- walktree (1/5): - 없음 호수 전망 디럭스룸을 예약했음. 체크인 시 직원은 테라스에 기둥이 있어 룸에서는 호수를 부분만 볼 수 있지만, 고층이라 테라스에 나가면 아름다운 호수 뷰를 볼 수 있다며 좋은 룸을 배정했다고 함. 룸에 올라가 보니 테라스로 호수가 보이는 게 아니고 어마무시한 시멘트 기둥만 보임. 방을 바꿔 달라 요구했더니 만실이라 안 된다고 함. 방 내부가 다른 룸과 같은 디럭스라 문제 없다고 함. 기둥이 있는 룸 배정은 고객이 늦게 체크인해서 그렇다고 하며, 고객에게 문제를 전가하고, 고객 불편에 대한 배려는 일체 없었음. 권한 없는 프론트 직원의 태도도 문제지만, 호텔 자체의 운영 방식과 기업 윤리 문제가 있는 것 같음.

- Andrea (10/5): Perfect stay in Gangneung with beautiful sunrise over the ocean - We loved this hotel. It was such a good price and high quality. We had an ocean view which was perfect. We would open up the door and listen to the sound of the ocean and watch sunrise. The beds were on the firmer side (which is typical for hotels in Korea) but still comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. There is underground parking onsite and the first floor has multiple restaurants. There are also a ton of restaurants within easy walking distance. We wished we could have stayed here longer.

- Hyun Joo (9/5): Es gab zwar einige kleinere Kritikpunkte, aber insgesamt war es nicht schlecht. - Die Lage des Hotels zwischen Meer und See war sehr schön. Sehr schönener Ausblick. Das Personal an der Rezeption war zwar nicht unfreundlich, wirkte aber sehr sachlich und distanziert. Da es ziemlich voll war, konnte man vieles schlecht verstehen, sodass wir mehrmals nachfragen mussten – dennoch hatte man den Eindruck, als wolle man nicht lauter sprechen.

No water dispenser on floors or lobby. Had to call housekeeping to clean room as they did not do a proper job. Gym equipped well but busy and the yoga mat area was crowded and certainly needed a good clean as there were hairs on the mats and floor.

- denverista (8/5): Good location and decent value - The beach is steps outside the back of the hotel, with a long boardwalk for runs or walks. The room was clean, had all of the essentials. The check-in lines for the weekend were long, but my sense is that this bothers foreigners more than Koreans who might be used to this sort of thing. Within walking distance is a couple of tidy blocks facing the ocean of restaurants (mostly seafood, of course), convenience stores, and the occasional cafe. I ate at Rui, a tonkatsu place that was very good. Gangneung is relatively spread out, so you'll need to either take a bus or a taxi to Anmok Coffee Street and cultural sites. I did not use the pool or sauna, but as with all Korean hotels, check the rules before you make plans for use.

- caroline (9/5): Luxury, relaxing stay at stunning landmark hotel with incredible views. - The staff were polite and generally welcoming, some were more confident speaking English to us than others though we did learn several Korean phrases, which went down well. The hotel itself is well-appointed with additional services available such as convenience store, take aways, coffee shop, bar, restaurant, bakery and laundry. We loved eating breakfast overlooking the pine trees and beach while ending the day with a glass of red wine on the roof top bar. It was so tranquil. Spent many a happy hour in the infinity pool and gym ... with both being on the 20th floor the views are incredible and the water was a very barmy 38 degrees! There was a wide selection of well-presented foods for breakfast and the two some coffee shop sells amazing strawberry cake and strawberry latte! The rooms could do with better low lighting to be less bright during evenings and night ... a reading light would be very useful. Lying in bed listening to the waves while watching the fireworks going off on the beach (who knew Koreans were so into fireworks!), which were pretty but not loud fortunately. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was lovely especially as it was changed so often! Location is amazing for walking ... every day we walked along the promenade with the waves crashing onto the golden sand on one side while beautiful pine trees swayed and provided shade on the other. We also took a ride around the lake on electric bikes which were easy to arrange. Taxis are relatively inexpensive if wishing to travel further along the coast ... we enjoyed Anmok Beach where you'll find some great coffee houses, traditional Korean food and views. That said, our favourite restaurant was Tom's Bistro, just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel ... food was absolutely delicious every time and we were made to feel very welcome. Just the lighting as mentioned above but not a major issue, more problematic if you have children sharing your room. However, I did find the cost of the infinity pool expensive ... approximately £25-£30 a day for my granddaughter and I, which is a lot of money if you are staying almost 2 weeks as we did. It seemed that most people stayed a couple of nights so the cost is more easily absorbed if just paying a couple of times. A discount if using it more than 2 days would be appreciated, especially for families. Our entire stay was relaxed with the exception of our last night when we had very noisy elderly couple next door who shouted over the TV until after 1am ... with a 30-hour travel journey home set to begin the next morning this wasn't ideal and reception weren't very helpful or understanding. Kind of shrugged their shoulders and said sorry, which as I say, wasn't helpful. However, fortunately that was just one night and the rest we slept very well indeed!

- 태훈 (3/5): - 위치가 짱이에요 로비에 필요없는 인력이 너무 많은것 같아서 정신 사나웠어요 그냥 데스크에 줄서면 되는데 쓸데 없이 계속 물어보셔서 별로였어요 그리고 체크인 시스템도 수정하셔야 할것같아요 셀프체크인 하라고했다가 카드키가 필요하다니 다른 데스크로 이동했는데 직원들과 소통이 안돼서 똑같은 말을 여러번 반복하는것도 아쉬웠어요 객실도 테라스 청소 하나도 안돼있고 방충망도 너무 더러웠어요 또, 창을 닫아도 밖에 지나가는 차소리 바람소리가 너무 심하게 들려서 쾌적한 환경과는 거리가 멀었던것 같아요 그리고 체크아웃할때 차를 언제까지 빼야하는지 등등 안내가 좀 더 있으면 좋을것 같아요

- GYURAN (8/5): 차없이 아이와 강릉을 즐기기 위한 최고의 호텔 - 차없이 2세 아이와 강릉을 즐기기 위한 최적의 위치 호수와 바다 바로 옆, 호수길 따라 경포호수광장까지 걷다가 광장 근처에서 아이와 사진찍기 좋음. 도보로 초당순두부마을 방문이 쉬워 식사하기 편함 호텔 깨끗하고 빠른 체크인 아웃 수영장 온수아님. 미온수에 가까움. 체감상 30도. 봄 강릉 바다 바람에서 미온수로 느끼려면 최소 35-38도는 되야함. 비수기에는 수영장 입장을 서비스로 제공하는 곳도 있는데, 입장료 3만원 받을거면 온수 관리에 조금 더 신경을 써야 호텔 재방문 시 이용할듯.
- Tai Soo (8/5): - 조식 운영시간은 07:00~10:30입니다. 첫날은 조금 늦은 9시 조금 넘어서 1층 식당으로 갔습니다. 식사하는 사람아 많아서 그런지 매우 어수선했고 준비된 음식들 중에 인기있는 메뉴들은 비워진 상태였습니다. 음식은 비교적 빠른 시간에 다시 채워지곤 했습니다. 제일 열심히 갈아마신 당근 착즙주스!! 아침부터 당근 착즙주스를 마시니까 세상 건강해지고 신선해지는 기분이었습니다. 둘째날은 7시30분 이른시간에 식당에 갔더니 식사인원도 적당하고 음식도 많이 소진되지 않아 좋았습니다.

- Hong (8/5): - Disrespectfulness I have to make it clear that I'm not the kind of person who enjoys writing reviews. Most of the time is just a waste of time for me, but this time I have to say I don't really appreciate the attitude of the receptionist when I was checking out. He called me 당신 and I know it's not a very appropriate word to use in this context. I mean, we're not real friends, we're not familiar with each other enough to be called 당신 . Also, it really irritated me because the receptionist, he assumed that I didn't know a word of Korean. However, out of some strange reason I can still understand some disrespectful for words in Korean so, I mean this kind of rudeness and impoliteness is just so disgusting. It really degraded the service and all the experience of your hotel, so I have to say. Do not use any disrespectful words, even to someone you assume that can't understand Korea, that's low, that's cheap, that's, out of your mind.

- Nonlinear (9/5): - 아마 10회 이상 숙박했고 항상 만족했어요! 전에도 한번 지적했는데 익스프레스 첵크 아웃 키 드롭 박스가 왜 주차장에 만 있고 로비에는 없나요? 차 없이 오는 사람은 고려하지 않나요? 이거 은근 불편해요. 이 간단한 것을 왜 해결하지 못하나요? 다음에 또 같은 코멘트를 올리지 않도록 해 주세요. 호텔 내 고품질 식당이 필요한 것 같아요! 이 정도의 규모의 호텔에서는 정식으로 서브 받을 수 있는 고 퓸격 식당이 필요해요.

- MENGJIA (8/5): 下次来应该还会住~ - 景色很美~ 早晨看日出太幸福啦！ 酒店附近步行有出租车站点和公交站台，出行很方便。 房间不算很大但是还算舒适。 酒店一楼有bhc炸鸡和a twosome place，还有便利店，挺方便的！ 前台员工沟通有一些不便ㅠㅠ 提前邮件申请过避免安排尾房，但是现场还是安排了尾房🥲 房间镜子稍微有一些多（） 隔音不是很好呢，可以清楚听到其他客人在门口活动的声音。
