- Ahnn (8/5): - Everything was good! NA
- Hassain (5/5): Lobby was clean, fair price, good location but disappointed in room service. - Loved the games and the cute lobby. No one came to clean our room and they only gave us fresh towels the first day. I even requested our beds to be made, they mentioned they would make a note of it and never came by. Our trash was overflowing and my family and I stayed for 3 days.

- Ruth (10/5): We will definitely be back. - Very clean, staff was wonderful to work with, great location near the airport.
- Alexis (6/5): Friendly staff, clean rooms, but bad coffee - The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was very convenient overall. It was easy to park and get to our room. The room and hotel were overall very clean. We were driving through Salt Lake as part of a cross-country trip, so it was an easy and convenient stay. I would have liked more dining options nearby, but that wasn't a fault of the hotel. The coffee was very weak, and the breakfast could have been a little better. There wasn't much to choose from. The room is very small, though it has what you need. I wish there had been a lamp by the bed instead of a bright overhead light.
- Andrew (9/5): - Convenient location

- Laura (6/5): It was just mid, nothing fancy. I don’t think I would stay again. - My room smelled awful. The water took forever to get warm in the shower. All the walls were kind of painted? It was a very loud hotel.

- Lyndsey (6/5): I would rather grab a cab and stay somewhere downtown than stay here again - Close to the airport complimentary shuttle.Very nice shuttle drivers. Dated property - not clean in common areas. Rooms are very small with no amenities like coffee. It is super loud next to freeway as well as in the hallways. Lighting in rooms consists of only harsh overhead lights making it impossible to adjust the brightness in the room. I Had to interrupt staff chatting multiple times to get help with something.
- Lois (9/5): Best sleep ever - Convenience Better food options close by would be great . Person in room above us walked around really loud
- Annie (10/5): Superbe! - La vue de notre chambre, wow! Très propre!
- Scott (9/5): - Check in was a breeze, we were there less than 8 hours, but easy in and easy out to airport
- Adam (8/5): -
- Oscar (6/5): - We like the location and lobby Bed are dirty

- Traci (8/5): This is an average hotel for the price. - The staff was super friendly. The beds were just okay comfort-wise. The breakfast wasn’t the best. It was mediocre.
- Robert (4/5): Crazy guys blasting music and audio books in the lobby ruined a few peoples stay. - Nice clean room Crazy guy hanging out in the lobby. I know he paid for a room but man people were having to make a wide birth. Employees we scared of him. My wife with our kids felt very uncomfortable. I am not sure how to fix the issue. But it definitely affected our stay. Park and Fly cost more than airport parking. So next time I will pick another place.
- Björn (7/5): Bra för en billig peng - Läget och rent Spartanskt
- Björn (5/5): Helt OK efter ett långt flyg - Närheten till flygplatsen. Lite spartanskt
- Frazier (9/5): - Staff was great The key card machine was not working properly.
- Cindy (10/5): Perfect. Would stay again - Employees were great Becky,Beth, Fay and the shuttle person
- Georgios (9/5): I have been 7 times in this hotel always meets my expectations. - Clean, Nice Breakfast. Spacious room, Nice beds. No possibility to open window and get fresh air in the room.
- Dena (10/5): Great stay, friendly people. - All was great. Nothing
- Anulfo (10/5): -
- Alona (10/5): I left the hotel with the feeling that this is the hotel I will book for all my future travelings. - Very modern, clean, super comfortable.
They have even those Mobile Stand Up Desks with Wheels which make it so comfortable to work on the laptop or to have morning coffee while in bed. Everything was perfect
- Debra (9/5): - Good. The staff. Big size tv Nothing.
- Jennifer (9/5): -
- Amanda (6/5): Accommodating staff and clean - Hotel is clean, inside and out. It’s up against the highway but you cannot hear it. Breakfast was good with a good variety. We were here for 3 nights. The first night, we were on the second floor and heard the floor above us walking around, making it hard for my son to fall asleep. I’m thinking no insulation? One of the beds in room 202 was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. We addressed this with the front desk and were moved to the top floor and slept great the rest of our stay.
First night was a 1 star
Other two nights were a 5 star!
- Tonya (3/5): Awful - N/a Well, when we first made the reservation, I made the reservation for a king size bed. I also paid for my room ahead of time. When we got to the hotel at 10 o’clock that evening to check in the front desk, staff was very rude to us and told us that he did not have any King rooms available that we would have to go to a queen. I asked him even though I’ve paid for my reservation and he said yes I don’t have a choice. I don’t know what you want me to do. He did not offer to compensate me he did not offer to give me a credit for the difference in the room. The next morning I went to let the front staff know as well. She let me know that she would turn it over to the manager and that I would have a call by the end of the day from the manager nothing has happened. I will never stay at this property again.
- Chris (8/5): Clean and friendly airport hotel - Large clean room with two queens. Well appointed and quiet. Good coffee and breakfast. The area lacks restaurants nearby
- Carol (8/5): Good - The location to the event center. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. No swimming pool
- Bonnie (7/5): Good hotel near the airport - Convenient location near the airport, nice friendly staff, 24 hour coffee, clean I booked this hotel specifically because it had an airport shuttle. However, the shuttles don't run regularly. They want you to call when you're at the airport. Not a problem if you're from the US. But I live overseas and although I got an eSIM you can't make phone calls with it. When I tried to schedule ahead of time to meet the shuttle at a specific time they said I had to call when I was ready, which I couldn't do. I wish they would either allow people to schedule it ahead of time, or make sending a text an option. I did take the shuttle from the hotel to the airport (twice) and it was great. Very friendly drivers.

- Knippers (7/5): - Everyone was really nice. The room was cold than hot, no soap in the bathroom. The shade thing over the window looks like junk it was gross. No lamp beside the bed only the 3 beams of light over head. Not relaxing at all.
- Tsung Wretman (4/5): Not memorable - Staff eating all the time at the front desk. Just unacceptable!, no alcohol available, very noisy rooms
- Crawford (10/5): - Clean comfortable deal

- Jennifer (8/5): -
- Sebastian (9/5): Just what we need it - Clean and confortable Front desk staff
- Adams (7/5): - The front desk staff acted a little annoyed to help me.
- William (9/5): Just what we needed. - The front desk staff were sone of the most pleasant I've every encountered while traveling. A huge kudos to the woman who checked us in: She was always attentive and very pleasant to work with. Room could have been slightly cleaner and more organized (items were in odd spots around the room), but overall it was satisfactory.
- Sandra (9/5): Nice hotel. Convenient to the airport with excellent shuttle service. - The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service to and from the airport was exceptional and the long term parking was very much appreciated. Our shuttle bus driver delivered us right to our car when we returned from our vacation.
- Serena (10/5): -
- John (8/5): -
- jill (9/5): - Fun lobby. The rooms are small and no drawers for clothing. The breakfast was a typical budget hotel breakfast. It did
have eggs, a pancake maker and Vanilla yogurt machine with toppings.
- Kasi (10/5): Just what we needed before our flight home. - The room was clean, elvator easily accessed, and the shuttle to the airport was great. The distance to something that was open to eat on a Sunday night. I always feel like there needs to be more pillows.
- Jackie (8/5): All in all was great but a few things would have been nice - I liked everything for a quick getaway with the kids. The only thing that would have been nice to have is a microwave. Staying with kids they typically get hungry between dinner and bedtime and didn’t have a way to reheat our left overs. The fridge had a lot of water in it. We did find some mold in the sheets as we were cleaning up to leave so that was not ideal.

Zones comuns amb TVs i billar.
Cafès disponibles per check-out de matinada. Res a comentar.

- Elaine (9/5): Overall TRU Hilton is incredible for flying in Salt Lake City Airport - Location near Salt Lake City airport. 25 hour shuttle service to airport as guests of TRU Hilton. Elevators and exercise equipment. Great healthy breakfast options and design of room in relation to front desk. Short term parking option less than SLC garage and The Parking Spot. Parking spaces are tight for large SUVs and Extended bed pickups. Maps from Google reroute in strange places. Easy to get turned around during traffic congestion on interstates when seeking location of hotel.
- CHENG-WEI (8/5): -
- Elaine (8/5): Great sleep and conversations for visitors makes a huge difference to people! - Managers of Tru Hilton were friendly in the morning while chatting over a warm drink. Rooms are quiet and easily accessible. Shuttle drivers were friendly and welcoming no matter the pick up time from SLC. Confusion in directions to parking lots outside of Hilton. GPS maps confused around Salt Lake City airport.

- Jeanette (10/5): National Park Trip - The nicest staff we have encountered. Way above and beyond good customer service. Nothing

- barry s. (8/5): - Not expensive, near airport
