- María (8/5): Muy bien! - El hotel está impecable, es muy silencioso y el staff es muy amable. Queda a cinco cuadras del metro lo cual también es muy conveniente. El barrio es seguro y está bien conectado. Lo elegimos para visitar a unos amigos y cumplió con las expectativas. Hay un par de detalles en el baño que podrían mejorar (luces muy bajas, faltan lugares/ganchos para colgar las toallas). Al lado de la cama doble solo había un enchufe. Son pequeños detalles, nada grave.

- Angelica (10/5): Soggiorno davvero piacevole - La zona è tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto comoda perché la metro si raggiunge in appena 10 minuti a piedi. La camera era accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, compresi un minifrigo e un bollitore elettrico per preparare il caffè. Ho apprezzato molto anche le pulizie giornaliere, comprese di cambio asciugamani, con la possibilità di scegliere se farle effettuare o meno, grazie ad una comoda targhetta fuori dalla camera. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, e la presenza della reception aperta 24 ore su 24 è sicuramente un grande valore aggiunto. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura!
- Vera (10/5): - Io e la mia amica abbiamo soggiornato in questo Smartroom e non potevamo chiedere di meglio per la nostra breve vacanza a Barcellona. La camera era pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario: cassaforte, TV, un piccolo frigorifero e il bollitore, utilissimo per un tè o un caffè. La posizione è il vero punto di forza: l'hotel si trova in una zona molto tranquilla dove si dorme benissimo senza rumori. Anche tornando tardi la sera, ci siamo sempre sentite sicure a passeggiare nel quartiere, è vicinissimo alla stazione e alla metropolitana, ma noi abbiamo visitato la città quasi interamente a piedi, dato che molte zone sono facilmente raggiungibili con una passeggiata. Il personale della reception è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, e la struttura dispone anche di pratici distributori automatici di snack. Pulizia impeccabile in ogni ambiente. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca praticità e comfort!

Service was poor, the receptionist was dismissive, focused on reciting the information needed and not listening to our needs. We asked for a different type of room, preferably with a balcony, and we were willing to pay more. We were told there was nothing available, although he then listed 2 room types which were available but didn’t offer them or give any explanation about them. We entered our room and deicded to check out after an hour.

Dusche kam kaum Wasser. Als wir um Zimmerreinigung gebeten hatten, kam diese erst nach 16 Uhr, ala wir wieder auf unserem Zimmer waren. Ich hatte während Aufenthalt Geburtstag, keinerlei Reaktion vom Hotel. Kenne ich so nicht.

- Davide (3/5): Poca cura per le camere - Struttura ristruttura da poco tempo La pulizia dello SmartRoom Barcelona ha lasciato molto a desiderare. A questo si aggiungono una posizione della struttura tutt’altro che comoda e un prezzo che riteniamo sproporzionato rispetto alla qualità offerta. All’arrivo ci è stata assegnata una prima camera che risultava chiaramente sporca. Siamo quindi tornati alla reception per segnalarlo e chiedere un cambio. Dopo un’attesa piuttosto lunga – durante la quale ci è stato detto che la struttura era completamente piena – ci è stata assegnata una seconda camera. Anche questa, però, presentava problemi di pulizia. Abbiamo avuto l’impressione che fosse stata preparata rapidamente all’ultimo momento e con poca attenzione. Considerata la situazione, la scarsa cura delle camere e un atteggiamento del personale che non è stato particolarmente collaborativo né cortese, abbiamo deciso di rimanere soltanto una notte. Il giorno successivo abbiamo trovato un’altra sistemazione, meglio posizionata, più pulita e complessivamente di livello superiore. Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata così negativa che abbiamo preferito dormire vestiti per sentirci più tranquilli.

Reception is staffed 24 hours with respectful staff. Simple systems. Straightforward check-in. My room was quiet. There is soundproofing. Good shower. Great location for cafes , shops, and the metro. Good area.. I was on the 4th floor. Street facing. No noise from the street at night. I like quiet and calm. This was both, and it exceeded expectations. There is nothing to complain about.
