You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The booking confirmation, city tax, security deposit and the balance of the total amount of your stay are requested upon arrival. Please note that towels are not provided, but can be rented on site at an extra cost: - EUR 10 per person, per stay (cash only). Please note that check-out time is from 09:00 to 11:00 for the Studio, the Family Room and the Triple Room. Check in is from 17:00 to 19:30, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
