Habíamos solicitado habitación con 1 cama y cuando llegamos le dije por favor que si podía ser con una cama como habíamos dicho. La respuesta fue un NO rotundo . Entiendo que a veces no es posible pero desde luego no esperaba una respuesta tan seca y borde . Por otro lado también me pareció muy cutre que se rellene con agua los botes de champú y de jabón de ducha hasta tal punto que no hace ni espuma porque es TODO agua . Me da pena que un hotel que podría ser un 10 redondo se quede en un casi notable por cosas como estas

solo (9/5): tres belle étape, idéalement placée et très bien décorée - l emplacement , la decoration , la propreté et le petit déjeuner le fait de ne pas pouvoir prendre de boissons ou cafés en arrivant en journée ou le matin (hors petit déjeuners ) c'est vraiment dommage alors que le personnel est là (et boit lui même son café devant vous...) lorsque vous arrivez de randonner il serait agréable d'avoir la possibilité de prendre un collation ou le matin si par exemple vous souhaitez attendre votre compagnon pour le petit déjeuner en travaillant.... Si c'est un choix de la direction, des mini bars dans les chambres et dosettes café seraient les bienvenues dans les chambres pour certain client, (like me), c'est important et un peu regretable de devoir rapporter ses propres bouteilles d'eau etc ds les chambres ... si ce n est ceci tout est parfait !. (1 nuit réservée , 3 passées finalement)

Marta (9/5): - Todo fenomenal salvo el horario del desayuno. La única pega es el horario del desayuno. Empezaba a las 8 y para subir a esquiar a Cerler debería empezar a las 7:30 por si hay atasco o lpara el que le guste llegar a primera hora a la estación.

Carlos (9/5): Relax y Familiar - Es un hotel con mucho encanto, decoración muy estudiada y bonita, en nuestro caso el estudio es perfecto para familia con niños y muy cómodo y completo. El desayuno es muy bueno y el personal super atento, sobretodo la chica que estaba por las tardes-noches. No tienes oportunidad de salida tardía y si te guardan las maletas de 14:00-16:00 están cerrados y es un problema.

Brik (10/5): Encantador refugio en el centro histórico de Benasque. - Un hotel pequeño, de trato familiar, ambiente cálido y exquisitamente decorado. Están en todos los detalles. Además ofrecen un desayuno con productos caseros. Se nota que le ponen mucho cariño a todo lo que hacen. Está todo impecable y la cama es enorme y con muy buen cochinero sábanas y toallas. Volveremos!

El horario del checkin, quizá es algo tarde a las 16h y además hasta esa hora no hay nadie en recepción y solo un número de teléfono al que llamar.

They were very aggressive landing on us everywhere even on my face! The bath towels were way too small. The spa tub was slippery and there’s no railings to help you get in and out.

There was nowhere to leave the hotel key when checking out early (no access to reception). And it was not possible to have early breakfast (before 8.00 am) - as it was in other hotels in Benasque - before heading out to hike. That would have been an extra plus

Elizabeth (5/5): An expensive, uncomfortable night. - The property is beautiful, located on a narrow side street. The property is very clean and the rooms well maintained. Breakfast was ok. Having to drag our luggage on the rough street and the difficulty finding a parking space, in late May, definitely not the busy season. Our room was in the roof space, it was 26° in the room. The receptionist told me the air conditioning is for heating only. Not true. There is also a huge heater in the room. Then she rudely said to open the window. She would not turn the air conditioner on. It clearly states the hotel has single use air conditioning in every room. Then she offered for us to move to a smaller room which we didn’t do. OK to open the window but my allergies to pollen that flew into the room with the breeze made for a very uncomfortable night.
