Es más hizo algo que es de destacar . Nosotros teníamos que entregar el auto rentado en el aeropuerto y de ahí volver a la terminal de bus para tomar un colectivo para Mostar y el nos fue a buscar al aeropuerto y nos llevó hasta la terminal . Can't wait to come again! - Location is beautiful, the view from our terrace was surreal. :) Although it;s 30ish min walk to the old town, it's a beautiful walk and we enjoyed it. The room was very clean and the host was kind and very helpful, we had a nice chat about the history of the town and he even gave us some fresh lemons from his tree to take home. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was great.

• Gert (7/5): - A nice small cozy hotel. A good large balcony and a stunning view. The host was very kind and helpful. The hotel grounds/surroundings are full of construction debris and various bottles/pots. The hotel has great potential to be much better than it currently is, but unfortunately that potential has not been fully realized. In my opinion, the balcony dividers on the second floor are a bit too high and restrict the surrounding view. Also, the bed blanket was too small for two people to sleep comfortably :)

• Svetlana (10/5): A Little Paradise with the Most Caring Host - I truly enjoyed my stay at this apartment, largely thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the host, Brino. He was incredibly attentive, always ready to help with anything, and genuinely kind. One of the sweetest surprises was a gift – a large bowl of fresh lemons from his own garden. The apartment itself has some great features. A large terrace with breathtaking views – absolutely stunning. A small kitchenette equipped with everything you need if you prefer to eat in the room. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, with no interruptions at all. I would happily return to this little paradise anytime. All in all, a wonderful experience – highly recommended! A couple of things to keep in mind: there's no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage upstairs can be a challenge. However, Brino kindly helped me carry my suitcase up and down, so it was fine. The bathroom and especially the shower cabin are quite small and a bit tight, but nothing unbearable.

• Eva (7/5): - Het terras met het uitzicht is echt geweldig! De locatie is ook prima je loopt binnen een half uurtje naar de oude stad, vlakbij een bushalte en een mini supermarktje. De badkamer is echt heeeel klein, en de douche is een beetje houtje touwtje, de bak kraakt en piept. Is niet erg, er gaat niets gebeuren. Wij waren er vijf dagen, er wordt niet schoongemaakt en geen handdoeken gewisseld. Geen ramp, ik denk als je het aan Bruno, de eigenaar vraagt dat het gelijk geregeld wordt. De keuken is niet geschikt om te koken, niet voldoende spullen en t kookplaatje moet je savonds aanzetten als je sochtends een gebakken ei wilt:-)

• choice (7/5): - I absolutely loved the location, the host and his wife are very helpful, they helped me arrange for a taxi to pick me very early on the day I was leaving. There is a shop few minutes away from the apartment and the lady is very lovely too. I would recommend this place. The view of the old town form the apartment is amazing.

• Mary Lovely (8/5): Overall, place is an excellent place to stay and have got a fantastic view of the mountains. - I like that this area is more peaceful than other areas in Kotor. The owner, Bruno, is really friendly. The view from my room is fantastic. If i would come back to Kotor, i would definitely rebook this place. The place is a bit far from the old town. If you dont drive and dont mind walking for 30 minutes, this place is for you. As taxis in Kotor are short during busy hours, i needed to walk back and forth.

• Jeffrey (9/5): Nice and comfortable stay in a beautiful location - Great location and view. Easy walk into town. About 20 minutes. There is a bus that goes by as well. The apartments have parking. Bruno the host was fantastic and made sure we had what we needed. He lives on site and is easily contacted. There is a small kitchen, fridge, the bathroom is recently renovated. Each unit has a balcony with table and chair to enjoy the amazing views of Kotor and the fjord. Comfortable, clean and enjoyable units. The property is basic and has everything you need. Areas of improvement would only be in terms of extra kitchen items and bedding that fully covers the width of the bed. But very minor given the location and price we were very happy with everything.

(Plaja ve merkeze yakın olması güzel, daire kendine ait.) they did not leave water for the guests, towels were not changed and offered, we had quite a difficulty finding the attendant. (misafirler için su bırakmadılar, havlular değiştirilmedi ve teklif edilmedi, görevliyi bulmakta oldukça zorlandık.)

• Mustafa (9/5): Harika manzara güzel konum - Tesise giriş yaptığımızda bizleri Bruno karşıladı. Kendisi oldukça sıcakkanlı ve yardımsever birisi. Biz Blue Cave, Our of Lady Rocks, Mamula İsland, Submarine turu için tavsiye istediğimizde kendisi bir arkadaşını arayıp oldukça uygun bir fiyata bizler için rezervasyon yaptırdı ve tekne bizi evin önünden alıp yine evin önüne kadar bıraktı. Mutfak gayet yeterliydi. Odalar genişti ve çamaşır makinası vardı. Aynı şekilde ütü ve saç kurutma makinesi de mevcuttu. Manzarası harikaydı. Bruno oldukça neşeli ve akışkan salt bir şekilde konuşuyordu. Banyo gideri tıkanmıştı bir de dolapta duran battaniye üzerinde leke vardı

We could either shower under super hot water or in a cold water, but very low pressure. Saaid this I didnt wash myself at all during my stay. It shouldnt happen for the price we paid.

• Diana (7/5): Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, mit einem tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Kotor. - Man hatte einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Kotor. Das Appartment war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Und es gab einen kleinen Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Die Anlage war schön bepflanzt. Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung! Es hing zwar ein Fernseher an der Wand, der war allerdings ohne Funktion, es ging lediglich ein Radiosender. Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass man bis zur Altstadt ein gutes Stück direkt an der sehr befahrenen engen Straße laufen muss (3 km). Bürgersteige gibt es auch nicht wirklich und die Taxi Fahrer in der Altstadt haben uns auf den Bus verwiesen. Mit dem Auto in die Stadt rein ist eher nicht zu empfehlen.

La vue est incroyable, je reste vraiment émerveillée par la vue qu’il y a de la terrasse, c’est incroyable ! Vraiment un gros plus Tout était très bien, le seul bémol était dans la salle de bain, le bac était bruyant. Mais rien d’alarmant, c’était surprenant quand je suis montée pour la première foi dans la douche mais rien de très dérangeant !

The location is perfect — in a quiet area just a short walk from the Old Town, making it ideal for exploring while still being peaceful. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the Kotor Bay right from the apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kotor! Nothing as such

The owner greeted me at the property. It’s a good 40-45 walk to Kotor old Town. If you have a car driving to the property can be challenging given the width of the road. Parking is also limited. The room was on the top floor so lots of stairs - could be problematic if you have mobility issues.

• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - The owners were so friendly and the view is amazing, especially at night 😍 about a 30 min walk into the main town but it's at the quieter side which is ideal. Shop right next door which is ideal as there isn't another till the main town.

• Leiki (9/5): Superb - Spectacular view, friendly and helpful host, good location. We really loved our stay and really recommend this place. AC noise in one room, bathroom could be a little cleaner.

• Aneta (6/5): Pleasant - The bathroom do not have a window nor ventilation and there were mosquitos inside, no net on the door. The view from the terrace was almost non-existing because of a tree.

I was a bit surprised by the hotel requesting cash payment but in the end they were more than happy to use my credit card which was a relief to me. The owner and his family run an excellent place that’s quiet, clean, and welcoming. Even though it’s a bit of a walk from Main Kotor (if you’re not used to walking) it’s honesty worth it. There’s a pier to jump from and go swimming; it’s a calm area and not very busy at all. I would stay here again and I highly recommend talking to the owners and getting to know them, they are the embodiment of Balkan hospitality. Credit card payment had to be requested
