Beware of placing any of your money in the trust of Golden Eagle. They are fraudsters and thieves. If you are a property owner, you can expect to have your incoming rents nicked for unjustifiable and illegitimate charges and expenses. If you are a renter, you can also expect Golden Eagle to keep your deposit for similar unjustifiable and illegitimate expenses. People like Golden Eagle should not be in business. They should not be allowed to place their properties on any reputable website. It is unfortunate that people like Golden Eagle infest this planet. You have been warned. Take your business elsewhere. If you have property to be managed, don't allow any funds to flow through Golden Eagle's hands. If you are renting, don't leave a deposit in their hands. Golden Eagle has sticky fingers for your money. It's simple. Just go somewhere else.

Binnie (1/5): Bad - I stayed in the white marble walled studio which was nicely kitted out and comfortable The washing house needs upgrading, it had cheap old washing machine. I had a really bad experience with the landlord. When I moved into the apartment I noticed a horrible smell frombthe drain coming thru the sink when I flushed my toilet which had a poor flush but still worked. I didn't say anything until the toilet got blocked. I called the landlord and the maintance man arrived he fixed this and to my surprise they billed me £720 for this! I already had to pay £500 despoit which was kept and plus I had to pay extra £220. 2 days after leaving the accommodation the the landlord what's app me to inform me I had to pay another £200 for a new mattress due stains which was already on this mattress when I entered the property. KEEP SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Olatunbosun (3/5): My worst accommodation experience in London. - Good location The picture of the room displayed on Booking.com was different from what was actually on the ground. No air conditioning system in the room making the room stuffy. Opening of window to take fresh air was made impossible because of the smoke from the neighbor. A hidden charge in the sum of 150 British pound was collected as cleaning expenses which was not on the site at the time of booking and no cleaning was done throughout my 8-day stay.

Refiloe (1/5): So much potential but a very disappointing experience. - 91 Gloucester Place a fantastic location that is close to everything and a great building too. The apartment was just as described and the pictures matched what I found when I checked in. A great location that had so much potential but what a disappointment. The place was advertised as having a washer and dryer, but there is no dryer and nothing was done when I raised this. There were no towels in the apartment which was corrected later in the day on the check in day. The bedding was very disappointing including a duvet inner for a single bed used on a double bed. A broken bed, the sponge in the kitchen had hair on it and the absolute worst was the dead animal smell in the fridge which I raised 3 times with the lady who checked me in and nothing was done about. This meant that I could not keep any food in the fridge only sealed water which made the 3 days when my kids joined me very difficult as we had to have most of our meals out. The was also a cleaning fee charged but in the 7 days I stayed at the apartment no cleaner came to clean during my stay.

Also, the location is perfect. Very close to underground stations. My flat was also quiet and good for working with my laptop. Kitchen utilities were very adequate. I had quite small windows since I was at the top floor and the room was a bit smelly but not that big of a problem.
