- O9150RUamandak (10/5): Short Stay, but Sweet - What a great hotel! I'm sad we couldn't stay more than one night. After so many flight delays, we finally rolled in just before midnight. The valets were amazing! So helpful and full of energy (Mason and Derek). We were all tired and they made the drop off a breeze. The night staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful too. The rooms were in great condition and everything was very clean. Next time we're in Portland, we will definitely stay here again.

- Viktor (7/5): Enjoyable experience but lacking the little details - I really liked the lobby area and generally the hotel feels very welcoming. The rooms are spacious. Fact there is a steam room and a jacuzzi. Motion detection light switches in the bathroom make you blind when you go in the middle of the night, horrible idea. At least give people an option to turn them off. The sliding doors of the shower were not holding shut. Oh and the fact that you can walk right to the pool with your shoes on - how is that a thing? There needs to be a policy to make sure the area stays sanitary.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and convenient. The front staff were helpful, friendly, and able to answer all of our questions. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. We slept great. The amenities were exceptional-pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and fire pit!

There is not free parking onsite, you have to pay to park in the parking garage across the street. But thatās to be expected when staying downtown.

My room was ready so she walked me to my room to let me in. When the machine was working, she brought my keys back to me. Everyone was pretty friendly and attentive overall. It was a pleasant experience. Location was convenient.

- jimbop421 (10/5): Nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood - I've stayed at this hotel twice and have really enjoyed it both times. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the staff are all friendly. The parking is a little high, but the crew working the valet are top notch and don't leave you waiting more than a couple of minutes to get your car. The pool area is the standout feature for me. Plenty of room, always well kept, and overall a really relaxing place. The hotel itself is in a quiet part of Portland, not a ton of food or entertainment options around but enough to do if you don't want to deal with driving and parking.

We went to see Sleeping Beauty at the Keller and it was within walking distance. The valet I recommend doing. Besides the fact you donāt have to search for parking or worry about your car Kevin and Romero were so nice. Also, opening doors and there with a smile.

- Alma (10/5): Great location and super comfortable beds. - Loved the daily $15 stipend. My boyfriend and I used it at the coffee shop downstairs and love the amenities there. I think the only thing was having to remind the staff we needed towels and it took a while to get extra.
- Fania (6/5): We left a day early as we just didnāt like the hotel. - The room was clean. The staff was very nice. The location didnāt fit our needs. The restaurant food was disappointing, small portions, way overly priced and cheap ingredients that were probably bought at Costco or similar wholesale business. Most rooms had terrible views and are dark.
- Robin (10/5): Would definitely stay again. Every accommodation met. - Very accommodative staff, early check in, late check out, fabulous indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Everything was very clean. Prime walking location. No complaints.

The late Night Staff Seemed alittle less than willing to help Us Order a late night Pizza after Our Concert.. until We Tipped Them $10.. but that's America.. GREASE THE WHEELS..

Jacuzzi and pool were a great perk. Staff were helpful and efficient. Water bottle filling station on first floor. Later hours for food available on 16th floor in the rooftop restaurant. Location right by waterfront park. Restaurant coffee was not good (flavor and was weak)

- Roy (6/5): Clean room, nice amenities, unhappy with āinsurance coverageā. - Clean and a nice place to stay. When initially making my booking i was given a confirmed price for a 3 day stay. Upon check in the price had gone up 300 dollars. When I asked about the price increase I was told it was for incidental coverage if anything was amiss in the room upon departure. Most hotels have some kind of insurance charge but had I known it was such a large price increase I would have went with a different hotel. After my stay and the charge was posted they kept 100 of this āincidentalā coverage. My fiancĆ©e has worked in hotel hospitality and left the room properly and conveniently ready to be cleaned/turned over for the next guest . I do not understand why the extra money was kept. Lousy communication.

- anthonycN589IW (10/5): Stay Here!! - I cannot write enough how amazing this place is. The customer service is top tier and the property is great. Our favorite was the pool, hot tub, and steam room! If youāre over 21 the bar is great. Only negative is we ordered room service (margarita pizza) and was cold and really mushy. We called and they immediately refunded no questions asked.
