• Carmen (9/5): Hotel con un buon rapporto qualità, prezzo, servizi. - Arrivando in macchina la struttura risulta comoda per l'accesso e l'ampio parcheggio. Un servizio gratuito di navetta rende facile il collegamento con il centro città. Per chi arriva in treno l'hotel mette a disposizione un servizio di deposito bagagli in prossimità della stazione dove ferma la navetta di collegamento. L'Hotel ha una onsen molto carina sia interna che esterna. Offrono un drink nel tardo pomeriggio, si può cenare e fare colazione a prezzi ragionevoli, servizi di cui noi però non abbiamo fruito.

• Marta Maria (10/5): great value for money - simple hotel but great value for money. it’s located a bit outside the centre but they offer bus service from and to the station. they also have parking and many services (including washing machines). in front there’s a convenience store. the room, bathroom especially is very small but still great value for money!

• Gerry (9/5): Clean and comfortable. Friendly. Good facilties. Quiet location. Regular transfers to/from town. - Our room was very clean and comfortable. Not a lot of space, but that seems to be common in Japan! The facilities were good, including washing / drying machines, drink slotmachines. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good, japanese buffet, with lots of interesting things to try. The free drink in the evening (snack too) was welcome - and popular! The onsen were great - we particularly liked the outdoor onsen (male/female separate). Helpful etiquette guide. Bathing/dressing gowns provided. It was circa 40 minutes walk into the town centre - we liked the quiet and enjoyed the walk between. The hotel provide a regular coach transfer to/from town centre by the station - very handy. Convenience store directly opposite. We overlooked the car park, but it is a very quiet location, so no disturbances at all. Recommended! All good.

• Brandon (3/5): Very average - The staff are very helpful and polite. The Onsen is clean and was not to busy We booked a room with a double bed. Fortunately we did not bring our cat, for there was no room to swing it. The bed was pushed up against one wall and there was absolutely no room to move. The bed and pillows had seen better times. The breakfast was the worse I have ever encountered, everything was cold and tasteless. The property offers a shuttle but into town but it runs on the hour, if you mis it you have an hour to wait for the next one. A taxi from town back is Y2,200. My suggestion look elsewhere.

• RAVIPAT (8/5): Nice facilities and friendly staff, but extra tax and cost may be a downside. - The hotel has a public bath, and the rooms are well-equipped with full amenities. Although the location is a bit far from town, it is peaceful and conveniently close to local shops. The staff are very welcoming and even provide complimentary drinks and a light night meal. The price is relatively high, and there is an additional city tax of approximately 1,500 yen for a 3-night stay.

• Kent (8/5): Highly recommend this hotel. - Good selection of foods for breakfast. We ate late so some foods were cold but we could warm it up in the microwave outside the dining room. The in house onsens were great, especially having the outer one with windows overlooking the stream and providing fresh air. Staff were very helpful. Having access to the microwave and hot water enabled us to buy cheap meals from konbini, which helped make up for the room upgrade my wife wanted when we saw the first room I had booked 2 months before. 🙂 The bonus drink at happy hour and snack from 8pm to 10 were a great offer.

Very welcoming, with guest drinks throughout the stay and free evening snacks. Staff were very nice, from the satellite location to the front desk and cleaning teams, always helpful and happy to provide recommendations and information Would be nice if shuttle service was available up until a bit later. Website mentions shuttle services to restaurants for dinner but when asked onsite there was a bit of confusion amongst the staff and I just let it go.

Our room was very comfortable as were the hotel P.J's. The onsen was amazing. Especially the outdoor bath. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was help yourself, buffet style. It was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is right across the road from a convenience store, so you can grab your supplies as you leave in the morning.
