The food at the restaurant was excellent as well as the breakfast - it made ample provision for a no pork diët. Lots of things to do, very family friendly The rooms need some attention, TLC, looks a bit neglected. Apart from a bar fridge, we needed some basic utensils which the staff was more than willing to supply. The surrounding gardens also need some attention & maintenance.

- Lindsay (10/5): Our stay was unforgettable looking forward to coming again - My kids and I enjoyed everything since arriving the Tranquility the greenery but most of all the breakfast, the zipline was the highlight of my stay was amazing the wifi was a bit slow but that's because we tried watching a movie Friday night ,atleast one of the outside pools could be made warm as we were told to use the indoor pool we have to purchase a spa treatment

I arrived early and my room was not ready, this I expected. I then sat down and asked a waiter for a menu which he game me. 50min Later no-one head attended to me however my room was ready and I went to check in. I returned and pulled the floor manager aside and said I did not want to wait for service again. She helped me and took my order. The drink came quickly (10min) the food, a curry however took 1h08min which I found ridiculous. Due to this tardiness I did not even use your Supper OR Breakfast services. Maybe try and look at your food and beverage department it is NOT as expected.

- Karin (9/5): - We loved the pools, open grass areas for the kids, deli, restaurant , great buffet breakfast. We didnt like that people could blast their own music at the pool , or that the nearest bathroom to the pool was quite far away, over in the main hotel.

- Marlene (1/5): - De excuses die de manager maakte voor ons vertrek. Nadat we een aantal keer hadden bevestigd dat we laat zouden arriveren en daarvoor toestemming hadden gekregen en ons was verzekerd dat een vertraging van de vlucht geen probleem zou zijn omdat er 24 service aanwezig was, werden we niet binnen gelaten. De man die dienst had bij de receptie, weigerde met ons te praten. Hij stuurde de beveiliger als boodschapper. De stonden midden in de nacht ruim 2 uur voor het hek voordat we uiteindelijk werden binnen gelaten.

- Shaun (8/5): - Beautiful location. Comfortable rooms/beds. Helpful staff. Kids loved the new zip-line. Water castle and pools were a hit. Padel courts (although we didn't actually play) Place is a bit rundown (especially kids jungle-gym area, putt-putt). Overall the place needs some maintenance. Furniture is dated/tired/worn. Breakfast Buffet is a bit chaotic. Would be nice if pool towels were provided.
