• Lynne (10/5): - So much care had been taken to make the apartment comfortable. Excellent high quality bed, sofabed and bedding. Kitchen is enough to heat meals and make breakfasts. Dishwasher and washing machine small but very useful. There is a laundry downstairs if you want to do bigger loads. Local area is perfect for Museums , shops and restaurants. You couldnt ask for more.

• Grant (10/5): - The owner greeted us and met us at the door and assisted us up with our baggage. The accommodation was spacious and with ample air conditioning. A small kitchen to prepare snacks and breakfast and coffee etc. also appreciated that there is a small clothes washer in the apt.
• Sarah (10/5): A Great Option All Round - We had a very comfortable 3 night stay here. Tihomar contacted us the day prior to arrival to organise our check in and was very flexible about the time as we were uncertain of the exact time we would get there. We were able to contact him when we were approaching Zagreb to update him and agree an exact time. He sent us a link to a parking garage about an 8 min (flat) walk away so we could drop off our luggage before returning our rental car. On arrival at the apartment we got good information about the heating, washing machine etc and the milk and drinks left in the fridge for us were a lovely touch. We felt very welcome and comfortable in the apartment and the location is excellent - a short walk to restaurants, shopping streets, trams and to the funicular (or stairs if you prefer) up to the old town. The meeting point for our tour the next day was also just a short 3 min walk away. Doesn't get much better than this.

• JAMES (10/5): - Tihomer (“T”) was the perfect host. We arrived late on Easter Sunday which meant much in the city was closed on Sunday & Monday. But T communicated well, greeted us, gave us pointers on things to see, and had the apartment ready with all the amenities we could need. Thank you so much!

Location central but quiet, within very easy walking to the main square and surrounding attractions. Super comfy bed and pillows, The A/C was efficient, the washing machine a welcome facility whilst travelling!

The room is soundproofed with air conditioning. Down the end of the street are restaurants, bars and the old town. We loved our stay here

Host Tihomir is excellent,great communications from the time I booked to arrival and subsequent stay. Note to those who are interested in booking , this is a 3rd flr walk up apt,no elevator BUT host was there to help bring luggages upstairs. IF you have mobility issues and have multiple luggages this is not the place for you. This was not the case for me so I really enjoyed my stay. 3 mins walk to Ban Jelacic sq, restaurants and shopping around,2 mins to the park. Zagreb is easy to navigate but it helps that property is right in the center of it all! again this isnt a property for those who have issues with stairs. Thank you Tihomir my my lovely stay.

The studio apartment we had came equipped with excellent facilities, and we were met outside of the apartment by Kreso who showed us around, explained how everything worked and gave us tips and recommendations for the city. This has happened before. If you are genuinely interested in informing your clients rather than your pocket you wouldn’t do this. I am fed up with Hotels.com about this.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Wonderful apartment! Most noticeably it is incredible spacious with a separate living room and kitchen to the bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable stay. Very clean with an immaculate bathroom. Comfortable bed and good quality curtains. Wifi worked with no issues. The host was fantastic and was waiting for us at the apartment at the agreed time (the only time this happened at our 9 apartments this trip!!) Air con kept the temperature here good. Very central location in the middle of Zagreb, would definitely return.

Many restaurants and cafés around the block. Parking may be difficult, but host provides private parking if booked in advance. Also our contact provided us with a lot of useful tips and advice. Fantastic! I would without hesitation recommended anyone to stay at this place.

The accommodation was outstanding! Spotless, spacious and a well equipped apartment. Brilliant positioned in Zagreb - close to all amenities. Highly recommended!

Although our bed ended up being a pullout couch, it was still very comfortable. The location was superb located near the heart of Zagreb. Our host also provided us with great recommendations for food and drink and an overview of the city map.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great location, clean, stylish/spacious apartment - The apartment is in the best spot, next to the activity city square but one block away to be quiet. Restaurants and bars and shopping are just mins away. The apartment was very clean and spacious, high ceilings and everything looked good, new. The only downside can be the 3 flights of stairs to get your heavy luggage down to the street. The hostess Ana was very helpful and quick to respond to any issues, such as when the internet was down at one point for us, she called the telecom company straightaway and fixed the problem within 15 mins. Our luggage was lost by the airlines and had to be delivered to the apartment prior to our arrival at the apartment, Ana organised to have staff waiting at the apartment to receive the luggage from the airline. She also allowed us to have a late check out so that we could stay in the apartment with our 4 year old before catching our late flight out. Very much appreciated everything with the apartment.
• Wouter (10/5): - We had a lovely time at Mandusa Heritage Apartments. The location of the apartment is excellent and a short walk to everything. Ana, the Landlord was most helpful via WhatsApp even though she was not there. I would certainly use them again if we should visit Zagreb again
• Julie (10/5): Lovely place! - The apartment was absolutely beautifully and tastefully decorated, and lots of little amenities made it very comfortable. The bed was a sofa pull out bed but was comfortable. Manager was very responsive.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Very accommodating after our flight was delayed and got us a parking spot (very gracious!). Unfortunately, we had issues with the door when we ran out to grab a bite to eat probably around 12pm at night. The latch was stuck, despite pulling before pushing and any other way you could think of to get it to work. I called multiple times and texted the owner, but got no response until 10am the next morning! Luckily, my husband is handy and was able to get it to work after some tinkering (45 mins or so) because otherwise we would have been stranded with our things inside the apartment. I really hope this was addressed after we left, not a great way to end a very long day of traveling and start to our trip. Besides this, the apartment was nice, clean, located near the center of town, and hopefully an isolated incident with the door. I just didn't feel there was much concern when I finally heard back 11 hours later.I would highly recommend the place as long as the door latch is no longer an issue.

There is no elevator so we had to take our luggages and stroller with baby up about 4 flights of stairs. Inside the apartment was very nicely furnished. It was a bit difficult with getting in touch with the host at first. She did however help us organize an airport transfer to the apartment. Overall we recommend staying at this apartment.

There is free city wifi in the area should you arrive later than planned as I did and need to get in touch with the owners to get your key. Only disadvantage was that the deployed sofa bed blocked access to the bathroom.
• Bradan (8/5): Quick stop before flying out of Zagreb - Thought we got the 1BD but turns out we reserved the studio and ended up on a fold out couch... Outside of that, the place was clean and near a lot of cool restaurants. Just here for a night before we flew out. It's ok for a quick stay.

She offered to come by the hotel to bring our bags upstairs if they arrived while we were out for dinner. The place itself is really clean and modern - great water pressure in the shower! The location is absolutely perfect right in the heart of the main shopping and dining area in Zagreb. I would definitely stay here again!

We found it to be perfectly appointed, clean and quiet. Anna is a cordial and informative hostess who made us feel like we were special guests!

It was a pleasure to stay in the heart of the City, we were made to feel like roman nobility, Nevis and Christian were absolutely superb. Friendly, knowledgable, helpful and professional. To stay in such a delightful apartment was a dream. Probably our best apartment stay to date. Being in the town centre everything was within a 15 minute walk. Thank you Mandusa heritage.

She gave us all the information and went to extra mile to help us to look the day trip for us in the last minute. This was because our trip that we prebooked was cancelled by the tour company.
