• Shenoe (9/5): - We were treated with the upmost respect and consideration during our stay. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and markets. We will look forward to staying again. You can tell they are in the process of updating but it didn't cause any problems with our stay!

• Casey (9/5): Great value, clean, comfy, would stay again. - Room was clean, shower had good water pressure, beds were very comfy. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We had 3 of us and they graciously upgrded our room with a 3rd bed. Floors could have been swept better.

• Patino (10/5): - Very clean and very nice place, the price compare to others for a graduation day at parris island was wonderful... thank you for help me to save me money... The only things, you need to make a uturn to get the other side of the facility but nothing bad.

• Mark (1/5): More like the “NO-asis Inn”. Disgusting Bed Bugs!!! - Seeing this dump in my rear view mirror as I drove off. Bed bugs! This place is disgusting. We checked in and checked out after 2 hours. Owners accused us of taking bed bug pictures at another hotel. I have tried REPEATEDLY to contact bookings.com for a refund but there is NO customer service number and despite filling out surveys NO ONE has reached out to me. PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP!

• John (4/5): would not stay there again - Cold cereal....or bananas.... not much choice. Stayed at cheaper hotels that offered more. I am a stroke survivor. The stairs to the second floor had a very unusable hand railing. I was not comfortable using it when hauling my things up. It was very tight getting into my room due to a very strange addition to the room. There was about maybe 2 ft between the railing and the door to the room. Repairs to the room were 1/2 done (drywall) the bath tub was very slick..I slipped several times and bathroom floor was also very slick tile. All in all it was alot of little things that that came together to make it a poor experince.
• Maria (9/5): Perfect for a 2-3 day getaway! - Prompt, responsive services once checked in. The room smelt amazing! Location was a major plus! Could be upgraded but you can’t beat the price, especially for holiday weekends at the coast!
• Tom (8/5): Met all expectations - Spur of the moment Kate check in. (10;00 pm) was handled professionally by the on site staff - I think the owner - and she was polite and helpful. For the price, there was nothing I could complain about and would stay again at this motel.
• Takisha (9/5): Family trip for Gullah Festival - The hotel was newly renovated, it was clean, the clerk at the desk was very polite and friendly. They offer breakfast but we did not attend as we were trying to checkout early due to bad weather.
• Alyssa (7/5): It was good, we would stay again, as long as floor is clean. - The room was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable and the TV worked. Didn't have to use the microwave or the refrigerator. The floor was incredibly dirty. It was not swept and mopped and my sister's feet was so dirty from walking on the floor, that her feet was black with dirt. My mom cleaned her feet of course but eventually just put socks on her. That's the only thing we didn't like.
• Daryl (7/5): It was comfortable with a couple minor annoyances - Friendly The toilet seat was shaky; a fragile elderly person could easily fall off. The cold water in the sink had been turned off. It was an easy fix, but guests should not have to figure out plumbing problems.

• R (10/5): This is a very clean comfortable place to stay. The owner asked me often if i needed anything - The room was spotless. One of the cleanest rooms on my trip. The bed was firm and very comfortable. I am very picky about the pillows. These pillows were excellant I loved the shower !!! I am 6'6" it was nice to have a great shower I do not think anything could have been better!!!

• Harris (8/5): - I really liked the room. It was large and comfortable with 2 excellent beds. The room was clean and cheerful. While the location is a little away from the main attractions of the town, this is not an issue with a car. We stayed on the first floor and I found the stairs a little bit steep and narrow. It would be difficult for some to safely lug a suitcase up them.

• Slack (9/5): Graduation Stay ...Good option - great location ! if you are visiting the area on a schedule and need convenient spot this is it! Grab a quick breakfast at a clean well run Wafflehouse, or grab a fresh ground brewed coffee at the friendly staffed, well stocked convenience store right next door. Also, the shower was great pressure and very relaxing. The beds were comfy and the sheets crisp and clean. I would stay here again if ever down thst way. not sure if the rug was regularly vacuumed...a tad gritty

• Yaroslaw (6/5): You get what you pay for - It is a clean motel that attempts to keep itself renovated. The staff is gloomy. When checking in, I was asked whether they can move us to a cheaper room without ever mentioning a compensation. I said no and got what I booked. This might be the reflection of the times we live in. But the twist is that afterwards they expect you, the guest, to cheer for them. Internet signal was weak and some devices were unable to connect. There was nearly no water coming from the tap in the bathroom sink. (Shower worked well).

• Donna (4/5): Not for me - The price I checked in at approximately 15:10 and checked out within 15 minutes. For me, I did not feel safe as a single female travler at this location. and indicated that to the proprietor. He advised that they live on-site (in case of issues). That did not change my mind. While I don't mind an establishment that is older, the numerous men in the parking lot (I assume most had rooms there, and some looked to be on work crews) made me feel uncomfortable as they watched me unlock my door. It is not an interior room hotel, but open to the parking lot. I did buy trip insurance but doubt this would pay because of my safety concerns. In short, older motel, men hanging out in the parking lot equals no-go for me. Other folks may have a different opinion, but there is no way I could fall asleep in that room. It was clean, but that was not my issue. The proprietors were very kind, but I learned a long time ago to trust my gut.

• Jamie (7/5): Meh - it’s a cheap motel. It’s clean and comfy - but it’s going to attract riff-raff. - Good location. Construction right next to the property, but the facilities were clean, for the most part. Newly renovated. One of the better shower and bed I’ve been in. Only 2 pillows, and no extra blankets. We were woken by the neighbors who decided to have a party outside our door. Since the office isn’t open 24/7, I would have had to got down to the office, get the number, and call them. They wouldn’t have been able to do anything g about it anyway. So…. I put the fear of god in the kids causing the issue.
• Karen (1/5): Bad - The location would've been good if I felt like my room was safe enough to leave my things. The room was dirty and the facilities were unkempt. I was afraid to leave my belongings to venture downtown. The toilet seat wasn't attached properly, the bathroom door looked like it was gnawed on by an animal.. the floor had some sort of sticky residue spray next to the bed. You could see the outside light around the door. The sheets were dirty. I got up and left at 330 a.m. as I couldn't sleep hearing people talking outside, smelling cigarettes etc...

Breakfast was advertised but was very sparse. Coffee and cereal and not enough milk., a grab and go would have been more! Well worth visiting Beaufort , an easily overlooked town.

• Etta (8/5): Overall, the stay was good, except for the roach. - We were in room 229, upstairs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was oversized, which was nice. The room included a hair dryer, a coffeemaker, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a television. The room was clean. No issues with that. A big roach flew out of the bathroom into the sink area while I was in the bathroom, and my husband had to kill it. The water pressure in the shower was not very good, and the water from the sink never got very hot. It would have been nice if they'd had a hot breakfast; it was more of a continental breakfast. Also, the inside of the bathroom door was damaged; not a pretty sight, but it didn't prevent the door from closing.
• Bjorn (4/5): - Thr rooms was decent but the covers on the bed looked dingy. The walls needed cleaning had finger prints on the walls of the bathroom and there was hair in the shower. If you overlook all that then it was a good stay. The hotel was around lots of good places to eat but there was alot of traffic.

WiFi was not working, ice cube machines were all down or not working properly. Breakfast was announced, but it was only some sugary cereals, milk and bananas. No bread or anything else. We didn't see any coffee served. Horrible experience, never again!

Shower and bathroom were nice, also bed was new and nice.Parking was easy and close to room. Room was quiet inside and I felt we were in a safe area. Also the t.v. was easy to use and had a lot of channels. The breakfast was not elaborate and I just had coffee. Chick fil a was close by. Do not expect much out of breakfast.
