However, I was not really happy about the payment options to pay at the hotel i reserved while discovering the hotel receptionist had already authorize the payment via my credit card before i checked in on my last day. In addition, I had informed the receptionist how i would like to make the payment in the first place, so what it happened really upsets me.

- Tien Teck (8/5): A wonderful surprise stay - Room - spacious, clean and bright. Breakfast - more local dishes. Good quality. Location - shopping mall beside and opposite the street. Staff - very efficient, friendly and helpful. 5 minutes check in and room is ready (althought I booked 30 minutes before arrival). Book a cab for me and ensure I board correct car next day.

- ZHUO (10/5): 不错，还会再来 - 酒店位置在新区，从趵突泉过去有点车程，不过第二天去万佛山不是很远，免费升级的大床房，早餐还可以，服务员很努力的满足住客，但是黄金周人太多，而且很多住客不自觉，浪费，吵杂，尤其是一些大爷大妈，一会儿要求这个，一会儿要求那个，明明是自己来晚了，快闭餐了，还这么多要求，真是坏人变老了

- Verified traveler (2/5): - 首先，入住时跟前台确认是几点退房，前台说是1点，结果我中午十二点在房间打包行李的时候前台就一直打电话崔，还让阿姨来敲门，完了中午的前台还说前一晚的前台说的话不算……这么打脸的行为真的是，呵呵了 其次，这个酒店新装修的，一开门满屋子的甲醛味道，开了窗开了空调一晚上都散不掉。一大早就开始电钻，根本睡不好。 最后，这个酒店的人都是些满嘴跑火车的人，我退房要开发票，他们前台说这是网站收的费不能开发票，只能通过网站索要收据，我当时急着赶车居然就信了，回来给网站打电话根本不是网站的问题，就是他们酒店要逃税所以不给开发票。 总体来说，这家holiday inn express是我所有holidayinn里面最差的体验！
