- aziidah (10/5): Perfect stay if the roommates not problematic - My 3rd time here as i like that the location is very strategic in Pasar Seni. Staff is really helpful and good. The bed is comfy enough for me and love the aircond temperature. The toilet also not bad and have good heater. One of my roommates has been talking on the phone quite loud at night. I immediately talk to the property agent through booking.com chat, raising my issue there. The staff was nice enough to come and advice my problematic roommate.

- Alfred (3/5): Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness & Unpleasant Atmosphere - The only good thing about this hostel is its location. It’s just 20 steps from the central market, with a 7-Eleven right across the street, and in the heart of the city—super convenient for getting around. From the moment I stepped into the lift, I had a bad feeling about this place. Unfortunately, my instincts were right. When I entered the dormitory, it felt more like a refugee camp than a hostel. There was an overwhelming mix of strong, unpleasant odors that made it hard to stay in the room comfortably.
The biggest issue was the toilets. The smell was unbearable, and I even noticed dried yellow stains in the corners, making me wonder how long it had been since they were last cleaned. Every toilet I checked was the same—dirty and unmaintained. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were combined with the toilets, so you had to shower in the same cramped, unsanitary space. It felt like a 2-in-1 situation no one asked for.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hostel unless management seriously improves the cleanliness and hygiene.
- Amy (1/5): I would not stay here again - Location is okay: Very dirty- bed sheets were not clean, floor was very dirty, bathroom facilities also very unclean

- Ravi (1/5): Horrible Night I was waiting for morning to leave - Location is fine but remaining everything is worst. I felt like I am staying in Underworld Bunker with criminals. They didn't provide Towel as mentioned in Booking.com app. Even if we request also they won't provided. Second Major issue Bedbucks, I was not able to slept until 2am. My body was itching. Toilets are smelly not properly cleaned. Around the Staircases migrant labor cloths are hanged for drying all its sticky smell. One of my worst experiences that I never faced in past.

- Mehdi (10/5): Exceptional - Good person

- William (1/5): Booked 5 nights, left after 1 night only because I couldn’t book somewhere else that night - Nothing was good honestly. Huge rooms, smelly dorms and toilets, mattresses are incredibly dirty, hallways dirty with carpet falling apart, not really any social area

- Mayer (7/5): Leo hotel need to up grade the bed structures, soft curtains is best with pole hangers,,no soaps - there was a central market food n sight seeing was attractive,it's a Malay cultures of varieties on sale n Malaysian souvenirs,n great sales on that very day,,it was crowded on the Muslims festival on the 10April2024. Streets was full of foreign workers n Malaysians in great fancy clothing colors the streets of Kuala Lumpur, all mixed races came together to celebrate the mentioned festival, very attractive likings. Like more of the shopping malls in Bukit Bintang n a large food center,I can't remember the place it's in Chinese word, but all mixed varieties withe great tastes, main drinks stall Kopi (coffee) was superb (chinese) kopi, place is not kind of morden but looks more of cultural, crowded in the mornings, but no prob if u want to try it.

- Joe (4/5): Not pleasant. Horrible. - Location is ok. Yesterday power tripped at least 3 times. I did not sleep well at all. No toilet paper. All squat toilets. Can I have refund? Walkway not as clean. Smelly at stairs to the dorm. Overall bad.
- Katie (4/5): Disappointing - Location was okay. It was very dirty, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all in the time we were there. There was no toilet roll, had to keep going down to ask, there are lockers in the room but no keys so you can’t lock anything away.

- Navas (1/5): The worst deception of my life in booking - The staff. We bought a package online and they received it and wrote us when the package arrived. EVERYTHING. They forced us to pay 10MYR/day/person for "tourist tax" although Booking said "all cost and taxes included". When we saw the room we decided to left inmediatly from there... The room and the bathroom did not correspond to the pictures on booking (BE CAREFUL!). The room was too small for lots of beds, there was no windows and no good ventilation. We found a man sitting on our bed! There were not lockers or space to put our staff. But the worst thing was the bathroom, I had never seen something like this before... It was really dirty, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for over a week. Very smelling and displeasing. We had booked three nights but we only spend 5 min there. The staff of the hotel was sorry and they didn't want to give us the money back. At least... They refunded us the 60MYR that they had previously ripped us off... At least.
- Lucia (4/5): Disappointing - The location is nice to see Chinatown and that side of KL, but the neighbourhood is empty at 10pm already. The bed is confy. The room was smelling, no windows and the ac was set at a freezing temperature. People is living there long term and they were leaving things everywhere. No lockers, didn't feel safe to leave my belongings in the room. Toilets smell terrible and there is no normal toilet and no toilet paper.
- Isabel (7/5): there are better places to stay… - perfect location!!!
receptionist is lovely & has 24 hour reception your bed is boxed in with OSB boards, so although it is private, it smells very strong! I stayed only 1 night and couldn’t have done any longer.
the bathrooms were very dirty!!
- Moi (1/5): Bad -
- Mohd (9/5): Superb -
- Rakhi (1/5): Absolutely disgusting place to stay. Not recommended at all. - Did not like anything apart from the location. It's a horrible place. 1. Wifi never worked. I repeat it never worked in both of my phones. ( Android and ios). I requested the reception people so many times. Their response was it's working for others. I had to go to Starbucks or to apple Store to get internet.
2.They don't provide blanket. At least that's what they said. Though I see blankets in other beds. They didn't provide it to me. Looks like it's not applicable for non foreigners.
3. They didn't provide a ground bed in dormitory even when it was available. Made me climb all the way up even after several requests.
4.no housekeeping in 2 days. Washroom is full of hairs. No one cleans it up.
5. Reception Lady is not at all helpful.
To sum it up- it's a horrible place to stay. Only pro is the location. It's 2 minutes walking distance from merdeka square.
- Amol (8/5): Very good - The property is in city centre, staff is helpful. bed has privacy curtain, public transport outside hostel The toilets are not clean since it’s shared by more than 16 ppl.

- Gvk (4/5): Disappointing - Right at center.
Good Happy Staff. Bathrooms are least maintained and smelly...
Hairdryers were not working...
Whole place is made up of cardboard and it was annoying to listen to bathroom flush, shower, tap on sounds on one side
And on the other side ....loud music from Next door...which feels to be in the same room.
Please keep cleaning the bathrooms now and then... May be twice a day, as you have almost 20 beds and only 4bathrooms.
- Malene (4/5): Disappointing -
- Worldbackpack (7/5): They could make some improvements, but overall it was ok. - Beds have privacy curtains, the location was good, the Wi-Fi was working fairly well and reception is 24/7. There is no kitchen and there are no lockers. There are only squatting toilets (my poor knees!). Also, on the website there was written that they accept payments by card, but when I arrived they said the the POS was "temporarily unavailable". I don't know if it was true or an excuse, but anyway I felt disappointed because I relied on that (by the way I paid two days later because when I arrived money exchanges were closed and the day after I had a full-day excursion that did not allow to go to the shop).
- norman (8/5): Close to a city - Very quiet and brand new hotel found near to public transportation hub and city centre.
