also asked personal questions about my job and private life, which were unrelated to the stay. The host kept my ID card for more than one hour and thirty minutes, during which I had to wait until it was returned. This caused unnecessary discomfort and delay. While I understand that hosts may take precautions due to past experiences, the check-in process should remain professional and respectful at all times. In the end, the reservation was canceled, and the host accepted the cancellation without charging me. I am sharing this feedback to help improve the experience for future guests.
