leonel (10/5): Muy bien Riad con un manager de lujo - El Riad Atlas Toyours está muy bien ubicado, puedes desplazarte caminando a todos lados por su cercanía con todos los puntos turísticos destacados de Marrakech. El lugar es limpio y como se ve en las fotos. Estamos especialmente agradecidos a Hamza (encargado de nuestra estadía en el Riad). Hamza fue amable, dispuesto a ayudar, siempre preguntando si necesitábamos algo, y ofreciendo consejos para mejorar nuestra experiencia en Marrakech. Muchas gracias Hamza y Riad Atlas Toyours! Nada
Federica (7/5): Posizione perfetta ma alcune cose da migliorare - Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione perfetta, tutti i luoghi di interesse nella Medina raggiungibile a piedi. Camere ampie e pulite Riad molto freddo, non c’è riscaldamento nelle aree comuni. Nelle camere puoi accendere pompa di calore. Colazione poco varia e non abbondante. La maniglia del bagno era rotta e la porta faceva fatica a chiudersi
Bernadette (6/5): Bien placé, près de tout, et bon petit déjeuner, et personnels agréables - L’enplacement très bien, L’établissement très bruyant, les portes qui claques à minuit, clients vraiment sans gênés déménage la chambre tirer les lits, et le matin à 7h remettre les lits en place, parler très fort, vraiment insupportable, heureusement que les clients suivants étaient plus discret.

Sendra (1/5): Pésima. - Desde el principio fue todo del revés. No vino nadie a recogernos al aeropuerto como acordamos,nota poco nadie contestó nunca el telefono que me dieron como contacto. Al llegar al Riad ,después de tenernos esperando casi 1 hora aparece un chico diciendo que nos llevan a pasar esa noche a otro Riad porque allí no hay sitio. Todo esto sin poder comunicarnos bien . Páganos las 3 noches ,vamos a una excursión de 3 días y al volver hay otro chico que nos dice que hasta que no paguemos no puede darnos la habitación ,ya no creíamos lo que nos estaba pasando. Bueno en fin ,hemos estado 3 noches y la verdad que no lo recomiendo para nada.

Eefke (8/5): - Lovely riad, Hamza helped us very well during our stay. He got us a recommendation for a nice hammam and even showed us the way. Had a lovely stay here. The riad was clean. It took some time for the showers to get warm but when it got warm it was nice. The riad was a bit noisy due to the wooden doors. But I think that it is quite normal in these old riads.

Rhid-Allah (4/5): - Sa proximité avec le Mellah et la place Jamaa l’fna Le fait que personne n’était au courant de notre venue, nous avons dû demander 3 fois pour avoir 2 pauvres savonnettes, le premier petit déjeuner à 8h malheureusement rien n’était prêt à cette heure… nous avons fait sans, et le manque d’équipement.

Nuno (9/5): Muito central e pessoal muito simpático - A localização é excelente. Muito próximo dos principais pontos. Fora as excursões andámos sempre a pé. O pessoal do Riad foi bastante prestável. Mesmo quando tivemos de sair mais cedo para as excursões deixavam-nos o pequeno almoço preparado para levarmos. Os quartos também são espaçosos e a piscina dá para refrescar. O pequeno almoço poderia ser mais variado. O ar condicionado de um dos quartos refrescava bastante, mas do outro era muito fraco. A porta do quarto arrastava no chão e fazia enorme barulho a abrir e a fechar. Não são criticas negativas, apenas aspetos que facilmente poderiam ser melhorados.

Hamsa fue un anfitrión maravilloso, el desayuno ( hecho por él) muy completo, todo muy guay. Ubicación perfecta

Harmeet (1/5): Wasted time and money - I don’t like it at all what they said and show in pictures on booking.com property have no facilities at all cupboard are broken no closed doors even drawers are broken so we can’t use bathroom door handles broken so when we have to use one person has to stay outside because it’s one side handle so I need tell my wife or son to close or open I took pictures as well bath towel are so dirty with mark no proper management when I speak with manager he said I’ll fix it . But never fix iron is bad too even air condition not working when we complain about that then he said I ll speak with manager that’s the answer I have back pain problems still he is saying can u help me to move cupboard which is very heavy I ll not recommend this property specially our room on 3 rd floor wasted money Proper management and customer service
Sara (9/5): Superb - Quiet place 10 minutes walk from the center. Convenient to visit the city without being immersed in chaos. Very kind staff and available to satisfy every request. Hamza is always available for anything and at any time. Don't be fooled by his height. He's a good giant!😉

We arrive at night with two kids so that sucked Breakfast was pretty lame

Edwin (10/5): Don’t miss this one in a lifetime experience in the Sahara - It’s unfair to rate the hotel and tent using regular city hotel standards. After all the hotel was in the middle of no where and the tent was in the Sahara. That said the tent was warm enough, the cots were off the ground and regular toiles were available. The sunset and sunrise were outstanding and worth the trip. Mohammad ( aka Ali Baba) was engaging, friendly, funny, photographer and a great dancer. 🙂 Thank you Mohammad! You made a great adventure even better.
Mariana (9/5): Confortable riad, and very tranquil in a good location - All was great, beds and pillows comfortable. Zacarias received us very well. We felt at home and very welcome. Breakfast was okay, can be better but was good. Great location. It was just perfect for all of us.
Eliza (8/5): The location was excellent and staff were helpful. - The location of the riad was great, it was close to historical sites so we didn't have to rely on taxis. The staff were nice and helpful. My children loved the breakfast. I asked for a room with 3 single beds but when we arrived, there was one single and one double. The staff managed to sort it out but I had to wait for a third duvet for 2 hours at a time when all I wanted to do is go sleep.

Brenda (8/5): A very convenient location for walking to the souk, and many restaurants located nearby. - Breakfast was nice, it was the same breakfast every morning..a little variation would have been lovely. Mohammed was an excellent host, cooked for us every morning, was very courteous and helpful and explained where all the main attractions were that we wished to visit. He even brought us to a restaurant on our first night as we still had to get our bearings of the area. If we needed extra towels etc, it was always provided promptly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Would stay here again This was not explained at all so: To check-in, go to 77 Rue Touareg - Riad Al Wafaa - the one with a balcony, and they will check you in and take you to the Riad (which is otherwise not well marked) The shower pressure was weak We were not reminded to pay the tourist tax until the moment of check-out when we were in a rush

I only advise to schedule the excursions with other companies, because the excursions on the Riad are a bit more expensive when comparing to others.

I slept really well on the first night and didn't hear the pre-dawn muezzin call to prayers Noise carries through the riad really easily and we had a bad night's sleep due to other inconsiderate guests talking after quiet hours. Nicole (8/5): A pleasant stay and we recommend! - Courteous, very friendly, available, and accommodating hosts! The location was great, very close walking distance to everything. Helpful hosts when we needed something like an earlier breakfast time, change of towels or stock in the bathroom and a restaurant recommendation. We had a week stay so it was nice to be served something a little different for breakfast every once in awhile. They promptly unclogged a shower drain in one bathroom when we brought it to their attention. They arranged airport transfer for us as well. The heated pool was appreciated. We loved the meditation music that was played one evening and turned off when it was bedtime. When we arrived one room wasn't as expected. There was supposed to be 3 separate beds. It seems the room with 3 separate beds was double booked. We were asked to stay 2 nights in the wrong room (sharing a bed) and then the hosts moved us to the room with 3 beds as we booked. When checking in, we let them know of a musty smell in one of the bathrooms and it was strong at times. It came from under the sink. We kept the cupboard under the sink closed and bathroom door closed and that helped at night time. It would have been more appreciated if they told guests checking late to keep the noise down. They don't provide a receipt for the taxes paid for the stay.

Julie (3/5): Felt like we were in a very noisy youth hostel. Lovely hosts, dreadful riad!!! - The location was very central for walking to all of the places of interest. Mohammed & Ishmail were very very polite and helpful. The riad was very noisy. The beds were very damp, as was all of our clothes which we put in the wardrobe. There were no hangers in the wardrobe, so everything was either folded or draped. The shower ran hot & cold all the time. No toilet roll provided. We had 6 nights here which were far too many. The breakfast was very samey!! No tea/coffee facilities as stated, No slippers as stated. It was more like staying in a youth hostel with doors constantly banging and voices & laughter sometimes until 2am. Very close to the mineret which wake you at 5.30 every morning for prayer. Very noisy children playing football outside the window and shouting for hours on end. An umbrella on the minute terrace would have been apprrciated as was shown in the photo.
Natalia (9/5): Do not hesitate to book this accommodation if you want to feel the Moroccan lifestyle. - The location of the Riad is convenient as it is close to most sightseeing places as well as lots of places to eat and shopping streets. The breakfast was really tasty, traditional, home-made allowing to taste Moroccan cuisine. The host was very friendly, helpful in giving advice on the surroundings and places to visit.
Ruslans (2/5): Very poor - Good location We booked this riad just because of the heated pool, which actually was not heated. The guy told me this will be fixed maximum within a day. Nothing has been fixed within 3 days of our stay. No apologies, nothing. I understand it is an old building and room can look dated, but in this case it is just lack of maintenance. Our door was broken, only 1/3 of the door handle left, shower was leaking, no water pressure, bed linens was with some dirty spots. Before we stayed in cheaper riad and it was better.

Maria (10/5): Glad there is a Staff in this Place! - We give a 10 to this property only because of three aspects, the location is central but quiet at the same time, the breakfast was really good and made on the moment for us and the main reason was the staff, super kind and friendly, Hassan was so helpful and made us feel at home. The riad itself is nothing special, the rooms are basic with a not so comfortable bed, the pool is in the shadow, so its not really usable, and the rooms have almost no isolation and are all facing the common area of the Riad, so if other guests stay awake late or really early, you will hear everything really loud because of the echo it makes.
