Antonino (10/5): Valle dell'Eden - Grottammare - Camere all'avanguardia della tecnologia (autoricircolo dell'aria, termoarredi superperformanti, interruttori luci digitale a sfioro, tutto funzionante alla perfezione!), cordialità e disponibilità di Marco, colazione ricca, soddisfacente e anche con torte fatte in casa, posizione della struttura perfetta, con panorama spettacolare! Grottammare da visitare almeno una volta nella vita, ti lascia d'incanto (almeno con atmosfera Natalizia). Il parcheggio è si privato e disponibile senza prenotazione, ma il cancello che lo delimita è tenuto sempre aperto (per necessità)

Posizione della struttura comodissima vicino al mare e centro di Grottammare ed è perfettamente raggiungibile a piedi, top! Al mare bella zona per passeggio e ottima la ciclabile. Tantissime strutture per pranzo e cena. Mancanza nella struttura lo spazio esterno con doccia e sdraie per non dover andare per forza al mare. Delusione poche spiagge libere. Troppi ombrelloni e sdraie a pagamento.

Anche l'esterno è accogliente e offre tavoli, sedie e sdraio per stare all'aperto. Camera nuovissima e accessoriata di tutto l’occorrente, ottimo climatizzatore, bagno nuovo con doccia ampia. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi, sia la zona del lungomare che il borgo antico, a pochi passi. Eccellente accoglienza di Marco, molto gentile, disponibile e sorridente. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte durante la tappa di un viaggio, ma lo consiglio anche per soggiorni più lunghi in caso di vacanza a Grottammare. Nulla, tutto bene
Ilaria (9/5): Lovely staying - The place is lovely and well kept! You can park nearby the entrance of your room so it is easy to load and unload luggages! There is a nice outdoor with table and chairs where you can chill out after a day at the beach! Beach is nearby 300 m! The owner Marco is a lovely person!

Amanda (7/5): I enjoyed the place - Staff were fantastic, breakfast was lovely, location was great, free parking onsite, good sized shower. There was a reset during the night and the electronic lights turned on about 3 times while I was sleeping. No ones fault but it did interrupt my sleep.

Melfoto (9/5): Comfortable, fun, high tech, B&B, with a great host! - Valle dell’Eden, Grottammare, Le Marche. Oct. 24th, 2022 Marco, our host, has engineered an ingenious high tech B&B! Beyond the card key door lock, there are cool motion sensor light switches, easy to deploy. Simple but elegant room design, comfortable bed, nice bath. The rooms are located on a terrace above the street. That evening Marco recommended we walk up to Grottammare Alta for dinner, where we enjoyed an excellent meal at Ristorante Pizzeria Papa Sisto. The breakfast at Valle dell’Eden, was served outside on the astroturf covered terrazza, Marco makes great coffee! We had a good selection of items for an abundant and delicious breakfast!
Miss F (10/5): Would definitely stay again &recommend to others - A super cute B&B. Marco was very kind, personable and professional. The B&B had had some recent renovation and the rooms are super modern with clever lighting, secure doors and air con. The terrace is beautiful for breakfast. We really enjoyed our short stay as part of a longer road trip and the attention to detail was appreciated throughout!
