- DavidLeaBrooks (10/5): Wonderful Time... - My trip was wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay in Austin. I had an awesome view of downtown and an amazing suite.
- j t henley (10/5): - Accommodation and staff were wonderful
- Holly (7/5): Comfy spacious room - Soap in shower was empty
- johnstonrealestate1 (10/5): Clean, super nice staff, great location - This is a super property with all the amenities you would expect. The location is fantastic being centrally located in Austin - close to all the shops & nightlife, parks, etc. I would definitely stay here again!
- garyak1 (10/5): Club Wyndham Austin is outstanding - One of the best vacations we've ever been due to the outstanding staff including the front desk, customer services, housekeeping, etc.!
- Kimberly (9/5): Wonderful stay. Room was clean, kitchen was amazing. Had a pretty decent view from the room. Staff was super friendly wh - The location was perfect for us. The hallway had a strong chemical smell but tolerable when walking to your room.
- sandrahH6330XL (10/5): first time to Austin - The resort was downtown, so you can walk to so many great places. The resort staff were some of the best we have ever experienced. Friendly and helpful and always checking in to see if they can do anything for you. We had a great time. Great music and food, all close by.
- cbeaudrie (10/5): Totally enjoyable! - As always, we had a great time at Club Wyndham Austin. My grandbabies live in Austin, so we go there quite frequently.
- pablos816 (10/5): Great property, great location - Great timeshare property. This seems to be one of the main Whyndam resorts that they do the timeshare sales pitch at, and it totally makes sense. great location, really nice rooms with interesting layouts, and the property is minutes from tons of attractions in Austin. We had a great time and were very happy with the accommodations. Good Wifi, kitchen had everything we needed, and staff was friendly and responsive.
There are multiple grocery store options within a 10 minute drive. If you are renting a car, the parking garage is about $35 per day, which was a tad pricey, but definitely worth it. I would have been frustrated to drive around looking for a parking spot, and from what I was told by the local sheriffs, the parking ticket agents were pretty aggressive in the area.
The fitness center is very basic. It's fine for a casual exerciser, however definitely not enough for my standards. There is a Gold's Gym about a 5 minute drive if you're a gym rat like me. A week long pass plus parking was about $80. `
Austin is a great city to vacation in, and the weather was great when I visited (the 1st week of March).
- Philippa (10/5): Good accommodation value in Austin, good location - Great location. Very good value compare to hotel prices. Has fitness centre and pool available to all Nothing
- Ronen (10/5): -
- U8801SDrobs (10/5): Extraordinary - This is an exceptional Wyndham property in the heart of downtown Austin, two blocks north of Sixth Street. Pristine, secure and well managed. Extra social events with Jaycee were exceptional!
- Bluetorch11 (10/5): Beautiful Austin downtown hotel in a great location friendly service! - Our family had a wonderful four night stay at this hotel and we really enjoyed the amenities as well as the location where we walked to a lot of cool places nearby! We loved the rooftop and the pool although it was kind of cold in January. JC did a great job with the arts and sip activity which a few of our kids participated in! Derry was also very kind with service requests. All of the staff seemed very helpful. We will definitely try to return to this hotel!
- leonae189 (10/5): Perfectly located - Everything you want is nearby—bars, restaurants, grocery store, parks, sightseeing. If you’re not into walking, take a driverless Uber! Notice all the beautiful murals on buildings while you’re out. Day or night, I’ve always felt safe on the streets. TIP: ask for an even numbered room because they have a balcony and face SW. You’ll see postcard worthy views of the city and gorgeous sunsets.
- robertcl519 (10/5): Excellent service and location - We were there for 3 weeks through the 'Great Freeze of the USA' (January 2026) and the staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond to give guests an experience at the resort. A full itinerary was put together to entertain us. They even had a comedy show scheduled. When the comedians cancelled due to the icy roads the staff performed an improv to entertain.
The rooms and location are perfect for a short or long trip.
- eelwick (10/5): Good Times at the Club - I’m always pleased with my visits to Club Wyndham Austin Texas. It is a great place, location, and the best place to be in the center of it all. Not too far from the Texas Capitol, University of Texas, Amtrak railroad, art, science, technology, engineering, and historical museums.
- susana (10/5): Espectacular - Mucho!! La decoración, los entretenimientos
- Maria2MD (10/5): Austin, TX - If you’re seeking history exercise, music, and good food in a safe city...Austin is your destination! If you fly in, the bus from the airport is only $1.25, and using Lyft, Uber, or the driverless cars are very economical options to consider to get around the city. This is a highly recommended location!
- Mary Jo (8/5): Room was large and comfortable in a convenient location walking distance to many things. - Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer with soap included was a big bonus. Loved having a balcony for fresh air too. Hotel was quiet even though we faced 6th Street only a block away. I did not like being asked multiple times (after saying no) if we would participate in a “short” (1 to 1-1/2 hr) presentation on joining the vacation club.
- byoungl (10/5): Perfect place to enjoy Austin - The property at RCI Wyndham Austin was clean, well maintained, and very pleasant overall. The reception staff at check-in were especially kind and welcoming, which made for a great first impression.
However, my experience with the timeshare sales representative was disappointing. When I politely explained that I was not interested in purchasing an additional timeshare ownership, he responded by saying, “You are not qualified anyway.” This comment felt unnecessary and unprofessional, particularly since it was directed at a guest he did not know.
While I understand that sales roles can be challenging and that he may have been disappointed not to have an opportunity to present, I believe guests should always be treated with courtesy and respect regardless of their level of interest.
Aside from this interaction, our stay was enjoyable, and I hope future guests will continue to experience the same excellent service we received from the front desk staff.
- Miriam (9/5): -
- Miriam (9/5): Very good stay except for bad experience with timeshare sales team. Should be easier to avoid that part of the stay: - Location, space, comfort Forced timeshare sales pitch at check-in
- RichardBrust (10/5): Fantasic Resort - just prepare for disrespectful concierge staff. - One of our favorite Wyndham locations - building, location, amenities are top-notch. However, the sales ( they call "concierge" ) of the Wyndham company are incredibly rude, pushy, and disrespectful.
I understand they have a job to do, but respect to the customer should be first priority.
- hpda2 (10/5): Great place to stay - I had a really nice studio unit. It is in a great location with easy access to everything that I needed. I would suggest not using the $35 a day parking. It is super convenient, but it is much cheaper to use the street parking. Download the app and it is super easy.
- Ana (8/5): Ask for 20th floor w balcony. - Location and room was like an apartment.
Views of downtown Austin.
Rooftop pool with amazing sunset views.
Walking distance to So. Congress, wear tennis shoes. The towels were dingey and needed to be replaced. The elevator was very slow.
The sheets easily broke off of the comforter.
- 739marilynd (10/5): Nice surprise in the city - Resort was beautiful, walking distance to many things in the city, facilities were great. Staff was courteous, rooms were well-maintained & spacious. They had a few activities that were fun. A walking tour was helpful to feel comfortable knowing where to walk.
- Rob (10/5): -
- karoake56 (10/5): Wyndom Austin - The property is gorgeous!!! Parking is a little high at $35 a day. The location is great for going to the Texas Capital
- lyndac199 (10/5): A fun time in Austin - Good central location, spacious rooms, access to gym, pool, rooftop terrace and grills all made this a property that worked for us. :)
- sam (8/5): - The property was pretty good overall. The one on Clearwater beach has more amenities and larger public areas but probably just a different overall plan.
- jeanieguilbert (10/5): Awesome!! - The rooftop pool- location to downtown… the decor and comfort of the hotel… perfect! We are coming back in a few months.
- kittreantannerc (8/5): NEVER in AUSTIN - The place was very nice. The pool certainly was not as big as the picture eludes; but, it was comfortable. They put us on the same floor as the swimming pool which was lovely to have comfortable access to that area to watch the beautiful sunsets.
The Wyndam Timeshare crew was all-in to help with anything ... towels particularly. Frankly, I do not like the consistent 'offering' for the 90 minute spill to learn the tricks of using RCI (Did Wyndam really buy RCI? Or was that another trick?) The condo was just what we needed for our girlfriend trip away. Also, a shout-out for Jason at the front desk. He was so great to work with and went along with our 'old lady' sarcasm.
- Heidi (10/5): - Nice
- Johanna (10/5): - L’établissement est propre. L’appartement avec la vue sur le capitol c’était extraordinaire
- Dennis (10/5): Club Wyndham - Super cool spot to stay in Austin. Great outdoor patio and kitchen
- vonw2025 (4/5): Disappointing Experience Behind a Beautiful Hotel - My wife and I spent five days at Club Wyndham Austin. The accommodations themselves were excellent—our suite felt new or newly renovated, with high ceilings, modern furnishings, a separate bedroom, floor-to-ceiling windows, a full kitchen, and even a washer and dryer. Parking was hassle-free with the attached garage, and the location was ideal, close to restaurants, attractions, and amenities. Staff interactions were generally pleasant, and the property offered daily hospitality events.
Unfortunately, several issues put a damper on the stay.
Technology problems: The TVs weren’t equipped with built-in smart apps and relied instead on Chromecast, which didn’t work at all. When I tried to connect my phone, nothing happened. After texting the property, maintenance spent about an hour in and out of the room troubleshooting. The first discovery was that neither TV even had a Chromecast device attached. He had to retrieve two devices, install and program them, and even increase the room’s Wi-Fi speed. Despite all that, Chromecast still wouldn’t work with my phone. In the meantime, my wife had to awkwardly maneuver around him in lingerie while trying to get to the bathroom—a situation no guest should have to deal with. Fortunately, I had brought my Roku stick from home, which the technician was able to get working, but the setup should have been functional to begin with.
Vacation ownership sales tactics: After check-in, we were directed to the concierge desk, where Genesis focused less on welcoming us and more on pressuring us into attending a Wyndham sales presentation. The incentive offered was a 3-day/2-night stay and $150 in Terry Black’s BBQ gift cards, split into six $25 cards—one of which wasn’t even activated.
The presentation itself was another low point. We were told it would last 90 minutes, but after 122 minutes of relentless pitching, I finally had to end it myself. What should have been an informational session turned into an exhausting sales push that wasted valuable vacation time.
To make matters worse, the inactive gift card issue was never resolved. I texted the property, spoke with staff at the concierge desk, and even returned to Genesis so she could photograph the card number and PIN. She promised operations would handle it, but I never heard from her again.
Lost and found experience: My wife misplaced her Apple Watch during the stay, and the Find My app showed its last location at the hotel. After thoroughly searching our room and car, I texted the property to ask about a lost and found. I communicated with Deja, Guest Services Supervisor, for several minutes that evening (the last text coming at 9:47 p.m.) and even sent her a photo of the watch. I assumed someone would follow up the next morning, but by 8:17 a.m. I still hadn’t heard back, so I texted guest services again. This time, Derry responded and said they would check with security. However, after hearing nothing further, I sent another text at 9:46 a.m. and never received a reply. I understand shift changes can create gaps in handoffs, but this situation highlighted a clear breakdown in communication. We stopped by the guest services desk before heading home, yet still received no resolution or update.
Basic guest needs: When my wife came down with a cold, I went to the front desk to buy medicine—only to find they don’t stock any. For a property of this caliber, not having basic over-the-counter medicines available for purchase is another example of how guest needs aren’t fully considered.
The accommodations at Club Wyndham Austin deserve high marks, but the frustrating technology issues, aggressive and mismanaged sales tactics, unresolved incentive problem, lack of communication around a lost item, and even the absence of simple guest necessities left a lasting negative impression. What could have been an excellent stay was undermined by Wyndham’s service gaps and poor handling of guest concerns.
- little3212025 (10/5): Great location - Located in the near downtown area, it's a good spot located close to many restaurants, lakes and parks. Within walking distance from the state Capitol amd many museums.
- Daniel (10/5): Amazing hotel with great facilities and staff - Best hotel I have ever stayed in, had every facility possible and more. Felt more like a penthouse than a standard hotel room. Derry was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as great as possible! N/A
- Mark (10/5): - A great balcony ,veiw , and location
- stephanie (8/5): - I’m a Wyndham owner and hate the sales meetings that take time from my vacation
- Marie (10/5): - I loved that the location was downtown, but away from the congestion and hustle of other hotels. The hotel room and amenities were beyond expectations!!! I was like being at home...cooking and doing laundry...in a hotel room though! The balcony view of the city was amazing and my kids even ate their meals out there! This property was not in our plans. There was a plumbing issue at a family member's apt. so we booked this last minute. The plumbing issue was a blessing in disguise. We loved this property and all it has to offer. we will be back as soon as we can!!!!!
- 168lmp (10/5): Club Wyndham Austin delivers on hospitality. - Our family was met with genuine sense of welcome and graciousness upon arrival. This place is 4 real
Good job!
- Josanne (10/5): - Stayed with my teen daughter, our first time visiting Austin. Stayed at a Wyndham property in Florida the month before and the Austin location was by far cleaner and more modern.
- Steffen (10/5): Austin!
- Lucia (10/5): -
- Navigator110568 (8/5): Beautiful - It was a good stay the place it is beautiful decorated. The only thing that upseted was we had to pay $35 dollars a day to park our vehicle that was not disclosed before..
- Explorer803629 (10/5): Excellent Vacation Experience! - I had an excellent vacation experience at Club Wyndham! My family and I had a great time and we look forward to the next one already...
- annasac1976 (10/5): Club Wyndham Austin Texas - Excellent - I was very happy with this location. The Unit was very spacious and met all our needs. The location was close to many things and was in the heart of Austin. I have no complaints.
- Javier (6/5): Not informed about deposit fees - It would have been better if I was informed that I had to pay a $380.00 deposit on top of what I had just paid for the room. It was an extra inconvenience. I would have liked to be informed about this a head of time.
- deery47 (8/5): View from the top - We stayed in a one bedroom on the 21st floor at Club Wyndham Austin. From our balcony the view is wonderful. The industrial decor is efficient and functional with floor to ceiling windows in both the living area and bedroom. The location is within blocks of museums, the capitol, and restaurants and is walkable as the area is quite safe. Public transportation is two blocks; self-driving rides are frequent and available around the clock. The 1 1/2 hour sales presentation is just that when you are not interested. Austin is a very clean and inviting city with lots to see and do.
- David (10/5): - I enjoyed the amenities within the room. it was very spacious and comfortable. My vehicle was safe at night, and the staff was more than friendly. My family and I had a great stay. We also enjoyed the pool on the 10th floor. great views of Austin, and good location too, about 10-12 minutes from Barton Springs.
- 291bethw (10/5): Downtown Austin - These are nice large units. We had a few maintenance bumps but overall enjoyed our unit. The beds were a bit hard for our liking. Not a lot of family friendly activities within walking distance but we had a car so enjoyed the area.
- TeeRay57 (10/5): Beautiful property and great location - We loved the rooms, the pool, the amenities and how nice it was being so close to everything. My kids even hung out with me bc of football in the room, the great pool and games too. The pool was great on tenth floor rooftop with grills and sitting areas. Very modern and great for college kids. We walked to 6th street. The customer service was EXCELLENT!!! Would stay again.
- Ruth (9/5): Lovely family/work trip - Clean, quiet, friendly with tons of amenities. Some construction
- Kaylee (10/5): - Pretty nice, would go again.
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Inspire59255924726 (10/5): Great Stay in Downtown Austin-6th street - What a great place to stay. Awesome one and two bedroom condo's with a 10th floor pool and bbq area. They had daily activities such as happy hour, walking tours, build a daquiri, all for free on the 10th floor each afternoon. There is nothing but comfort in the rooms. Great bed, great pillow, hot shower and full kitchen including dishwasher. They also had a washer and dryer in the unit. Only complaint is the wait time for the elevators during busy mornings or checkin time around 3-4pm. Save yourself and everyone else some time by walking down the stairs and taking the elevator up! Oh, and bonus is that it is two blocks from a popular part of 6th street. Close enough to walk to awesome restaurants but far enough for the noise not to keep you up.
Last but not least- The staff here were awesome and so attentive to everything. You can tell they love their jobs!
- Lynn (10/5): Exceptional -
- DayTrip43672293784 (10/5): Best Austin downtown location! - The location of this place can’t be beat. I mean, its relation to stores, parks, shops, restaurants and 6th is literally unbeatable. The staff was nice, rooms well kept and pool was neat. Just needs a hot tub. We’ll be back for sure.
- dglessner2025 (10/5): Awesome Trip - The location of this property is fantastic. Very close to downtown yet felt completely safe. Service was fantastic as well. Great jump off point for many adventures to include the Hill Country, San Antonio and Waco.
- KNC70 (10/5): Club Wydham Austin - Great resort, close to restaurants, bars and clubs. Nice pool, Great staff, not much activities to do at resort, no bar, restaurant on site but Austin seems like a more adult, crowd staff here is the best
- 986malcolmt (10/5): I really liked staying here! - I didn't know what to expect as I've never been to a Wyndham before. I was very pleasantly surprised by many things: (1) the location is great, very close to nightlife but far enough away that it doesn't keep you awake; (2) the room was fantastic, very spacious, well-equipped, and very well laid out; (3) many food options were within walking distance; (4) I was on the 20th floor and had great views of downtown Austin. The only drawback is there are not many (any?) grocery store options within the area. I would have had to take a ride share/taxi to and fro and that was a step too far for me.
- Shannon (8/5): - Great property. Easy parking. And easy city access
- kazkov439 (10/5): The Wyndham Austin is so Austin - This place checks all the boxes for a comfortable stay with clean well appointed rooms. Anything we needed was tended to instantly. It fits Austin well with what looks like a cool cyberpunk theme. We felt at home, yet the property has the vibe of Austin. The only thing missing was a computer room with printer. This place is an under rated gem other than the lack of a business room.
- Shouzhou (10/5): Exceptional -
- PollyImme (10/5): Great Stay - Loved the "extras" like the pool drinks on Monday and the Breakfast Waffles on Wed. Thank you:) We enjoyed our stay.
- danialcocer (10/5): Great hotel - Great view and even better location! Austin is absolutely gorgeous. The hotel staff was very sweet and would recommend
- IMHOnly (10/5): Nice facility with great location - Excellent resort that's been recently updated. Convenient to downtown and all that it offers. Rooms are well equipped, great owners lounge with a rooftop pool and grill area. The only downside is that the gym is way too small for the size of facility which causes it to be crowded with people fighting and waiting on equipment and simply too hot.
- karenlN8933SB (10/5): wonderful resort - I'll be honest, I gave them a 5 star, only cuz they don't have 6. Room was beautiful- right downtown; you can walk many places. The view from my balcony was like a postcard. Pool was lovely and staff was outstanding. Only negative was the elevators (who designs a 22 story building with only 2 elevators. But minor problem compared to the wonderful resort.
- DN1946 (10/5): Great place to stay in Austin - Our family of 9 enjoyed the week of March 8-15 in 3 units at Club Wyndham Austin. It’s a very nice place to stay just 2 blocks off 6th Street. The units had everything we needed and were decorated very nicely. Part of the building was being renovated but our units had already been completed. The balcony gave us great views of the downtown Austin buildings which were lighted nicely at night. We also enjoyed the firepit at night although 1 of the 2 was out of order. The only negative was the pool which is rooftop and therefore was only about 3 1/2 deep at the deep end. Our 7 year old granddaughter enjoyed it regardless. I must give a shoutout to Derry at the front desk. She was extremely helpful and so friendly. She always asked about our day when we returned from outings. I recommend Club Wyndham Austin.
- Resortmole (10/5): Perfect Location Downtown - When visiting Austin you want to be downtown and this resort is right in the middle of it.
It is 2 blocks away from 6th Street with plentiful bars and restaurants for all tastes with quite a bit for the young crowd.
Our room faced south with gorgeous views of downtown and sunsets but this means you will also hear all the loud music emanating from there whether you like it or not.
The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and all amenities were well thought out. We use both AC during the day and heat at night and they worked perfectly.
The parking is a bit pricey but very convenient to get to from the main elevators.
The pool is too small for this size resort but it was nicely heated and pleasant. During Spring break there were a lot of kids screaming and splashing around which made spending quiet time at the pool impossible. It would have been nice to have an adult only pool and also a hot tub.
I highly recommend this resort for visiting beautiful Austin.
- Damian (1/5): Bad - Nothing, They cancelled my booking the night before I was due to stay. They Cancelled my booking the night before the stay, informing me by email, which I didn't read until trying to check in in the afternoon the day after having driven all morning.
They told me to phone a number so that I could be offered other places in the city. The places they offered me I had already seen on the internet and discounted for one reason or another
- 172fabiola (8/5): Best View and nice neiborhood - The hotel is great and all the suplliers are quite new. It's near to downtown and al the turistics points in Austin. I trully recommend.
- Sherpa46048640357 (2/5): A Hotel to Avoid: Chronic Overbooking, Unreliable Staff, and Blatant Disregard for Customer Inconvenience - Last month, I booked Club Wyndham Austin for a family stay, but upon arrival, Manager Sarah informed us that the hotel was overbooked and directed us to another hotel downtown. Following their guidance, we moved to the other hotel, only to be assigned a room significantly smaller than the one we had originally reserved.
To make matters worse, Sarah promised to compensate us for the parking fees at the new hotel and provided her business card to ensure this. However, even after a month, they have not responded to our emails, and when we call, they promise to call back but never do—even after more than a week. They leave a phone number on Google reviews asking for further details but never answer the phone.
As someone who frequently stays at various hotels for business and leisure travel, I have never encountered such unreliable staff or disregard for customer inconvenience as I have at Club Wyndham Austin. It is also deeply disappointing that there seems to be no official consumer assistance channel to resolve these issues.
- Jerek (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (8/5): Very good -
- Karla (8/5): The staff was great and the accommodations were very nice! -
- fredt228 (8/5): More Than expected, very pleasant surprise - Our plans changed so arrived early, staff worked with us taking our problems and making them theirs, only able to stay two days because of the altered plans. Prepaid for a week. Facilities and rooms better than expected, only had one issue and that was the fault of the cleaning staff, washing machine emitting a very nasty odor, staff could have used the cleaning cycle, which I did and corrected the problem . We where very happy with everything else, even though our time was cut short the value was still worth it, if we return to Austin this will be our accommodations, would highly recommend
- 549LyndaC (10/5): Great resort! - I was very happy with the resort. Close enough to walk to 6th Street but also fun restaurants/bars within a block.
- jorgevA8841SP (2/5): Unreliable - They cancelled our Stay 1 wee prior to spring break and since we booked through a share time company called RCI, none of them were able to accommodate us and we lost our vacation and since this was planned in advance at the time that was canceled, there was no availability and prices were much higher.
- LauraD3601 (2/5): SCAM! FRAUD! Charge you for a suite, give you a CAPSULE. - SCAM!!! FRAUD!!! Booked/paid for a 1 BR suite. Flew halfway across country, took bus downtown, walked several blocks with luggage. When I arrived, THAT'S WHEN THEY TOLD ME - overbooked! Apparently it was too much trouble for them to notify me in advance. I had to stand in their lobby, on the phone for an hour, and then they put me in a CAPSULE hotel! Said it was the only available "room" downtown. When I got to the capsule hotel, I had to wait another hour because my name was not entered correctly into the capsule's system by the fraudulent Club Wyndham! And they think they're going to keep my money! If I wanted to stay in a hostel, I would have stayed at the Firehouse Hostel for a few dollars a night! I did not agree to pay 1BR suite prices for a capsule! And yet, they have DONE NOTHING to compensate me! I paid for a suite, not a capsule! THIS IS BLATANT FRAUD! I have to try to dispute it through my credit card company because these theives say they will not refund me! How and why are they allowed to scam customers????? Deplorable, horrific treatment of customers!
- Nicole (10/5): Fantastic and comfortable stay, I had everything I needed - Cleanliness and room Nothing
- Jesse (7/5): Good -
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Simply, great the concierge, can't remember her name, Nataly Nancy, don't know, but so nice, definitely great!!!
- Roy (10/5): - Will stay here again in the future.
- Becke (10/5): Great hotel! - Loved this hotel. Will definitely stay again if there’s an opportunity.
- Hui-te-li (10/5): - Small kitchen with tableware even pots,
good for family trip.
- Daniel (6/5): - When you check in, they have you speak to someone at the Wyndham desk and they do not tell you anything about a timeshare but that is what they are trying to sell you. I wouldn’t go back to this resort because of our experience. Facility is nice and rooms were decent. Front desk staff were nice.
- Catherine (9/5): Superb -
- Flora (8/5): Great Place! - The facilities are wonderful & great for families! It was clean, except for numerous stains on the carpet in the bedroom; however, they are in the process of revamping the property.
- Heena (1/5): Waste of time - None I had two reservations for different dates and both the times they told us they overbooked so no rooms are available. They wasted my two days during my trip to Austin. Third party apps should not list this hotel as I lost trust in navan/priceline as well since then. Never returning to this hotel.
- Kenneth (10/5): - Nice Rooms
- Lori (9/5): Superb - The pool was great but they need a bar. The timeshare push was over the top.
- Michael (10/5): - Location, kitchen and pool were amazing. Extremely clean and great staff
- Jason (6/5): Great hotel just don't have room 917 - Great location and a good sized room with everything needed in the room. The room had a stale smell when entering. When we complained, we were told it was due to swimming pool pipes. We asked to move rooms but we're told none available and they would spray the room, which worked for that day only.. This is obviously an ongoing issue that the hotel knows about so should not be renting room 917.....and may affect more rooms. For this reason only I have downgraded ratings including staff as I think they should have done more.
- Francisco (10/5): - Great hotel, enjoyed our stay, close to many places to eat on 6th Street. Studio was very spacious and accommodated my family perfect.
