- Verified traveler (10/5): - Check is a little weird. I had requested an early check in and it was approved but the code to the front doors don’t work till after 3pm. The guys came out and got us or we were stuck without entrance. Other than that is was great.

- David (8/5): Marina - The Marina is a safe location. A little awkward checking in and getting accustomed to the parking garage and getting to your room. Nice kitchen. Queen beds have poor quality mattresses. Easy access to places in Seattle.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great place and I would recommend staying. For my stay, however, the key was not in the key box, but this problem was pretty quickly remedied. The unit had not been cleaned when I did get the key, but not even 1-1/2 hour later past the check in time. In fact, the housekeeper showed up 1-1/2 hours AFTER the check in time, but did do a good job. That was the only negative, but it wasn’t a good way to start out my stay. The fact that there is someone on the property at all times is a real plus, really responsive and helpful, too.
- DAVID (8/5): Ready to board the Cruise - Hotel is really a condo with a few rooms for nightly rental. Identifying their parking was hard to find, It was for the condo dwellers and if you did park there it was $35/ night. After 5pm the city parking across the street becomes available. The room was small but with nice appliance and cleaning supplies for the kitchen and laundry. Room is not air conditioned except for a portable A/C unit in the bedroom closet. The bed in the bedroom is heavy wood and sticks out beyond the mattress. Watch out for your shins.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - I liked that it was a very clean facility. The only thing that was a problem was the bed. It was small and it was very squeaky. The spring system in the bed made it difficult to turn in bed without waking up. Also, we were not informed that there was free weekend parking literally opposite to the building. Instead we were given a price quote of $90 for 3 days. We went with spothero instead which saved us money, but it would have been free to park just opposite.

The check in process was so easy and high tech at the same time that I was blown away. I also used their gym to work out in. The bowling alley is being fixed at the moment so it wasn't available for us to use unfortunately :( aside from that, the place was great and I would definitely stay again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was a great weekend getaway, wonderful rooftop view - since it was a cold february we didn't stay too long on the rooftop but in the summertime it must be marvelous with the kitchen and the big BBQ available as well... The room was nice and quiet despite the busy road out front. It was very clean. Overall, a nice experience. Unfortunaly the bowling was unavailable when we were there, due to repairs. THat was a bit disappointing, since I was looking forward to it... The garage I couldn't figure out how to get out of when we're wanting to leave... it didn't open and I couldn't figure out why/how to make it open... so we waited for quite a while until a car was finally coming in and the garage door opened... so we could leave...

- Heather (4/5): A little disappointed - Our stay was ok, but there were somethings that disappointed us! 1) bed was very squeaky! Every time we moved it squeaked and woke us up! 2) heater is very noisy! Every time it comes on it wakes us up! And I can sleep through anything! 3) our complimentary wine was delivered to us on the 2nd day but our suite door was left ajar slightly, all day, by house keeping. Very upsetting! Although it didn’t look like anything was touched. 4) we did not get any room service after the first night which is ok but when housekeeping dropped off the wine it would have been nice for them to take our garbage. 5) in amenities it says they offer self self serve parking . It wasn’t til after we paid for the room that we were told that parking is $30US per night. And the parking garage was open (insecure) every time we saw it. Not happy! 6) it was nice to use the bowling room and pool table but instructs for the bowling would be nice. And upkeep on the pool cues would be nice.

- Daniel (10/5): Shelter From the Storms of ‘19 - I needed to get off of my boat during the storm and having stayed here at Domicile previously I knew I would be comfortable at a reasonable price. Sure enough, this room is even quieter though I enjoyed the streetside view. Clean, comfortable, great amenities and easy to contact staff!

Short walk to a few decent restaurants. Grocery Store is a pretty long walk but doable, public transit may be more practical (bus stop right out front of building). Space Needle & Seattle Center about 25 minute walk. Priced below any hotels in the area for the BoatShow weekend, and a better room overall. Very quiet building (until the 6 dumpsters on the south side of the building are emptied at apx. 3:00AM on Tuesdays.) Great Overall Stay!

- Brett (10/5): Worth the effort to check-in - Great stay. The check in process was a little complicated for my first visit, but wasn't that bad. Next time it would be much simpler. Whatever extra difficulty there was with checking in, it was made up for with the great apartment. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious! I will definitely be back.

- K. (10/5): - A great place to stay. Comfortable and modern. Walking distance to Pikes Place market and Space Needle. Free night-time (4 pm to 9 am) and Sunday parking directly across the street. I would definitly stay here again but it took a bit to become familiar with the key system. 1) Be sure that you have a data plan on your cellphone or, better yet, download the building access instructions before you arrive because you can't get in without several codes and the key codes are not in the email - they are in separate a link. There is no free wifi in the lobby and also the lobby area was a bit of a cell reception dead zone (I use a Canadian service provider) so accessing the link on site took time. 2) If you have booked more than one room, be sure you know the ALL the key access codes (I had only downloaded one set of instructions and had to turn on my expensive foreign data plan to get the code for my second set of keys).3) Having only one key fob per room made it tricky as two of us were sharing the room. There is no access to building, exercise room, or elevators without key fob so we had to do everything together. Now that I know how the key system works and what I need to do, I am happy to do this again and the next visit will be easier. If you need paid parking under the building ($30 per day) be sure to book it and pay for it ahead of time because the key fob needs to be put into the unmanned key box during business hours.

- Karen (8/5): - The second day of our stay we noticed water on the floor and thought the sliding glass door might have let some rainwater in, but on closer examination we discovered the dishwasher (which we had not used) was leaking. We called the contact number and the dishwasher was tended to, but it took more than 24 hours. As far as cleanliness there were empty shampoo and conditioner bottles from a previous guest left in the shower and the kitchen appliances needed more attention paid to the fingerprints and drips on doors. In general the accommodations were comfortable and quiet.

When asked about the connection they said I had to connect to the Internet of the closest room while they fix the issue on the next day, but it never happened. - Check out is at 11 sharp. No late check out available, not even as an exception. - No place to leave your luggage after check out.
- Thomas H (8/5): Good Value - Always a good value. got stuck at street level above the bus stop this time; not prime. Stayed last week in a great room, but it is the luck of the draw I guess. Last weekend I left my stand charger for my phone, and called about it the next day, and apparently the cleaning staff is in business for themselves. My problem I left it but ugg.

Only one minor thing is that the voice recording during the auto check in process is really low so it can be hard to hear. Other than that, the view and location here can't be beat!

I had not opened the link sent as I was entertaining for 2 days before the trip and had only time to pack and leave for Seattle. The room was like renting an apartment. The car was secure in a secure gaited garage. Reminded us of staying in Europe some time ago. We would recommend this option for its location and pleasant surround.

The fan by the washer and dryer was running and I couldn't find where to turn it off. The heat would not turn down (after reading the instructions) and was too warm so I turned it off. There were three different Exfinity remotes so turning on the tv was a hassle (I'm a senior citizen). The floor lamp in the living room wouldn't turn on (I'm assuming that's technology that I'm familiar with). Overall my stay was comfortable and all the contact I had with Domicile representatives was 100% positive and helpful. The apartment itself is beautiful.
