• Nadine (9/5): Appartement mit Top Aussicht - Der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn! Die Wohnung ist groß genug und genau wie beschrieben. Der Parkplatz ein Must-have in Dubrovnik. Tolle Vermieter. Für uns hat alles gepasst. Bushaltestelle ums Eck, allerdings muss man gut zu Fuß sein, da sehr steil. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist nicht komfortabel. Ein Abend im Appartement dadurch ungemütlich und unbequem. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, bei lauten Nachbarn kann man alles hören. Da wir oft nicht da waren, hat es nicht dolle gestört.

Received a full description of the apartment and some tips for visiting the city. I did not use the kitchen, but it was equiped with some minimum staff. The apartment is not very well soundproofed, you can hear your neighbours

Salita ripidissima, estrema difficoltà se si hanno zaini e bagagli e si deve raggiungere l'appartamento a piedi. Se volete pernottare qui, data la qualità/prezzo veramente ottima, consiglio di scaricare preventivamente l'app di Uber.

Lokalizacja jest doskonała – bardzo blisko Starego Miasta, a jednocześnie niedaleko plaży, co pozwala w pełni korzystać z uroków okolicy. • Jenny (9/5): Very nice apartment with informative host and great view! - We were greeted by a lovely host, he explained the apartment and Dubrovnik in a fantastic way. Lovely balcony with a great view! Nice with a separate bedroom. A big private parking with lots of parking spaces. Just perfect for our 1 night stay. We ended up walking to and from Dubrovnik old town and we don't regret it for a second, lovely views from the walk into town! The apartment was over all clean, but there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The very steep road leading to the apartment building is tricky if there's a car meeting because it's narrow also it's very steep walking up, just be aware and also be aware of the traffic if walking.
• 김 (8/5): - 화장실이 정말 청결하고 사용하기에도 좋았어요! 발코니에서 보이는 뷰도 정말 좋았고, 주방에도 많은 것들이 있어서 사용하기 편했습니다. 침대도 매트리스가 푹신하고 편했어요. 방도 넓어서 3명이 널널하게 지내다 갑니다! 위치가 조금 아쉽긴 했어요. 플릭스버스를 타고 두브로브니크에 도착하고 나서 정류장에서 꼭 우버를 불러서 올라가시는걸 추천드립니다..모르고 걸어올라갔다가 힘들어서 그대로 집에 가고싶을 뻔 했어요😅 걸어올라가면 무시무시한 계단과 오르막이 있습니다. 그래도 직원분이 우버나 버스에 대해서 체크인할때 친절히 설명해주십니다!

The neighbors were a little noisy late one night coming back. One of the beds (on the right) was a little creaky if the person on top moved around. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and thankful for this place!

Even though it is not closed to old town, taking an uber was the easiest way. I would highly recommend this place. The Subset view is stunning.

• HERMINIO (9/5): - El apartamento está muy nuevo y limpio, la terraza es genial, con unas buenas vistas. La parada del bus está muy cerca del alojamiento y te deja a las puertas de la ciudad vieja. El personal fue muy amable tanto a la llegada, como a la salida, que nos permitió dejar el coche en el aparcamiento unas horas más después del checkout, lo que nos permitió terminar nuestra visita a la ciudad. La gran cuesta para acceder al alojamiento

• Attila (5/5): Close to ferry terminal but otherwise not recommended - Parking next door. Close to ferry terminal. Smallish apartment. Equipment OK but not up to a high standard. Apartment at the end of an extremely steep and tight road of a few hundred metres, not walkable. You would expect a great view from the terrace but all you see are blocks of flats and other apartment buildings. Noise of construction work from 8AM even in high season. There are much better areas and apartments in Dubrovnik for the price.

Имат направен наръчник, в който всичко е описано. Домакините обясниха всичко и ни дадоха ценни съвети. Препоръчително е преди посещението да имате приложението Uber, защото мястото е на около 5 км. от стария град, а такситата и паркинга в близост до центъра са доста скъпи.
