Gli host sono stati squisiti, gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, il che ha reso la comunicazione molto piacevole. ​L'interno della casa era pulito e funzionale ​L'edificio è decisamente fatiscente all'esterno. L'appartamento è molto datato: il pavimento in particolare è sconnesso e in alcuni punti (specialmente vicino al letto) sembra quasi esserci un avvallamento sotto il rivestimento. Nota di demerito per il bagno, dove mancano piani d'appoggio per i prodotti. Nel complesso, considerando lo stato della struttura, il prezzo pagato ci è sembrato un po' eccessivo, nonostante l'ottima posizione."

• Laurence (9/5): Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et conseillons ce logement! - L’appartement était bien placé, confortable, avec une jolie vue sur les toits, les hôtes sont très réactifs et prêts à vous aider à tout moment, la petite attention des propriétaires a l’arrivée dans les lieux. Une mention spéciale pour la literie et les coussins excellents! La raisonnance du couloir des parties communes et les voisins peu scrupuleux des autres, mais ça, c’est partout….

Non vi è alcun tipo di prevenzione antincendio, neanche un semplice estintore, qualora dovesse succedere un incendio si muore come i topi. 3. Non sono state lasciati bagnoschiuma e shampoo x il secondo e terzo giorno, nonostante fossero stati richiesti a mezzo mail.

Free NetFlix. - the building is so shady and super old and elevator is scary. - the fridge doesnt work. - the bathroom is not clean, someone’s hair still on the wall (im afraid of ghost 😭) plus shampoo and shower gels are provided in a small amount of packages.

Close to Metro and bus stops ( including the bus No 100 to the Airport ) , for any other places to visit . The open view from the -our- appartment A4 , at the 4th floor . The common use area of the building , like the stairs and the lift , which seem to have not been touched since the building's construction . But I guess this depends of all the proprietors , not only of MRG Apartment will .... The very few things which could be improved by MRG are : Some more towel hooks into the bathroom ( available only for 2 pieces towels ) , the change of towels considering the 5 nights stay and finally the granting of a couple of water bottles to be found into the appartment , upon entry . That's all . All other into the appartment , were perfect , I'm to recommend it to friends .

• Eleanor (9/5): Lovely place, beautifully decorated, in the old town - Really lovely property, looks just like the pictures. Very comfortable bed and the owners were very helpful and easy to reach. Would really recommend. Only had one problem which was that the shower went cold after about 5 mins but I’m not sure if that was just me being unlucky! Also the building itself isn’t the nicest but I think that’s standard for properties in Bucharest.

Lo staff è stato molto disponibile e attento. Abbiamo notato la presenza di un po di zanzare anche se fuori periodo, pero magari era un caso..
• olariu (10/5): - Mi-a plăcut foarte mult curățenia impecabilă și faptul că apartamentul a fost pregătit cu grijă pentru oaspeți. M-am bucurat să găsesc apă, cafea și biscuiți, un gest foarte util după drum. Bucătăria și baia aveau absolut tot ce îți trebuie: gel de duș, săpun pentru mâini, detergent de vase, consumabile. Pentru mine a contat mult și faptul că am găsit un fier de călcat – un detaliu esențial atunci când călătorești. M-am simțit exact ca acasă.

• Tanya (10/5): - Don’t be fooled by the outside appearance - the apartment is lovely inside and is in a brilliant location for old town and for many of the pick up points for day trips. The facilities inside the apartment were just what was needed including kettle, microwave, toaster, towels and a hairdryer plus some really thoughtful extras - slippers (the sort you’d get on a spa day), washing up liquid, kitchen towel - all useful stuff. The owners are really attentive, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Bucharest

It was great to have a washing machine & clothes dried quickly on rack near heater. The open shower resulted in water getting into the bathroom area & we didn’t have any extra towels to mop up. Had to turn the shower head towards the wall that helped but extra towels & a shower screen are suggested.

• KimandRobinTravel (8/5): Clean & Quiet, But Needs TLC - instructions to enter apartment were sent ahead of time and were easy to follow; new, clean textile rugs; liquid body soap and shampoo provided; stairs had motion detector lights; 2 nightstands and lamps on both sides of bed; outlets on both sides of bed; large windows; hooks available for hanging items; quiet at night floor near left side of bed is pulling up from the floor; the space needs some TLC to improve: grout between tiles in bathroom, paint and nicks on wall corners; shower has a musty/moldy odor; inconsistent hot water in the shower - suddenly goes from hot to cold and hot water is finished; not enough hot water for one shower; no view from window - just walls of other buildings
• Mark (8/5): We had an enjoyable stay and found the apartment functional and bright! - The apartment was clean and fresh. It was roomy and comfortable. The location was excellent and there is plenty of restaurants nearby and the Metro station is very close! There needs to be some towel rails or more hooks in the bathroom and possibly a shelf or something to put your clothes on while you shower. Also I think it would be nice if there was a tea towel in the kitchen area so you can dry the dishes. Also I felt the bed sagged a little towards the middle but it didn't prevent a comfortable night's sleep.

• Ken (9/5): Clean apartment in an extremely convenient location! - Great location in the edge of the old town and extremely close to the Universitate bus stop, which is a popular meeting area for tours. Tourist attractions and famous restaurants are also in easy walkable distance. The apartment itself looks like it was recently refurbished. The exterior seems old and is not promising (but do not worry, the apartment itself is nice!). Like any apartments, they are unable to keep your luggage after check-out, but this too, you can easily find a "Bounce Luggage Storage" spot.

I’ve stayed in apartments in my own country (the UK) and other countries and whilst they were accommodating with brilliant facilities, this place felt super special! I arrived in the afternoon after having given an estimated check-in time and was so tired after my flight but knew I needed to get some food for the week to put in the fridge, however, a personalised note was left for me detailing a couple of snacks and bottles of water which really helped give me an energy boost! I ate those, had a nap, and then went into the city to get some food. Loved that there was a microwave, a cooking hob, a kettle, toaster, a coffee machine, as well as fridge with small freezer compartment, and even a washing machine with a free laundry tablet!! How thoughtful!! Lots of spare toiletries, as well as some cleaning products. Control of the heating/ AC. A brilliant tv. A super comfy bed and sofa with some books in different languages in case you decide to stay indoors. The directions for getting into the property were really easy to follow and very useful. I love the building and the location was perfect, and only a short walk away from the Old Town as well as public transportation. Not that it made a difference to myself but one book in English (others were French, Romanian and I think German?) could be awesome! Perhaps some clearer sign posting for the building since it’s down a side road as it could be easy to miss if you’re unsure of the area. A shower curtain to keep the heat in too! Really only silly little things to say, as the location and the facilities were beyond brilliant! So so happy and would 100% stay again AND recommend to people. Will be making a tiktok about my trip to Bucharest and a mention to the apartments will not be missed from the video.

• Cristian (10/5): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Love the location, you are 5 minutes away from the Old Town, there is a metro station right outside. There is a very good eating place on the coner of the building. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, equipped with everything you would need to feel like in your own home. Communication with the property management was excellent, very helpful. The entrance to the building and the elevator have a very communist vibe, it is a big cont4ast between the building and once you enter the apartament.
• David (9/5): Great location, close to amenities - Close proximity to Old Town, convenience to restaurants and shops. Small kitchen and fridge included. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. The alleyway where you enter the building was a bit sketchy at night.
• Mihai (10/5): Exceptional - The location is super central, close to university and the old town; there are places to eat in the proximity, and even a supermarket; parking very close also. The camera has all the things needed to get clean and a place to cook some food, cofee, microwave, etc.
• Kevin (10/5): We will absolutly stay here again. Great property, location, value and great owner! - Fantastic property in a great, very central located area right in Old Town. There is one subway line less than a block away, and another just about 2 blocks away. There is a lift (albeit a little old) that takes you almost right to your door (we were concerned because we had several bags with us). There is no dedicated parking, however there is an underground car park just around the corner that's about $25 +/- a day. The owners were great and very responsive with questions and quickly corrected the only minor issue we had with the property. The bed was very comfortable (if you like a firm mattress- my bride thinks it could have been a little softer), and the view outside the bedroom window and off the balcony were fabulous. The bedroom window even has a screen! (which is rare in Europe) We have never found an apartment/condo in ANY "Old Town" area in Europe that doesn't have some sort of quirk, and it's usually related to the plumbing (no hot water, water not draining, or lack of water pressure). Fortunately, here the only issue was the hot water. We got in fairly late at night, and discovered no hot water. I sent the owner a message, and got a reply back early the next morning that they would have a maintenance person fix it. The owner was great about keeping us informed when they would be there and let me know when it was fixed. It was still a little quirky but worked (if you stay there, the hot lasts about 4 minutes, just turn the water off and back on and wait for it to get hot again and you won't have any other problems- like I said, all Old Town locations tend to have "something" and this was VERY minor compared to most). That is the only issue and would no stop us from staying there again.

• Ori (9/5): Good apartment in a good place and nice owners.Recomended - The apartment was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The owners helped with what we asked. It also has a washing machine and its location is excellent in the old city. The only thing that bothered was that the mattress protector on the couch was smaller than a double bed. A small thing that can be easily solved. Other than that, no complaints.

• Martha (10/5): Comfortable and peaceful stay - The apartment is right in the heart of the old part of Bulgaria. You can walk to all the important sites in no more than 15 minutes. The apartment is fully equipped with a Queen bed that is very comfortable, a small kitchen, excellent internet, and everything you need for your stay. Toilet paper, shampoo, soap—everything you might need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. I almost forgot, it has an elevator, which is very hard to find in accommodations because the buildings are old. The front of the building is not very attractive and it is a bit hard to find since the photos show a hotel, “Hotel Z,” next to the building, which no longer exists. Now that building has a sign that says “CHARM.”
• Jessica (8/5): - When you walk into the lobby, the elevator is the metal door. Vintage, solid, and super fun to ride. Enjoyed every moment of my stay here. Central to everything, there's also a full day bus tour you can book on Expedia for the castles and that was great too.

• Dmitrii (9/5): Nice apartment in old Town area - 1. Very good location, close to metro stop, close to old town district and to the streets with parties/restaurants. 2. Air conditioning worked in both rooms well. 3. Quiet apartment, I didn’t hear neighbors/street noises. 4. The apartment’s manager was always available via e-mail (not via booking.com), fast & clear communication, also sms notifications. 5. Easy self check-in and check-out. 6. A small balcony was also a plus. 1. Wi-fi signal in the bedroom was very weak, all 3 nights that I stayed I used my mobile internet (but for me it was not an issue since I had unlimited EU internet). 2. Hot water finishes quite fast, that might be an issue if u go as 2 or 3 people or if u just like to take a long hot shower.

• Wylie (6/5): - MOSQUITO INFESTATION!!! me and my wife were bitten alive, the mosquitos waited until we were in bed and vulnerable and bit us all night! Our faces looked like we had a disease!!! Otherwise, IT WAS AMAZING!

The host were very friendly The location was very close to the old town ,many restaurants, a supermarket and the Metro The foyer to the apartment really needs an update …once you are inside the apartment itself however this doesn’t matter. I would definitely recommend this apartment

• Assaf (7/5): Good - The room itself is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable, and the location is great. There are no dark blinds over the window, so I woke up with sunrise, and in the evening, if you stay with the window open there is heavy smell of smoke that is coming from the ally below. The building is old, and the elevator works until a certain hour.

There was also a very convenient parking nearby Very good accommodation - the host provided us with details and instructions how to get into the appartment and it was very convenient and fast. Also, there were snacks, coffee and tea prepared for the visitors The couch was not convenient for people sleeping on it.

• Valeria (10/5): Exceptional - Location, location, location. If you get an apartment in the heart of the place, you don't pay attention at dome small imperfections. Very stylish, spacious, comfortable beds, well equipped for a longer stay. We stayed one night but appreciated welcome coffee, tea, and cookies gift, The restaurants are just around the corner. The same as a big parking garage. Communication with the host was fantastic. Very friendly, responsive, clear self-check instructions. I would recommend this place without hesitation! Thank you! • James (1/5): Very unpleasant experience - beware of this host as we were NOT given the apartment booked. - Absolutely nothing Very unpleasant experience - BEWARE of MRG Apartments host. Read full review below and other negative reviews. To inhibit us posting an honest review the host flagged our booking as a No Show and cancelled it. Booking.com Customer Service were provided with proof of stay and hence the ability to post this review. This is our honest review of our booking experience with MRG Apartments host. * We booked an apartment several months in advance of our stay and wanted confirmation regarding noise (no response received from host). * prior to day of arrival we asked if it was possible to checkin early. Received response from host indicating it was not possible but on day of arrival host contacted us to indicate it was possible to checkin 2 1/2 hours early. * On entering the apartment it was obvious we were not allocated the apartment booked as it was not as specified in the booking confirmation details. The apartment given to us was of a lower standard, only window looked onto an internal courtyard, small kitchenette. * We contact the host and was told the apartment we booked was not available (presumably on sold for a higher price). We asked to be compensated which was denied and told we could cancel and be refunded. Given it was high season, late afternoon we decided our best option was to stay as it would be very time consuming and inconvenient. * We contacted booking.com customer service on several occasions who liaised with the host on our behalf. The host then contacted us to indicated we would be given a refund for one night but this refund would be used for an early 2 1/2 hour checkin fee. In affect no refund. * The host also indicated that he did not have to take advice from booking.com Customer Service as it was his property. Unfortunately this was the case as Customer Service were unable to resolve this dispute. * Lastly, as frequently travellers we have never experience this before, hopefully never again. We DO NOT recommend MRG Apartments.

• Dorin (10/5): - Location, location, location! It's in the heart of Bucharest. Right beside subway and other public transportation. Many dining options aroud the block. The place is clean and quiet. Wifi, big screen tv, washer. Recomended.

• Ahperah (8/5): At the hearth of Bucuresti - Location. Cleanness (except bathroom). TV (netflix) and wifi connection. Building is very old and need repair. Bathroom needs a very serious renovation. Lots of dirt/dust from ceiling was falling down continiously. Thus using toilet was a problem. Other spaces are very good and clean. Elevator is very very tiny. The day we cehsck in it was out of order.
• Elena (10/5): Perfect find - The apartment has a modern vibe and is very spacious. It's located very close to the centre and it has a Starbucks and another coffeeshop right next to it. It had all the amenities you would need when travelling. There was a washing machine and the owner left a detergent pod for us to use which was greatly appreciated. Also very useful ironing facilities, microwave and a very sweet gesture from the owner were the treats they left for us (biscuits, coffee, water). Lastly i must say that the place was squeaky clean! And the bed was extremely comfortable.
